3/31/2022 - I have been living here since 2017. I love my apartment and it is very quiet. The maintenance men come and do repairs in an expedient manner. Sarah, the manager, is a very nice person to deal with.I have lived here since 2017. Had a few issues in the beginning but things have gotten so much better. Sarah, the manager is very personable.1/29/2025 - I have been asking for new carpet since I renewed my lease in August 2024, and Im told is that getting new carpet.is on hold. They were supposed to renovate a year and a half ago and it never happened.

The manager was very sweet, always smiling and very helpful. The manager and her employees were so nice that it made my day. I just happened to get stranded in their property and they were so helpful. Thank you again for all your help.

April 25, 2017 At Primrose the WHOLE staff has been VERY KIND AND FRIENDlY WITH MY WIFE AND MY SELF manager John, maintenance guys steven, jerry and younger guy. But Zamira has been the BEST! THE BEST! I would highly recommend primerose to any seniors looking for quiet and peaceful home. The staff are always willing to assist you on any kind of questions you have ours was not work related just general questions. Zamira has being very kind and friendly and patience with us. Unfortunately we had to cancel our apartment due to my husband health reason and Zamira was VERY understanding and showed sympathy due to our situation right now. WE ARE STILL interested in moving here and we will after our current situation is back to normal. Zamira is VERY helpful from day 1. She deserves the BEST in this business because she sure does DESERVE to be recognized. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ZAMIRA! See you again soon.Machados

I came to Primrose del sol today April 21, 2017 because Im 56 years old and this look like a good place for me to live I like this place very much, landscape is clean, apartments look peaceful. Zamira is the front desk receptionist she was very great with me. Smile and made me feel welcome and at home. Zamira gave me a tour in office and out, Her manager John greeted me and my friend who came with me. John is very polite. Zamira did a great job I lease here because this is what I need nice beautiful quiet apartment and a great staff like Zamira and John, from phone to person, Zamira sold me primrose del solThank you Zamira

Zamir was my leasing agent. He was phenomenal! He was able to answer all of my questions and was so helpful with suggestions as I moved into the complex. He has continued to be such a help as have settled in. Top notch! So very happy with my new home. Thanks, Samir!
