    There are always downsides to living in an apartment. Emily is the brightside. She always has a smile, does everything she can to help and get things done. Everyone here has done everything they can from the management to the office workers and the maintenance to make it more comfortable.     I just moved in has been a smooth move in process so far. I love the flex option to pay my rent.very Minor bug problem but hopefully just pest control will keep it down I know the apartments are older. The office staff has been very helpful and kind. I actually feel more at home here than any other place I have lived and I’ve been in the area for a long time. So far I honestly can’t complain.

    I have been living at this complex for several months now, and have really enjoyed it! The place was very clean when I moved in, and I love the big dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. My thanks to Emily, who works in the leasing office, for always being kind and helpful.

    Maintenance came to my apartment very quickly, about an hour after I submitted my requests. As usual, he was very professional and handled the requested items quickly and efficiently. I trust his work. He is very good at his job and definitely a keeper.

    My husband and I were touring apartments all around town and we came to tour this one as well, unfortunately we did not choose this one as our home though it definitely was in our top 3 choices! I wanted to mention that Miss Emily is amazing! My husband and I loved her personality and the way she carries herself! She definitely made our experience wonderful! She deserves a raise most definitely!

    I moved to the Legacy at Clear Lake in June of this year. From the moment I toured the property, Emily has been wonderful! She answered any questions and concerns that I had. She made the move in process as smooth as it could possibly be. The property is nice and in such a convenient location. I appreciate the care and services here at the Legacy, so far my time here has been the most pleasant. A big special thank you to Emily for providing stellar customer service!

    Emily who works in the office is wonderful. Between day to day in person interactions - she also stays on top of any issues, requests or concerns I have via email. Honestly best property management I’ve seen out of all the places I’ve lived. Emily is a go getter and definitely a critical part of the property team!

    Ive been living at The Legacy for the past 8 months. I love the area and community. It is nice and quiet. I am especially grateful for the office staff. They are always warm and inviting. Emily stands out as she is the one youll always interreact with, she always remembers her residents names and makes you feel like a friend when you walk through her door.

    An amazing place to live. Quiet , clean, kid friendly. The Staff is wonderful. Emily is always so pleasant every time we see her 😁 The pools are beautiful and have both recently been remodeled. We really enjoy staying here it really feels like home❤️

    I live at the Legacy and Emily has been so sweet and kind in helping me in anyway she can to get settled with my 2 children. My mother came from Ireland to stay with me here and Emily has been so welcoming and kind to her and I when she is here. I love her. Thanks Emily for all youve done for us and for me personally.

    I’ve been a long-term tenant here, and I just signed a new lease in May. I moved to a larger apartment (with many upgrades) and they have a new security fence/ gate system. I love living in this area - close to the mall and all the restaurants in the NASA area. Emily (assistant manager) is always courteous and helpful, and they respond to maintenance concerns in a timely manner.

    The Legacy has been our home for 5 years. I love how quiet and comfortable the community is. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Tristan and Emily are always welcoming and fast to help when I come in.

    If youre looking for a nice, pleasant apartment community in the Clear Lake area, Pipers Cove is arguably your best choice. The deal clincher for me was washer/dryer combos in every unit - IN EVERY UNIT. That means no lugging your dirty stuff to the car, going to a laundromat, fishing for quarters or dollar bills, or having to get out in bad weather when you dont feel like it. There arent many complexes that can boast washer/dryer combos, let alone the connections for same, but Pipers Cove has it.The price of a comparable unit inside Loop 610 for the same amenities would likely run you $1,100 or more (Im paying just under $900). I have a one-bedroom apartment that doesnt feel cramped, an outdoor patio with an adjacent storage unit (no paying Public Storage monthly anymore!), a spacious walk-in closet, a nice kitchen with modern appliances (but youll need to buy your own microwave!), and of course, the washer/dryer Whirlpool combo with electronic touch controls.Youll also love Patricia, Alex and Maddi - these three ladies are cordial, professional, and approachable. If youve ever gone to your leasing office and gotten side-eye from the office staff just for asking for something simple, you absolutely wont get that here! These ladies are WONDERFUL! Jaime and Mariana, their maintenance techs, are friendly and prompt, as well.While I wish the community was gated (there are three street-facing open entrances not requiring any kind of access card or guard check-in) the property grounds and the area are quiet, and even though its in Webster by ZIP code, HPD serves the property, as does the Harris County Constables office.I asked them how the property did during Hurricane Harvey in 2017 and they said they did fine. That, too, was an important point I considered.I shopped a number of other properties in the area and Pipers Cove came out on top. If you tour the place, meet the staff, compare the numbers - and you love the idea of an in-house laundry - youll be hooked, too!

    I really like the apartments. The staff is very nice. Maintenance take care of major things in a timely manner. They keep you up to date on everything. They are very honest. If anything happen they will tell you.If you have rodents or pest you can go to the office and they will exterminate your apt for free. However I have been there for almost 2 years and NEVER SEEN A MOUSE, RAT, ROACH NOTHING.Its only a couple of things I wished they had but i think its out of their control. 1. Gate 2. Cameras in the back 3. Better insulation inside the apt.

    My family and I have lived here since January of 2019. We love the staff and everyone greets us on a first name basis. That not only makes me feel welcome, it makes me feel secure since they know my children. During events at the property we always have a great time, and Ive never felt unwelcome or nervous leaving my home at night. The only downside is not having space for a playground, but we are very close to our favorite park on Texas Avenue and not far from others, either! The only reason we would ever leave is because we are growing by little feet. If we could stay our children would be picked up by the bus on the sidewalk right in front of my building. I love this area and for the price, its been home for years ❤

    After moving in at the end of March - I can say with hands down that Emily, who works in the office, goes above and beyond for her tenets. I’ve witnessed her build and actively cultivate a personal connection with her residents. She is by far a wonderful addition to my stay at The Legacy at Clear Lake apartments.

    I have lived at Pipers Cove for 2 years and it is a wonderful place to call home. The upkeep of the grounds are great. Apartments are maintained very well. But the best thing about Pipers Cove, are the employees that work there, friendly and courteous. I recommend Pipers Cove to anyone looking for a quiet and clean place to live.

    I have moved in this apt 3 years ago n I must say they have the best service n response ever I absolutely love my apartment very quiet and peaceful... Any time I have any problems I call the office and Mrs Emily Hernandez is always there to answer any questions I have. Shes the best apartment manager ever she should really get a raise shes the best hands down..thank you for making this my 🏠.

    I lived here for 3 years and would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment to call home. The leasing office staff have been the same faces since I moved in and have always been available to help when ever I needed anything. They make sure that all the residents feel welcomed and at home. Alex and Patricia are the best!

    I live at the Landing at Clear but I want to give a Spotlight to one Individual that works at the Legacy and the Landing at Clear Lake...Her name is Jennifer..I am starting to get emotional...but Jennifer was always helpful and reliable..At the Landing...she supported 2 of the most unreliable Management people..The one person, Sandra, was so incompetent and Rude...that she was challenged by me and my Lawyer..During this time I only interfaced with Jennifer..I dont know if me hiring a Lawyer or the mountain of complaints and her obvious Rudeness that ultimately got her fired...But since I spent $750 to hire a lawyer...I will take Responsibility for Sandras Exit...The Star of the Landing is Jennifer.2 Special mentions: Emily and the new head manager of the Landing that I met today.

    Nice apartments, grounds are tidy and well cared for, maintenance issues handled quickly. Above all, the staff is amazing! From the property manager, all the way to maintenance, they are an absolute delight and make you feel right at home.

    Only been here a few months, so far so good. Some issues with pet clean up and the bushes/plants could use a clean up, but not much else to complain about.Update: They cracked down on picking up after pets, and the couple of times i needed maintenance were handled quickly.

    I went to several apartments with my friend who was also looking for an apartment, and the leasing agent went above and beyond. The apartments are ok.Just a few notes for when you visit. Apartments are on a busy street and are open, so its not ideal for people w/little kids or pets. Bathroom sink is low, kids size. If you have big furniture, go with a measuring tape just to make sure it fits.

    I had a great experience at Pipers Cove. I never had an issue with crime or vandalism to my apartment or vehicle and the employees in the front office were always very helpful as well as friendly. Should the circumstance arise, i would live there again.
