    We are from Jamaica and I must say we looked at a lot of apartments within the Creekside area but Landings at Creekside was our top choice. We’ve been living at Landings at Creekside for a year now and I must say it’s amazing. First of all, I want to commend the staff and maintenance crew on the excellent job they all are doing ensuring their residents are well taken care of. It’s so safe here especially for my kids to play within the complex, it’s also super quiet and peaceful and they also have a dog park. And how can I forget about the pool, an indoor gym and the grills around the complex if you feel for little workout and outdoor activities. If you are searching for a place to call home please choose Landings at Creekside, it would be the best decision you’ll ever make. We all loved it here.❤️❤️

    I’ve lived here for four years, and my experience has been great. The office staff and maintenance team are always kind and communicative. Maintenance responds quickly whenever an issue arises. The complex is well-kept and a nice place to take walks. The office also hosts events throughout the year and keeps residents informed, responding quickly to any questions. My apartment has been perfect for me, my two kids, and my large dog—it’s spacious and feels like home. No complaints!

    This is my first apartment and living here so far has been awesome, neighbors are very friendly. Front office staff is very helpful and always available when needed! Maintenance is also great they have been helpful whenever needed as well! It’s a great community to live in, I would definitely recommend this community for anyone interested in looking for an apartment.

    The Landings staff is extremely helpful, any and every question I had before moving in and even after moving in they answered and helped with easily. Turn around time on any maintenance problem is stellar the longest Ive ever had to wait was maybe a day but most things are fixed same day. The complex is extremely peaceful and located in a centralizedd location near a shopping complex, heb, and many restaurants. Best decision moving in here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    My wife and I needed a place to stay that was affordable, readily available, and would meet all our needs! Mrs. Brooke made the move-in process seem effortless! As soon as we toured the place, we knew this was where we wanted to be! The Landings has a quiet, townhome feel to it which makes it more of a home than an apartment. Super convenient to everything we need, and fortunately close to Buc-ees!

    I moved in on the 12th of July 2024 and wanted to get on here and share my experience so far. I have to say I have been extremely impressed with the flow, help and kindness from the staff that I have met at The Landings. I am extremely excited to make this move into a beautiful apartment with so many amenities. I am completely impressed with the staff and their commitment to outstanding service.     I’m currently a resident here going on about 1year at the Landings at Creekside. I chose this location mostly based on location, Creekside is such a beautiful location and close (like walking/biking close!) to great food/shopping. When I got to tour the apartments with one of the ladies in the leasing office she (and all the staff) were so helpful and knowledgeable! They were patient with me explaining the process because it is my first apartment. The apartments are beautiful and I applaud our maintenance staff for being so attentive to my needs! The apartment complex is well maintained with gardeners, newly painted parking lot, well kept pool and nice clean gym! I’ve never had issues with neighbors being loud, and I live on the first floor! I’m very thankful to have found such a wonderful home.

    The Landings is, without a doubt, the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. It is much more like a HOME and a COMMUNITY than anywhere else I’ve lived. The office and maintenance staff are always willing to help and they are quick to do so too. We moved from a different apartment nearby, and The Landings is WORLDS better!! We don’t plan on leaving until we decide to get a house. Aside from the people, the property is beautiful and well-maintained, and my dogs LOVE the dog park! I have recommended The Landings to anyone looking for a new place!

    My boyfriend and I have lived here going on 5 months now, We have nothing but positive reviews thus far. We enjoy the amenities the landings at creekside provides us as residents, one of them being the free car wash. I use it quit often from the sprayer to the vacuum. We have also been able to enjoy the pool when we first moved in and it was very clean. Lastly this is my birthday month and they have sent me a card with a Balloon which I think is very thoughtful. They really do appreciate and value the residents here and if there’s ever a need they get back to us pretty quickly. I enjoy staying here:)

    We recently moved back into The Landings at Creekside and are so happy to report that there may be different faces in the office they are friendly and easy to work with! Rent is easy to pay online! Having parcel lockers is awesome and ensures you can get your package anytime and it is secure. The complex is clean and quiet. The front office staff communicates well with residents to keep them updated with events happening or any changes on the property. Valet trash is convenient and picked up very often.

    I have lived here for THREE wonderful years, and we just signed to live here for another! We have actually lived in a one, two, and three bedroom - transferring our lease each time because the value of the apartment is worth it and each year, we wanted more space! The front office is fantastic and kind, maintenance is always thorough and getting anything needed done quickly.Creekside is definitely a growing area so the traffic on this side of town isnt great, but weve enjoyed our time here, nonetheless.

    I’ve been living here wind May 2023 and I love it! I am a young adult living with my roommates and never once have I felt overlooked when I have had any issues with the apartment. Maintenance is great and on top of it! I’m definitely going to renew my lease if possible. I love the unit I’m in and that it includes a 2 car garage! I always recommend The Landings for anyone in search of renting in New Braunfels.

My husband got very ill recently and we thought we would need to install equipment to help him,and the manager went far above and beyond to help us !!     I have lived in these apartments for about 6 months and love it. Its close to everything, has so many amenities and gated. The neighbors and staff have all been great and friendly. I come from a small town where everyone knows everybody, and these apartments have the same feel. I have heard the apartment staff has recently changed. They are all great to work with. Any time I need something fixed or changed in my apartment, they get it done usually the same day. This is definitely not at all what I expected when I first moved here. Its great! I am glad to be part of this community!

    This has been the best apartment in New Braunfels I’ve lived in. Lina took her time to assure I had the home I wanted and was empathetic to my needs. She walked me through all stages as far as moving in and expectations for move out. I stayed here for over a year. The community is peaceful, quite and clean. Parking here is never an issue nor for guest. You do not have to walk long distance from where you parked to your unit. Very convenient. Aside from the usual amenities, Springs at Creekside has a carwash inside the community. Maintenance team is very good at keeping the environment clean, the guys are super respectful and never have to wait long periods when you put in a maintenance order. Erin is very consistent with answering calls or getting back to you. She is very helpful to our needs and is quick to attend to any problems that arise. Megan does an outstanding job! She has handled the pandemic very well. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

    Awesome Apartment complex. Staff are friendly and residents are great. My son and I just moved here from Washington state, and our first day in the apartments we were introduced to residents that hang at the pool. From that day forth, we hangout with many fantastic residents and we feel like we are family with everyone there. It’s amazing how much hospitality there is here compared to the Pacific Northwest.     Lena was an absolute gem in getting us into our 4 month lease as we were waiting for our forever home to be built. The area is beautiful, neighbors were kind and the entire community was clean! Love the car wash, vacuum area! The only thing we did not like was being forced to put our CC on file with UPS. It is not a practice of ours to trust cell phone and computer technology (We still write checks) and dont that we should be FORCED to do it, or our rent will not be accepted until we do. WE have never had our packages delivered to our home...always to our office. Other than that, we would highly recommend this place and point them directly to Lena.

    I’ve lived here about a year now and purposefully didn’t want to review for a while until I knew the true feel of the property, the staff, and maintenance.The property is beautiful- there’s a walking trail inside the gate, a walking trail close by around the hospital, and the grounds are well maintained. Want to clean your car? Have messy kids? They have you covered with a free car wash and industrial vacuum cleaner. Have furbabies? There’s a dog park wash and even a dog washing station!The staff is incredible- Danica, Keely, Meghan! They are friendly and responsive! They do so much for the residents.Andrew, their lead maintenance man, is the best. When the batteries are out on your smoke detector or it’s 1000 degrees outside and you wonder why your apartment isn’t as cool as you want it, or there’s something going on that needs attention- Andrew’s your guy! For a small fee, he will even do handyman services for you- mount a tv, install a baby gate, hang curtain rods, he’s got you covered (and with a smile).I love it here and you will too!

    I just moved in and could not be happier. My apartment is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the staff could not have been more helpful. I am on day 5 of a 14 month lease and am already planning to renew. As someone who has been in Multifamily Property Management for over a decade, I am critical of other complexes and staff.     I’ve lived at The Springs for 6 months and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the office staff, to the incredibly polite and friendly maintenance guys. They are quick to answer maintenance calls, and work with you when things aren’t going your way. The property is gorgeous and well maintained.     Have lived in apartments since 1991 and this is the best yet. The staff is very friendly, pool is very clean, fitness center has great equipment (each has own tv). They have strict pet policy and require you pick up after pets, and people do. Some apartments come with a garage or you can rent one.     Newer apartments in convenient area close to Target and lots of other restaurants and stores. Great office staff who are friendly and very accommodating. The maintenance staff is attentive and responds quickly even for small things like a burned out lightbulb. Dog friendly with a dog park onsite. Definitely recommend.

    Love the springs! management runs a tight ship but that is the way i like it. no loitering. everyones got a purpose around here. GREAT PLACE FOR A SINGLE MOM TO RAISE A YOUNGSTER!
