    I just moved here and the office staff were so helpful with the entire move in process. I was skeptical with some of reviews but the amenities are great and the gates do close but after business hours. Also, pool has been cleaned since I’ve moved here. Great place and area to live at!

    I have been living here for about 2 months already and my experience has been phenomenal. The management is very helpful with any of my questions. The landscaping is beautiful, which to me is very important. The pool is very clean, although I’m not a water person, I like to see how they maintain it clean all the time.When I read the reviews, some were not great. But I took a chance and it was a very good choice to live here. I highly recommend these apartments.

    I’ve lived in a lot of apartment complexes over the years and by far the Landing on 6th has the best management. Very quick to respond to any issues I have and always to polite. I have enjoyed my time at the landing very much since I’ve become a part of the community. Very sad to have left. Units are large and spacious and Norma and Sindy are very attentive to their tenants needs. Apart from helping with day-to-day issues or concerns, management does a great job putting together seasonal activities to build the community at The Landing. I have nothing bad to say about this place, I loved it here and will miss it!

    We are very pleased with The Landing on 6th. Management has always addressed our concerns in a timely manner. The maintenance department is great. Any work orders that are placed are taken care of immediately. It’s very convenient to live in this area. The gate is an absolute plus, we have never felt unsafe here. I absolutely love that these apartments come with a washer and dryer. Also, the walls are super thick so you don’t have to worry about hearing your neighbors. Highly recommend!

    I love living in the Landing its a great community! The front desk staff is always very polite and friendly. The maintenance crew works fast fixing any issues in out apt. The staff makes sure we feel welcomed and right at home.

    I love living here. I’ve been here 3 months so far and Definitely made the right choice, it’s localized perfectly in the center of McAllen nearby restaurants and grocery stores that I frequent. I’ve noticed other reviews talking about mold and I can say that these apartments buildings are old but very well taken care of. The office is very good about making sure any issues at all when you move in are addressed ESPECIALLY mold! When I moved in and completed my apartment condition checklist they had maintenance in my apartment the very next day to fix issues as small as my washer making weird noises. Just know that the staff here are wonderful when it comes to addressing concerns and that the apartments themselves are beautiful. ❤️

    These are not the nicest apartments especially for the $1200 that we pay for our three bedroom. They are really outdated on the inside. That being said, the landscape is beautiful! Theres even a pet park and toddler playground. They also require you to follow property rules which is great in my opinion. I read another review saying that management and staff are rude but that is not true. The manager is awesome!! She always greats us with a smile and the staff does as well. The maintenance men are super nice too! The manager is quick to resolve any issues that occur. Weve lived here for over 5 years and shes honestly the best one Ive had. They have cute little community events for residents during the holidays throught the year. Pool parties, Easter hunt, Thanksgiving lunch to name a few. Almost 100% of the time you can find chocolate in the front lobby area. :) They also offer coffee and tea!! Theres also security that patrols here. Its a really great place to live in my opinion.

    Iv read reviews some bad some good. To each their own. This is my personal experience with them. Overall it’s a really good complex. The neighbors are nice. Monthly pest control which you do pay but it’s like 3 dollars no big deal. The complex is always kept clean. We have put only one work order and they came by the next day and fixed our problem. I will actually be transferring to another unit in this complex just because we need another bedroom. Management are nice, patient, and willing to work with you. Plus it’s right in the middle of everything.

    I have lived here since 2016 in july and i have never had trouble with management. They are always helpful and listen to all my demands! I pay my rent and never give them trouble. The pool is always clean. I love talking to management!

    On the day I was scheduled to move in, I showed up to find all of my vents had black stuff on them. They had someone come look at it and I was told it was not mold. They did have them cleaned but it set my move in day a few days back. The appliances in the unit I was shown were new. In the apartment I moved into, the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher were probably early 90s and barely hanging on but they did work. I cried when I first moved in. It was a huge disappointment and the staff not once validated my frustration. That said, the rest of my stay was pleasant. The staff was always friendly and responded promptly when something needed to be done. Once when I went to the office with my dog to talk to staff, one of the staff put together a goodie bag for my dog that she handed me on the way out. I was super impressed. At move out, I left the place cleaner than I found it. I got a text a couple days later saying I owed $215 for pet damage. Note: I paid a large nonrefundable fee upfront. In addition, I paid a $300 refundable deposit. So this $215 is in addition to all of that. When I called to inquire I was told they had carpet experts come and they said there was pet urine on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. I do not believe this (I am not saying I dont trust that this is what the staff was told by the company. I do have strong doubts about the company hired to check the carpet) The point is, it does not cost over $500 to replace the carpet in a 10x10 room. I feel disappointed that this is how it ended. Follow up: turns out since I got the E Premium insurance they recommended at move in, the pet damage will be covered by them and the office is handling the claim. In addition, I voiced my frustration with getting a text vs a phone call telling me there would be additional charges. Sindy was very receptive and assured me she would follow up with feedback for that staff member.

    Great so far. Everything works. Staff is very friendly and informative. Porch light was replaced a day after moving in. Just called about an issue with one of the ceiling fans and a work order was put in. Maybe just the pool may be of question.

    My family is going on 4 years living here and we absolutely enjoy it. We’ve never felt unsafe. Management is always available. Maintenance is awesome 😎. I definitely recommend this apartment community.

    I have always been impressed with how quickly you respond to our maintenance requests. Even more importance is the friendly attitude with Tino, the maintenance person. He is so polite and friendly. Tino is a major asset to your organization.

    Staff is very courteous. Neighborhood is peaceful and is situated around many restaurants and shopping centers. They allow pets which is awesome. The kids have fun at the playground as well. Awesome place to live!

    We have been living here for 4 years already and I can honestly say this new management is the best we have had since we moved in. My wife loves this place because everytime we have an issue it gets fixed quick. The area is clean and we feel safe as we see patrol units inside the complex all the time for extra security. I highly recommend this apartment complex if you are looking for a new place plus its central to many great resturants.

    Well its a nice and quiet neighborhood. Havent had any problems actually. Im just wondering about the fire extinguisher that was never replaced. Otherwise were happy living here.

    I 💘 MY 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT! Its tile floors throughout and the space is freakin awesome!!!! The landscaping is nicely trimmed and the customer service is excellent!
