I truly enjoy living here. When I put in a maintenance request It gets done within 24 hours sometimes the same day, thats wonderful. Tristan and Carlos and the maintenance crew are truly helpful. Wonderful staff, wonderful property. Only reason I’m moving out is because I got married and we bought a house. But overall this is a 10/10 property price wise, staff wise, and location wise. Everything is so close to you it’s very safe and quiet I genuinely loved my apartment and have never been happier in a place. Thank you to the staff for all their attention to detail and their dedication to making my living experience a 10/10. Highly recommend these apartments!

I’ve only been on the property 6 months but so far so good. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Maintenance tends to respond in a timely manner and they communicate very well. Fairly priced. Grounds are well kept. I just LOVE ME some Abby!!! She’s the best

Tristen and her team are Wonderful. They were very helpful with the move in process. Although I did have a few issues with the apartment when I moved in. I can tell the carpet was not cleaned, there were a few roaches and the bathroom mirrors were broken. But they quickly fixed everything and took care of It ASAP. have not had any issues with my new apartment sense. And Ive been here almost 2 weeks now.

Had an amazing time living here! Really did not want to leave but hurricane Beryl unfortunately took part of my roof with it. Tristen and Emily have been amazing through my whole moving and transfer process and even went above and beyond to make sure I was well accommodated and happy with my new move. Thank you so much to Emily and Tristen and to the amazing maintenance team! So happy to be able to move to the sister property, the Legacy, and stay with Summit management!

Live here currently. Every time there was an issue the staff would go above and beyond to help out. Sandra really worked with us when we had to move for a renovation, they gave us enough time to plan and pack up and we were able to get into our same unit. This is a good place to live and they are always updating it. Even if you don’t have a brand new updated apartment they are still great.

The Landing at Clear Lake is a wonderful property and beautiful place to call home, because the staff makes it homely. I recently moved/relocated to a place that offers a better commute to work; I will miss the Landing staff and my neighbors. I will miss Jenny greeting me with a big smile, as soon as I come into the office. I will miss Carly making sure everything is in order for my apartment and Tristen ensuring the details are not overlooked. Might I add that Carly has patience and great follow-up skills, because I asked many questions and she always answered and got back with me, even if she was out of the office. The Landing at Clear Lake would not be the place that it is without the maintenance team, which is led by Asmir. Asmir and Louis are always on top of things to ensure residents have the best experience and can safely call The Landing at Clear Lake home. Speaking of Asmir, he has been at the property the longest, along with Emily, who is still with the company, but now at a different complex, The Legacy. When team/staff members work as diligently as Asmir and Emily to ensure a property is safe and residents are happy and comfortable, it makes a person want to remain there, even when new staff come on board. Weve lived here for almost 2 years, and we love it ! The office staff is amazing and they care about the people who live here ! In our case maintenance has always came the first day we requested. They came to fix our washer, and a week later they came to install a brand new washer and dryer just because the previous ones were old, even though they already fixed it. They always work with us. The only complaint i have is parking.. But its improved a bunch.. They started doing stickers for the residents vehicles and assigned visitor parking. This is a great place to live !

Great staff and beautiful apartment. Love the friendly grounds crew and lush pathways. Sunsets over the massive feels toward I-45 are stunning. Lovely green space tucked behind the complex which is a safe place for kids and dogs and working out :)

I lived here for a year and was overall very satisfied. Management was nice and accessible, maintenance was fantastic, the grounds were clean, and parking was plentiful.The dryer in my unit was pretty awful... it would take three or four cycles to dry a normal sized load of laundry. In this price range, though, I felt lucky to get a washer/dryer in the unit at all. These arent the nicest, newest apartments in Webster. But they are affordable, clean, and well managed. If it wasnt for the fact that they didnt have a single bedroom floor plan available after my lease was up and my roommate and I went our separate ways, Id likely still be living there.
