You will truly not find a better community in all of Dallas. The apartments are gorgeous, the amenities are fantastic, and the location is second to none.Even better than all of that though is the staff. Everyone from the front desk team, to the manager, to the maintenance staff is absolutely fantastic. 10/10 would recommend.

At every complex things eventually mess up in your apartment wether it be a faucet or a trash disposal. It is the nature of things and they can be unavoidable. What I usually feel is a good tell on a great complex is how well the issues can be overcome. Anthony and the maintenance team have been top notch. My wife and I have been living here over a year now and our experience has been great with them. Not only are they fast but we can trust the work they are doing, they are extremely knowledgeable . Also we can feel safe while they are working in our apartment and just making sure everything works well. They are a friendly face around the complex and Anthony will always greet you with a smile. We can’t say enough about how well this team does and the value they bring to this property.

Bryan has been absolutely amazing! From the day we moved in he has gone above and beyond to help residents far beyond what are his normal obligations. He is extremely professional, gets tasks done before you even ask for them and is always kind. He had everything organized prior to our move in date so that when we came it was a seamless transition!

The first thing that stands out about this place besides the great location is the staff. Every single one of the employees here is incredible, from the concierge team to the leasing office to the maintenance team etc.I’d put them up as easily one of the best teams in Dallas.The new property manager, Chassitty, is the icing on the cake and the increased effort to make this place great hasn’t gone unnoticed. It is such a welcome change to feel valued as a resident again and engage with the management team on a daily basis.We’re so excited to feel confident once again in referring this place to all of our friends looking for a new spot to live in!

I have lived at The Jordan for the last two years and can say without a doubt its been the best apartment experience Ive ever had.Anthony leads maintenance and has been an invaluable resource to me. Hes quick to handle any/all maintenance requests and does so with care and kindness. Hes amazing at what he does and were so lucky to have him at the Jordan!Sam, Hana and Brian at the front desk are incredibly friendly, kind and supportive. I lived at The Jordan from mid 2023 until recently when I purchased a home. I have also lived at a few other apartments in the Uptown Dallas area over the years.The comments below arent wrong-- the best feature of this property is the team that works here. Bryan, Hanna, and Sam at the front desk are all incredibly competent, kind, and helpful; each one of them is head and shoulders above any other concierge at other buildings Ive lived at and they definitely deserve all of the praise that they get. Anthony (who I believe lives on-site/is a great member of the community) and his maintenance team handle requests quickly and professionally while Jahmal in charge of leasing does a great job showing off the community and is super responsive. And shoutout to Edgar the unsung hero who kept the community spotless for as long as I had lived there and always had a smile on his face. It really is hard to overstate the value that they all provide to the building.Other than that-- rent is fair, units generally have good views, fit and finishes are better than average, safety is much better than other options around given its proximity to the Federal Reserve and rolldown garage gate (car theft is unfortunately very common in Uptown), the tenant base is a good mix of young professionals and empty nesters, and its walkable to most places in Uptown.That said, its not all perfect, pipes burst in the winter, the rolldown gate gets stuck frequently, the AC for the common spaces/lobby only worked about ~75% of the time I was there (roasting the concierge team) and elevator traffic jams happen if one of the three goes down (also somewhat frequent). But, its hard to fault anyone for those things and they arent problems unique to this building.All-in, Id definitely recommend the Jordan to anyone looking in the Uptown area and have nothing but positive things to say about my overall experience.

The concierge BRYAN...This guy is freaking awesome, so i HAD to say something good about him.Im one of your FedEx drivers here. This guy will literally come out to your truck and literally take your packages from you, without you having to get out of the truck.Hes ALWAYS super nice and courteous. Hes very knowledgeable and in tune with the residents there. So if I have a package without an apt number, he knows it right off the top of his head!Ive seen him several times interact with the residents and they seem to LOVE him....and it might be because hes cute or his big muscles IDK.YALL SHOULD KEEP THIS GUY AROUND!

We have lived in the uptown area for about 8 years and moved here in 2019 and this building is our favorite place we’ve ever lived. Every person that works here from concierge to maintenance are committed to making sure we enjoy our home! I can’t imagine having to quarantine in a better place to be honest and the were very accommodating. When we weren’t able to use the amenities, they really did use the money elsewhere to ensure we were getting what we paid for. They’re even updating unused areas in the building to accommodate changes in work lifestyle by adding a small conference room. I do hope they continue this and create other private work areas in the building to take zoom calls and such.We have never had an outage of power or water (knock on wood!), elevators are slow but what residential high rise isn’t. Gym and pool are everything we need (Peloton bikes are EVERYTHING!). I do wish there was a dog wash, but our unit has a standing glass door shower so it works for us.We will continue living here for as long as possible!

Being greeted by him made me want to move in without even seeing the property. Then I met Jahmal, super friendly showed me around, answered all my questions.. The atmosphere at the Jordan’s is extremely comfortable I will be moving in.

We’ve loved living here - some issues as with any apartment, but the current management, maintenance and concierge teams are great. The location is great, and the unit finishings are top notch. Bryan is so helpful to assist with getting us packages, and going out of his way especially to bring the larger and heavier items to our door, and Hana and Sam are so wonderful to us, our pup, and our visitors.

I have been living here for almost one month and I have nothing but positive things to say. This apartment offers a concierge service. They assist with your parking pass (NTTA Toll Tag), package holds, freight elevator, and just making your experience more enjoyable. They are very personable and professional (Niecey, Hannah, Brian, and Sam). Moreover, the parking is secure and the amenities are nice. There are a lot of things to do within walking distance (museum, food, bars, etc). I would highly recommend to my friends and family!

Garage door is sometimes broken for a couple days and the elevator was out for a little bit when we lived there - I think its pretty normal stuff, BUT they are so on top of it and communicate timelines of repair etc. 5/5 recommend!

I called Bryan (Concierge) to let him know I called someone to clean out my air ducts because I was having bad allergies even though I changed the air filter. The person I called found some sort of green residue in my unit. Bryan immediately called Anthony (maintenance manager) to cut it out and spray it with a disinfectant. This all happened within a span of 10 minutes. The customer service at this apartment complex is superb. Highly recommend these folks if you want to spend the extra money for a luxury apartment in Uptown Dallas.

Ok so I don’t even live here nor have I ever stayed here. I’m a courier, and about a 3 weeks ago, I mistakenly left a dolly at the Jordan. Last week, I returned and asked the concierge Bryan if he’d happened to see it which he hadn’t. However! When I returned a couple of days later, I found that he had searched the grounds and kept my dolly there for me until he could return it to me😂 if he goes this far for someone who isn’t even a guest I’m sure he takes care of actual guests!

The location and safety offered are unbeatable, resident parking is never an issue, they are pet friendly, and the bathroom/kitchen finishes are beautiful!The views from our balcony are fabulous, our neighbors are lovely and friendly, and maintenance in the unit was always quick! The concierge team makes little things like packages and guests easy. Gui and Hanna are the best!I’m a little confused reading the negative comments as we have loved it here, but everyone has their own preferences. We’ve only experienced the elevator being down a few times, but where does that not happen? We were notified when it was down so we could plan to leave a few minutes early or take the stairs.Overall, we are so happy we chose The Jordan and will be sad to say goodbye!

The Property Manager, Elizabeth, and Leasing team (Alex and Cassidy) genuinely want to ensure that you love everything about making the Jordan your home from the amenities offered (newly updated gym and coming Echelon movement studio, newly updated pool deck, new conference center, etc.) to the small meaningful gestures provided during the pandemic like handing out festive grab bags or safe meals during holidays.Additionally, the care and consideration of the Concierge team in regards to everyday needs, is simply amazing. This team, Gui/Abril//Hana/Kevin/Jordan, will get to know each resident and goes above and beyond to ensure the security, comfort and satisfaction of everyone that lives here.Lastly, the Facilities team, Alfredo/Anthony, are so quick and responsive in handling/addressing maintenance needs. They ensure this building is always functioning.I would recommend the Jordan to any one that wants to live in a great high-rise environment with great neighbors and an amazing staff that keeps this building functioning.

I just signed a renewal at The Jordan, and couldn’t be happier. I have had a great experience the entire time I have lived here; even during Covid. During this time, they have stepped up their cleaning, and the property is always clean, and looks great. The staff truly cares about our well-being and safety, and it shows. They have been communicating with us consistently and are still on site 24/7. They are also always friendly and happy to help even during these tough times. Amazing experience while living at the Jordan. I have lived at other Uptown and West Village properties, and this was by far the best. Their onsite staff was reliable, friendly, and helpful. They host free food trucks and other events throughout the year. Their public areas are well serviced and free to use. And I never felt like they were trying to squeeze money out of me. Location is fantastic and the views of the city are great.

This is the best apartment property I’ve lived at. Management and staff bend over backwards to make sure you are more than happy. They’re all incredibly professional and loving.We have the most incredible view, suns rise and sunsets making working from home so delightful.The dark wood floors, marble countertops and silver appliances are to die for. I love the set up of their two bedroom. It’s open and welcoming.They always have fresh flowers in the lobby and their gym is super clean with new equipment.The attentiveness and service is honestly what makes all the difference. Beth, Alex and Gui truly make it feel like home and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Not only with the excellent on-site staff but with the location, the quick, efficient, and polite response to maintenance requests, the cleanliness of the amenity areas, the lobby, the hallways, the grounds and elevators. Ample and safe parking. A quiet and private environment. On-going upgrades reflect a commitment to the overall resident experience. There is a tremendous neighborly atmosphere, whether its a quick conversation in the elevator or sharing dinner with a new resident down the hall. Feels like family! And thank you so much for all the complimentary food truck dinners during this season of COVID and for the lovely Thanksgiving feast, as well!

Ive lived in a lot of different high rise apartment buildings and this is by far the best one Ive lived in. The people make all the difference. The management and concierge go above and beyond to have your every need met. The building is beautiful and new and there isnt a better view of Dallas. The gym (particularly the peloton bikes) is a great added feature and the pool is amazing (plus its Dallas so you can use it almost year round). The concierge team is particularly stellar. It has been the same team since I moved in which you dont realize the value of - it adds such a sense of security to see the same faces every day instead of a constant rotation of strangers which has been my experience at past buildings.The bonus of new is, well, everything is new. The negative is anyone who has had any life experience at all knows that new construction also equals issues and quirks. The management team (who, despite what some people who live in this building think, did not in fact build the building or have any control over the construction) has done an amazing job (and showed way more patience than I would) when there have been some issues with the original water pipes (which have been replaced) and some quirks with the elevators.The unpleasant reviewers on google are just as unpleasant to live with so hopefully by the time you move in they will be gone back to whatever magical wonderland it is that they came from where things always run perfectly - probably their parents house.

As they say in real estate, Location location location! The best of Dallas is at your doorstep. Spacious floor plans and best views in Uptown. Concierge and staff are top notch. We found the Jordan with the help of SmartCity Apartments. The Jordan is within walking distance to my fiances job, the videos of the unit were very helpful to see everything before signing the lease, and the room measurements were sent to me on request. So far so good! We love the pool and love the grilling area!!I almost DQ the Jordan based on previous reviews but I had the opportunity to speak with the manager (Alieya) and ask her pointed questions about the negative reviews. Her answers made sense and we havent had any issues since being here.
