The Huntington is a beautiful property and apartment perfect for me. The best is Allison Martinez the property manager and Simone. The kindest most helpful people who I am grateful to have helped me into my new home! It is in a great location and close to Scott & White hospital. HAPPY!

I can find nothing I have been disappointed about residing here at the Huntington Apts in College Station!! I understand that us elderly can always find something to complain about; BUT if I speant hours trying to find fault, can honestly say I can find nothing but praise as to living here! They have always beem most attentive and efficient when I have a need! Thanks to management and staff for being so kind, professional and expedient to ALL my requests!! 💜

I walked in this place with my aunt today and I was at so much peace. The environment was wonderful and the place was so clean. Staff(Sierra) was amazing. She helped us with everything and comfort us in the most humblest way. My aunt is 76 and this place was EXACTLY what she was looking for. Big Thank You to Sierra and this place itself! We loved it!!!

Its a beautiful senior community. Must be age 62 or above to live there. It has stairs as well as an elevator to get to your floor. The apartments they offer are brand new and spacious. Washer dryer connection and pet friendly. They will soon be adding a court yard with mini golf and a nature trail to the area. Scott and White hospital is across the street.

I was there just yesterday 4 20 and toured the beautiful new apartnents. The office staff was cordial and helpful and the apt I toured was wonderful. The cabinet space in the kitchen was spacious.

I moved in shortly after they opened. The staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to help the residents. I highly recommend.
