    Weve been residents at The Hudson for quite some time now, we even started a little family here ❤️ and it’s been nothing but amazing.Noise: We’ve had some neighbors around and above us come and go but we’ve never been bothered by any noise. We’ve even checked with our neighbors when our little was born to be courteous of our surroundings and they’ve all said they don’t hear a peep.Office: The staff is always so kind and super consistent at addressing any questions or concerns. They also provide us with fun activities and events to do and attend throughout the year.Grounds: The whole complex is very beautiful, clean and pet friendly! There’s plenty of parking for family and friends to visit. The gym is great for any kind of exercise, the pool is always so clean and fun during pool season. Outdoor community grills work great and are very clean. The complex also feels very safe, a lot of the time I work super late so I take my dog on late night walks and feel very comfortable in doing that.Pets: As previously stated the complex is very pet friendly. Our dog absolutely loves the bark park and doggy spa. Everyone around here really does their part to keep it clean and friendly for all dogs. Doggy stations are easy to find but also very out of sight out of mind so it doesn’t take away from the beauty and cleanliness of the complex.Maintenance: Maintenance is super responsive and quick to fix any concerns. They’re also super friendly and very good at making their rounds for routine check ups! Overall: The Hudson is honestly the best complex we’ve lived at. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live and raise my little guy. 5/5

    Ive been a resident at The Hudson since it opened, downsizing after many years of owning/maintaining my own home. Its been an exceptional experience.The staff is personable, receptive and quick to respond to concerns, and the maintenance crew has been nothing but professional -- always on top of even the smallest request.The gated complex is clean, safe and quite comfortable. I appreciate the attention given to the pool area -- its use is heavy during the summer season, and great effort goes into ensuring favorable experiences for tenants and their guests (where else might you see office staffers handing out free Popsicles to pool visitors?). The premises are well groomed, and parking is controlled.Ive had neighbors come and go, but noise has never been a major concern. In fact, Ive met some very nice people while living at The Hudson.I cannot imagine apartment living being much better.

    My wife and I have lived here for a couple of months now, and have nothing to complain about. Our apartment has been great. We haven’t had many issues, but when we have needed something fixed it was taken care of quickly and we haven’t had to worry about it since. Both the management and maintenance teams are awesome and very easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Hudson to anyone looking for a good apartment.

    I have lived at the Hudson for about 3 months now, and I can definitely say that this is the best place that I’ve lived at in Lubbock. All of the staff is so sweet and helpful. Whenever I have a problem with my apartment they are usually there within the hour to fix it. The apartments are very beautiful inside and out they are very well kept. Not only do they have beautiful apartments but they also have fun activities for the tenants. I love living here!

    I’ve lived at the Hudson for 8 months now and I have absolutely loved it! The move-in process was very smooth and easy! The Hudson apartments are definitely the nicest and most homey here in Lubbock! And the management is top tier! Stephanie and Rose are so kind! I definitely recommend the Hudson!

    As a resident of 5 months, I truly love and enjoy this apartment and community. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff and other residents. The complex stays clean 24/7 and anytime there might be an issue in your unit or outside of it the maintenance team comes immediately to fix these issues. I would 100% recommend living at the Hudson to anybody.

    Ive been here for 8 months now and feel like I have a good enough lay of the land to finally put up a review here.The office staff are friendly and kind; the maintenance staff are incredibly responsive and helpful. My apartment has been well-maintained, the grounds are kept tidy and functional, and I have a great view from my balcony.I moved from owning a large house into this complex. I was seeking a stress-free, no-maintenance lifestyle with a sense of community. It was a bit of a transition for us, but Im glad I chose the Hudson as the place to downsize. Ive gotten to know some neighbors (this was easiest during the summer) and I feel at home here. I have 2 kids and a poodle and we have never felt unwelcome or like we were too loud / bothering our neighbors. (But - my kids are crazy well-behaved and we start quiet time a good 2 hours before the complex quiet hours start... its a great excuse to make everyone wind down at the end of the day.)I do wish that the pool was open longer, but every complex in Lubbock opens and closes with the same schedule as The Hudson. I also wish we could use the common area outside of office hours - I like having friends over on weekends and its kind of a bummer to have to tell everyone to stop talking at 10:00pm. But I think thats more commentary on apartment living than on this particular complex.I love that the staff are launching initiatives to build the sense of community I was seeking, with food drives and Thanksgiving youve been gobbled baskets. Its cute and fun and an excuse to pay it forward a bit.I LOVE the pet spa. With a poodle whose fur is like velcro (everything sticks to him), having access to the pet spa when things happen is a lifesaver. I do wish it was accessible outside of office hours, but the staff are always very accommodating when something crazy happens and I need it.The coworking facility was a primary draw for me to select this complex, and it really makes this feel like Im working at one of the resorts I often travel to for work.I also appreciate that the staff work to make sure this place is what its advertised as. I had very noisy neighbors when I first moved in; they would play music really loud very late at night and I swear they were making smoothies at 2:00 am more than once! I never complained on them, but they arent here anymore so Im guessing someone mustve gotten tired of it at some point! I dont know if the staff had anything to do with their departure, but I appreciate that if someone in the community cant abide by the standards that make this a great place to live, they shouldnt live here.

    I have been residing at the Hudson for a little while now and I must say that my experience has been exceptional. As someone who is new to community and apartment living, I had numerous questions before moving in. However, Stephanie and Rose have been absolutely amazing in addressing all my inquiries and concerns. They have shown great professionalism and have promptly resolved any issues that have arisen.Before deciding to move into the Hudson, I had toured the premises a year prior. At that time, I was going through significant life changes, including selling my home of 15 years. It was crucial for me to find a space that was comfortable, safe, accommodating, clean, and reasonably priced for the area. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Hudson not only met these criteria but also offered fantastic amenities. The co-working space has become a regular part of my weekly routine, and I am thrilled to have access to the equipped conference rooms. Additionally, the two gym spaces have been a great asset for maintaining an active lifestyle. Furthermore, I have had the pleasure of meeting many other happy residents at the dog park that have lived here for years. I am eagerly anticipating the opening of the beautiful pool.Since moving into my new space, I have felt consistently comfortable and at ease. The maintenance team and staff have been nothing short of respectful towards me and my family. As an active user of the co-working space, I have had the opportunity to witness their interactions with other residents and staff interacting with each other and their professionalism shines through.I would like to extend my gratitude to the staff at the Hudson for their exceptional service and creating a positive environment. Stephanie, your hard work and dedication are greatly appreciated. I am proud to give the Hudson a well-deserved 5-star rating. It is evident that everyone here is committed to providing an outstanding living experience, and the maintenance is always working on something striving for excellence at the best of their abilities.I first met Rose and Stephanie over a year ago, and since then, I have never regretted my decision to reside at the Hudson.     I have lived here for slightly over a year now. Rose, Stephanie and Steve have been truly been amazing! They go above and beyond looking out for you and ensuring your living needs are met. I have felt nothing but care and attention to detail since my arrival. If I make a repair request, it’s completed in 24 hours or less. The team, and the property are awesome! Thank you all!

    Rose and the manager are the greatest team in Helping you move in, getting maintenance repairs and answering quickly to questions. The Hudson is such a great place to live especially if you love to have a well up kept environment and close to all stores.

    Lubbock is a small town which means fewer options when it comes to apartment living. Searched for weeks for “that one” & truly found in here at the Hudson Apartments at Orchard Park. Such a wonderful & friendly staff with so many amenities from the pool to the gym! Great size & Sq footage for your money, especially in South LBK. The Dog cleaning station & small dog park is the cherry on the cake! Special thanks to Stephanie, Rose & the maintenance team for get the job done!

    I was a resident at the Hudson for a little over 2 years since I moved back to Lubbock. I could not recommend a better place to live! The gated community is great, rent is fair, and the neighborhood is wonderful. The units and spaces are well-cared for paired with top-notch management. Stephanie, Rose, and the grounds staff go out of their way to help. They are friendly and kind! The only reason I moved out was because the opportunity to purchase a house came up! I will miss being able to drop in to the front office for a quick visit, not to mention being able to take my dog in for a wash in the oh-so-convenient dog wash area!If you are looking for a place to live in Lubbock, I whole-heartedly would give this one a try!

    The office is amazing at getting back to you quickly and friendly, and maintenance is always extremely fast and reliable. On top of that the apartments are just extremely comfortable! Highly recommend if you are looking for an amazing pet-friendly atmosphere with amazing people!

    BEST AFFORDABLE APARTMENTS IN LUBBOCK!Management, Stephanie and Rose, truly make The Hudson at Orchard Park feel like home. Their kind-hearted, genuine demeanor towards my family remains unaltered, and for that reason, I enjoy studying every morning in The Hudson Co-Working Space. Each morning I walk through their doors, Im greeted with a warm smile and a genuine, Hows it going? Whenever time permits, Ill even catch up with Stephanie in her office, where she shows legitimate interest in who I am as a person.Managements commitment to authenticity speaks to the culture of Lubbock, and thats what I enjoy most about living here. In all sincerity, the effect of their positive attitude extends throughout the entire neighborhood. Despite being an introvert, I find it effortless to get to know my neighbors as well as undemanding to take my dog on a walk. Truthfully, the atmosphere of The Hudson is one of serenity. Sure, all apartments come with their occasional issues, but thanks to Stephanie and Rose, as well as the incredible maintenance team, theres no place Id rather live!

    The Hudson was by far the best apartments I’ve ever lived at. Very upscale and luxurious. Management was easy to work with, respectful and always willing to accommodate personal misfortunes. I have never lived at a complex where the staff truly care about each resident, especially when life happens and things go south in personal lives. Rose (Assistant Property Manager) is charismatic and super helpful. Stephanie (Property Manager) is sweet and understanding. In scanning of this property’s reviews, it sounds like lots of bitter and entitled people live there because I never experienced any of what is being said. If you have any doubts, just go in and talk to the staff and you can see for yourself. Without a doubt the most recommended apartment complex in the Hub City! Well worth the money!

    My family recently move from out of state to Lubbock. I researched a lot of apartments options in the area looking for a place that was safe and close to shopping and restaurants. I was so pleased to find The Hudson at Orchard Park. These are brand new modern and spacious apartments. The amenities provided are wonderful. It has been great having a gym just a short walk away. Also, we are looking forward to relaxing at the beautiful pool.The staff at Hudson is second to none, super friendly, and always on top of things.We are super thankful we found The Hudson at Orchard Park.

    I am so happy to have found this place, it has been three years since we moved to The Houdson at Orchard park, practically since they opened, the maintenance and management team are incredible and helpful, they have always solved our concerns and needs. So if you are looking for a good economical and safe place to live The Houdson at Orchard park is the one.
