    My roomate and I have lived at the hudson for 4 years now. We love our unit specially because it opens to a large balcony. Their events they host r nice. They give out free food and sometimes coupons, gift cards, and other goodies. Our favorite was the pet of the month. Our cat won and we got a pet co gift card and bought him a scratching post. We also love the maintenance man, Oscar!

    Ever since signing my lease at the Hudson, Iā€™ve loved every minute of it! Paolo gave me a tour and answered all of my questions with great care. I wouldnā€™t recommend anyplace but the Hudson. Truly an amazing living experience right next to campus!

    The Hudson offers a modern, conveniently and safely located, residence for TAMU students. Nicely maintained, good amenities and warmly managed.The lease-office assistants are self testimony of the welcoming atmosphere.     This has been a pretty great place to live! The rooms are decent sized and having your own private bathroom is incredible! And the quality of bed frame, desks and other pieces in the room are much better quality than other comparable apartments in the area. However if I had to nit picky with the things I donā€™t like, they would beā€¦-the visitor parking option is a nightmare/very little spots and towing is very bad all around the building so having friends over can be very difficult- the rent is very high , Iā€™m in a 4 person and still paying unreasonable rates-the gym is sadā€¦smelly and of the two treadmills, both are usually broken downBut if youā€™re looking for something very close to campus then this is a great option!

    So far so good- there were some minor issues with the apartment with the flooring and some strange setup problems with where they placed my dresser, but its comfortable, quiet, and the Internet is fast- always good for classes and leisure time. Facilities like the mini gym and pool are standard in a good way, and staff have been prompt and pleasant with my roommates and I thus far.

    I have lived at the Hudson since last August and I love the convenient location it is situated in. It is a quick walk to campus and restaurants nearby. Also, the maintenance team is amazing!! They are super fast in fixing a request I put in, and the rest of the staff are always maintaining a clean and positive environment for the residents. Anytime I have a question or concern, Angela and Vryanna at the leasing office are always helpful! I would definitely recommend living here:)

    Very nice place to live, great location, very new, fully furnished with new furniture/appliances. Only reason itā€™s not 5 star is because when moved in my apartment had some significant problems. Broken couch, broken TV, plumbing etc. But all were fixed quickly by the maintenance team.

    I have lived here in a studio apartment for 2 years, and Iā€™ve really liked my stay! Iā€™m only moving due to the cost of rent here. The distance to campus is unbeatable, and Iā€™ve never had a problem with the management. The staff puts on a lot of fun events and is very active on social media. The maintenance staff is really kind and helpful, and they reply very quickly. The appliances in my apartment are top quality and nothing was damaged when I moved in, besides some paint markings and floor scratches. My only complaints would be that the apartment gets really loud and rowdy, Iā€™d assume from being by Northgate. The parking garage gates are also broken more often than not, and thereā€™s barely any trashcans (on the first floor especially). Other than that, Iā€™ve loved my stay!

    Best place to live in the Northgate area. Very convenient as it is at a walking distance to campus. It also provides dedicated study areas, ample storage space, and comfortable living areas. They offer very good rental rates that cater, better than what most apartment complexes in this area have to offer. The on-site staff is always available to address any concerns promptly. The management team organizes regular community events and social activities.

    The Hudson has been fabulous to work with. Lease signing was easy and all questions were answered thoroughly. We moved our son in yesterday and the move was flawless! Apartment is beatutiful with great kitchen and bathrooms. The common areas on the property are also great. The pool deck and sky lounge deck are almost complete, but what we saw looks great. The staff have been wonderful and so nice and helpful. Upon move in, several of the staff stopped by the unit to make sure everything was okay and if it was not they were going to get if fixed right away. The Hudson will be a great place for my son to call home!

The updated appliances in the kitchen and washer/dryer is perfect, I have yet to have any problems with either. I have never heard my neighbors, 10/10 would recommend the Hudson to anyone looking for a close and affordable apartment!!

    I love living here! Its close enough to campus, but also somewhat secluded so it doesnt feel too hectic. The appliances are also AMAZING, especially the washer and dryer! Also definitely love all of the amenities like the pool and mini golf. Overall 10/10!!!

    I have been living here for a few years, and here is an honest review.Pros- staff is 90% great. They host monthly events, showing they care about residents. Anytime something breaks down, they are quick to resolve it.- very close to campus, and I mean you dont need a car at all. Ive biked 95% of the time, and can get to west campus within 15 minutes.- amazon locker. Great, love it. Only small issue is while Amazon might say delivered, it wont be in the hub until the staff put it inside. You could always pick it up from the front though. Sundays they are closed, so your package will be delivered Monday.- In Northgate, but not in Northgate. If youre a party person, then you have easy access to Northgate, but the building itself is far enough to not be disturbed by the noise.- parking garage. Theyll try and pressure you into getting a spot quickly, but dont worry. The garage is a mixed bag, while there is always a place to park, it doesnt mean its easy to park. People (not at fault of the management at all) do tend to speed down, to the point that I am shocked I havent been hit. It is a bit expensive, but it saves the hassle of asking people for rides.Cons- the building is showing its age. For example, Elevators are broken every two months, but not too bad as it eventually gets fixed. One con is they used to have cameras, but now no longer there, allowing people to mess with it after Northgate.- pressure. They do pressure you into getting parking or a spot. While they might mean well, it does create stress into signing quickly.- the amenities are there, but not good quality. This is a big one, as they HEAVILY advertise their amenities. The whole place is fancy until you start using the amenities. Lots of the sofas, chairs, pool table, etc. are very low quality. From the outside, it looks great, but once you start paying attention and using, youd rather stay in your own room.- this leads me to the apartment itself. I live in a 2x2, so yes a little smaller than most. 90% of your individual room is great, but you do notice some low quality things. For example, the trim and small details are not great, few stains on the counter, etc. when we moved in.- jacking up the price. I cant blame them, everyone else is, but the $100 increase per year is something to consider. Other apartments around the area are doing the same. If you do the math, it is probably cheaper to live farther and have the free parking, but you do have to consider the commute time as well if you choose to live in other places.- occasional noise from neighbors. Nothing a noise cancelling headphone wont fix, but it is annoying when people randomly scream at night.- new owners are creating issues though. The biggest complaint this month from people is the wifi.The short review is the management and people are great. The building itself is not. For the price, I would consider other options. Hi Hudson staff, please respond with an actual reply lol.

    The Hudson is a great place to live for any student. For my apartment only being a 1 bedroom I was worried about spacing, but it was perfect. I didnt feel like I was thrown into a closet room, but instead had plenty of space for my dog and I. The pool and the lounge area is such a great way to meet new people.     Have lived here since August and absolutely love it! Management and staff are wonderful, and maintenance requests are usually answered the same day they are received. The package system is amazing with their Amazon Hub unit. When you get a package, they send you a code to retrieve it from a kiosk. This means that you are able to collect your packages 24/7, which in my opinion is HUGE. Upon moving in, my unit was very clean, and extremely spacious. My closet is huge, and the kitchen sink is massive. Also, the refrigerator have their own filtered water and ice dispensers, which was a huge plus for me. No need for a brita! This complex is pretty new, so everything works well. But also, itā€™s not so new that the kinks arenā€™t worked out. I have already resigned my lease, and brought 2 additional people to sign here. I truly feel that this is the best complex on northgate (as long as you can afford it).Cons: There are a couple things I would change about this complex though: 1) in my floor plan (C2) , the road noise is insane. I can hear people talking on the street below, and Veos being rung. Keep in mind that I live in the 7th floor.2) this is a really niche complaint, but one of the drawers in my kitchen was designed to be right next to the dishwasher. When ever you try to pull the drawer out, it hits the dishwasher. To actually access the drawer, you have to open the dishwasher.

    I lived in the B6 floor plan for a year and the apartments here are super nice from inside. The only thing i would think it over about would be the pool area and gym, which arenā€™t as cool as the other apartment complexes. All in all, if you are looking for a good apartment and are not very concerned about the outdoor amenities, then the Hudson would be the best place to live at!

    I lived here since it opened and I am still living here ever since. All though the amenities are not the best, the gym is small and unequipped, I overall still like the apartment. Its clean, newer, modern and the workers are overall nice. Since the apartment is smaller compared to bigger ones like park west or northpoint, it does have good management and the workers are pretty chill - i like their little events that they do like free ice cream, free school supplies etc. When I had an ā€œillegalā€ problem with my roommate who was doing something she shouldnā€™t have done, they were eager to help and heard me throughout. The workers at the office didnā€™t really help much but the managers did very well to help. I couldnt be more thankful. I like their amazon hub system as it is very easy to pick up stuff. One downside is I guess the small garage but Im a person who likes small apartments so it makes sense to have a small garage. Another downside is the promotional aspect as they dont have lots of good leasing promotions compared to other apartments in cstat. But if cost isnt a big deal, its pretty good and i have recommended this place to many. Thanks for the good 3 years!

    Moved our son in today. A little hectic, but no different than moving into a dorm. In fact it was way faster. Beautiful apartment, furnishings, ceiling fans, bathrooms are super nice, and the kitchen w/ appliances that are top notch.     Iā€™ve lived here for 6 months now and I have had an amazing experience. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and the apartment itself is very beautiful. I really enjoy the events that are hosted for the residents each month and look forward to staying here!

    I love how close the Hudson is to many things and especially campus. The amenities are also really nice such as the gym, and study areas. It is a great place to live if youre looking on northgate.

    The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. I love living here and love the events that the leasing office people comes up with, so fun and creative. The units are really nice and everything is super clean!

    The Hudson is a wonderful place to stay! The staff is super helpful and the amenities are awesome!! Its the only apartment complex on the Northside that has a water filter in the fridge!

    I like it here, itā€™s nice. I think the price may seem a bit high, but if you think about all the things that are here such as the gym, with pretty good equipment, the pool, the study lounge, and of course the sky loungeā˜ļø. Not to mention that the staff is super friendly and will TRY to help you with problems you have.

    I had some problems when I signed my lease that were due to the leasing companies switching over, but since moving in I havenā€™t had any issues. They have awesome perks and amenities and the location is great as well!
