Amanda took the time to list all of them, succinctly explaining each option and answering my questions with genuine enthusiasm.Just as we were preparing to tour the apartment, a few residents began to arrive, one after another. Recognizing that there were now multiple guests needing assistance, I decided to take a seat nearby to let Amanda attend to them without feeling rushed. I watched as she handled each person with care and attentiveness, ensuring that everyone felt welcomed.Amanda returned to me after wrapping up with the other residents, visibly apologizing for the brief wait. **Fantastic Living Experience!**Ive been living at The Hub at Chisholm Trail Apartments for a while now, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. The community is well-maintained, and the management team is always responsive and helpful with any issues or concerns. The amenities, especially the pool and fitness center, are top-notch and make daily life convenient and enjoyable.The location is great—close to shopping, dining, and easy access to major roads, but still feels peaceful and private. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and perfect for comfortable living. Overall, The Hub provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for residents, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

The Hub on Chisholm Trail5 ⭐️ New Resident Update 🤗 I’m Giving The Hub & Jermaine the leasing consultant that I been working with 5 Stars ⭐️ so excited about this whole process. Not only did I move from a different state which is stressful to begin with but the process of flying into Texas, randomly driving by the hub and touring with Jermaine the process was phenomenal. I told Jermaine what I was looking for and the price range I could handle and he gave me just that, knew the area and property very well and seeing him again was great, he remembered my dog name which was cool and now I’m loving the new place, fresh carpet I’m rubbing my feet through and this pearly white tub got me slipping and sliding lol just love it here already, let me see what I want for dinner so much to do around this lovely area.

Even though it isn’t a part of the apartment, the leasing office looked wonderful. It was very welcoming. Jermaine was our host. He was very knowledgeable. Asked us exactly what we wanted and showed us exactly what we asked for, and the apartment was amazing. The surrounding landscape was well kept, and the fact that they do monthly events with the occupants is a plus. Looking forward to the future.

Alex is an Amazing person. Every time i go in the office she’s going to make sure she speak to you. If she’s with someone she ask you if you would like to take a seat and she will be with shortly. She listen to you and help guide in putting in work orders. She’s a nice young lady. Glad to have such a friendly face in the leasing office. She’s such a nice person and it makes it easy to talk with her.

I didn’t have an appointment but that didn’t change that they were ready to tour me. The staff there was so kind and attentive to what I wanted which was a 1b on the 2nd floor. Unable to find one for me on the time frame that I needed they referred me to their sister property and provided me all the information that I needed for that sister property that ended up being only 5 minutes away! AMAZING.

Im giving 5 stars at the moment. I went for a tour last week on 4/18/24. I met with Jermaine. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him what I needed and thats what he showed me. The areas I saw were very clean and neat. The pool was sparkling. I like the dog park so mine c@n run off their leases once in a while. I love the apartment itself. I like the fireplace and am thrilled the fridge has an ice maker. I also like the facet that I can split the rent. I think the only drawback for me is that the one bedroom has no washer and dryer connection. But other than that, I liked it.

THE LEASING TEAM AT THIS PROPERTY IS MAGNIFICENT!! I HAD MANY CONCERNS AND QUESTIONS AND BABY JERMAINE GOT RIGHT ON IT ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAD AND SOME. IT WAS ALSO A YOUNG LADY I FORGOT HER NAME THAT WAS A WONDERFUL SOUL SHE LET ME VENT TO HER SHE LET ME CALL HER SIXTY TIMES IN ONE DAY AND NOT ONE TIME WAS SHE NEGATIVITY SHE ACTUALLY PIT A SMILE ON MY VOICE AFTER OUR CALL I DONT EVEN STAY HERE YET AND I ALREADY FEEL AT HOME. It very nice Places to live, clean area . Just the trash bins need empty and the trash need to be inside the trash bin . Other than that it very quite so far. I Love it. I been here since October 28 , 2923 in week time had toilet problems and light fixtures hanging from ceiling that got fixed about three weeks later now my front door need work done to not properly close right. But I love staying down stairs , The worker are very nice Mr. Robert and the other young man and the Office Staff. Int planning on been here for minutes. Love ❤️ my Apartment have my own parking spot, my Grandson love it He said Meme know more climbing stairs with water and groceries all we need too get is a Washer and Dryer now we be Okay……… I told and we will get that soon

The unit I live in is the upgraded unit so its okay. My son moved in and his unit had not been cleaned, pain on the floor, and fridge. cabinets painted shut. Microwave dont work and you have to hold down the handle on his toilet to make it flush. When you call the office its hard to get someone on the phone and no call backs.

****4 stars due to need for security/front gate issues.1bd/1bth; almost 2years as a tenantPros:*Maintenances is quick to respond.*The front office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.*My apartment is an updated unit; which I absolutely LOVE!Cons:*The smell of weed coming into my apartment from my neighbors is UGH. Don’t care about users, just can’t stand the skunk smell in my unit LOL!*Front gate really needs to FIXED! ****Have heard gunshots a handful of times in the last 2 months, as well as regular sirens from cops; concerning. Reenforces the need for front gate being FIXED….LASTLY: Rent prices are coming down thankfully! Means I’ll be staying upon lease renewal:)

I love this apartment complex, and all the staff. I have been resident for almost 3 years I want to give a shout out to the best maintenance men ever , Robert , Bob and Kenneth, I know they have allot on their plates , but they always try their best to handle my issues when needed , I have had issues from water leaks to ceiling fan broken , to needing a new refrigerator, to ac issues. All appointments have maintenance issues it’s normal , but all the task that I have asked to be fixed has been done , even when I get impatient the office staff is great with communication.

Hey! I’ve been living in this complex for almost two years. I’ve lived under the previous ownership, as well as the immediate past owners. Overall, I have had no major problems with them. If you’re looking for somewhere affordable, and decent, this may be your place. I rated them a four because I do have some cons!Pro: decent area, office staff has always been pleasant to me.Con: 1 bed rooms do not have washer and dryer hookups. Get reserved parking! If you don’t, you may have to walk!!! However I think it has gotten better since management has required for tenants to get the parking stickers.Also, I live facing the lofts apartments. DO NOT LIVE FACING THE STREET! The noise is constant from cars that want to speed through! But I’m sure that’s in any apartment complex.After reading other reviews I can truly say I haven’t had an issue with maintenance work orders, fault equipment in my apartment, nor rodents. To me, I truly believe this new management has done a fantastic job. I think many things they changed was due to poor practices from prior management.

Went with my niece and sister to look at a few units and I can say these apartments are really nice and very well kept. Nice pool and working grill. Clean walking grounds, trash disposed properly. Peighton and Emily have been nothing but the best, and the maintenance guys Red and Robert have fixed any issues weve ever had. Ive lived here for two years and havent seen a single roach in my apartment. Thought I should start with this.Downsides: 1. You have to pay $25 per covered parking spot. There arent that many non-covered and they are open to guests as well.2. The rent seems like its going to skyrocket when my lease is up. Im currently paying 735 for a 1 bedroom. From what I can tell it may go up to around 900, and this is for only 725sqft.3. If you live on the west side of the apartments you will hear tires squeeling excessively. - Also the sun heats up the apartments tremendously. I have to constantly keep the AC at lower than 70 degrees to keep it cool.4. The pool is only 4ft. This means in the heat of the summer it will feel like a warm bath.5. The insulation of the apartment isnt that great. The sealing around the doors needs work and the vent in the chimney never really closed in my apartment.Upsides:1. The people are generally nice.2. I havent seen much crime in the area.3. At the time that I got in the apartment it was priced great for what it is.4. The Gym is nice for its size and doesnt cost any extra.5. The vaulted ceiling on the 3rd floor is nice.6. If you like being outside theres a nice courtyard area. A bunch of kids play out here during the day.

Just moved in on August 17th I love my apartment it was clean and smelled so good upon move in. I have no issues with work orders I’ve submitted 2 and they came out same day or the next day. The property is very quiet during the day and night. I haven’t seen any children running around unsupervised or anything I am very impressed.

You should live here, Shannon the property manager is a caring and hard working woman. The maintenance staff are kind and very respectful when in home. I have never NEVER had a billing/maintenance/renal issue that was not quickly resolved. The in house WIFI is fast and very reasonablly priced. Since moving in 2 years ago the property has added m outdoor eminities such as a grilling area and dog park. Trust me when I say the 1 star reviews youre seeing is from the previously property managers.Do yourself a favor and move in here.

As a single dad, I enjoy living here. I find the front office very receptive and helpful, and honestly a pleasure to deal with. I’ve only had one maintenance request and it was addressed the same day.. I feel safe when my kids are playing outside. I would recommend th oaks to anyone looking for a place single or family. Only gave 4 stars because like every where else parking lot fills up pretty fast

The bad reviews are real and you should be worried. While visiting from out of town with my family 6 HOURS AWAY, their towing company towed my vehicle for missing 1 letter on their registration form. Get ready to have your car taken away and a pay bill of $327.
