I’ve had such a great experience since we converted into The holt. Management team, leasing agents and the maintenance crew all had done a great job. Had repairs that needed to be done to my appliances and they did it within a couple of days! They regularly do pest control through out the apartments, keep landscaping nice and are attentive and communicative via email. They really care about their residents here!

Albert Lee was a great help! Moved in and apartment was not ready he changed out my light fixtures. My bathtub water dispenser didn’t work for the shower and my shower head was falling off the wall. Albert fixed everything and made sure to check and handle all that was messed up and did it with a 😊.

Friendly staff! Chaya was able to answer all my questions while Casey and other staff members took the time to entertain my 4 year old toddler so I could understand my options and have all my questions answered thoroughly. It was truly a blessing to have a wonderful experience during my time of transitioning. The place was clean and welcoming as well.

I am blessed to find this apartment and the folks in the front office. Because Taelour went to great lengths to find me an affordable apartment, workers began readying my place right away with little time to get it all done to move me in by June 12. Given the time crunch, some things naturally did not get done by the 12th, but I trust staff will make it all good. Norman and Arthur began righting things that very day, and I will be so grateful to continue working with everyone going forward and getting to know everyone in the process. I am one who loves people and enjoys having friends. Thank you all for welcoming me with open arms.

This apartment complex is fairly average. The buildings are old and could use some updates. Maintenance is slow to respond, and the amenities are basic at best. The location is decent, but theres nothing particularly special about living here. Its just an okay place to stay if youre looking for something affordable but not luxurious

Tides has new management and it is the best thing that could have happened. They got the pool opened after so many years! They had a party for us resident which was so much fun, and you can definitely tell the property getting so much better. The ladies in the office are always going the extra mile to help. Would definitely recommend.

They are apartments… just like any other apartments except they have a nice pond owned by the city you can fish in (catch and release only) within their confines and it’s a short walk or bike ride to a lot of things.I’m actually giving this place 5 stars in hopes to reach the owner about a maintenance job that I’m well qualified for, but been working other jobs till mobility in my hip gets back to normal (broke it last year). Now I feel capable to get back to a real job and make an impact somewhere besides someone’s experience at a restaurant.

Moved in a month ago and our apartment has been wonderful! All new paint and flooring, redid both tubs and several other things before we moved in. Great space ... this apartment is huge! Quiet, friendly, and my kids think it is the best! Told the staff about a leaking dishwasher, they came out that afternoon, looked at it, and replaced the whole thing that afternoon. All of our concerned have been heard and dealt with, cannot ask for not only a better apartment, but also staff!

My lease is almost up, and if I were not moving 3 hours away I would stay and renew. The office staff was always very friendly and helpful. The grounds were always well kept, neighbors were friendly and I never had any problems, people kept to themselves. The one time I needed maintenance to fix something, it was fixed within a day or 2 of my calling. Along with it being in a great location its been a very pleasant experience here! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I lived at these apartments from January of 2017-January 2019 and overall I would give them a good rating.Good things about these apartments:The management is very nice. Erica, the property manager, is always helpful and will do anything she can to meet you in the middle with an issue. They allow pets, and are mostly newly renovated with the exception of some units that obviously still have tenants in them. From the time I moved in until the time I moved out, they were continuously making improvements around the complexes. The price is good for the area, and they are close to everything which is a major plus. The duck pond is pretty entertaining as well. These apartments are well kept outside, and management has really tried to make it a place worth paying for.They also really try and incorporate community activities such as pool nights, early breakfasts, etc. I think that they genuinely care about their tenants, and though are not perfect do the absolute best they can for everyone.Negative things I experienced while living here:The laundry rooms used to close at 10pm, however they would sometimes close around 9/9:30 and my clothes would be left in the washer/dryer until they opened at 8/9am. They changed that to 24/7 before we left so it shouldn’t be a problem now. The pools also didn’t work at all the entire time we lived there, they were always under construction. Hopefully that is fixed now.We never had bed bugs or problems with bugs overall. Sometimes ants would appear in our kitchen, but we lived on the first floor so it’s kind of expected.The largest issue we had during our stay was the air conditioner. It was old and rusted, and our filter had to be changed every single month just about. We constantly had our AC going out and management considered it an emergency at first, but after it going out so many times it seemed like they were less attentive to the problem. Even after maintenance being in our apartment very frequently, they never noticed a leak in the AC that led to mold growing on the other side of the wall underneath our sink. We only noticed the problem around the Fourth of July when we came home to a huge puddle of water under our sink. The issue here was not only that we had black mold, but that it took maintenance almost a full month to get it fixed. However, I will say that after everything we went through with this mold problem, Erica was more than willing to work with us, and after speaking with her everything was resolved in the amount of time they needed. I only mention this not as an overall bad situation, but just a caution to monitor the water in these apartments and to just stay aware that some utilities here are a little outdated. Management was very cooperative throughout the incident, and it ended up being fixed for the rest of our lease, so all in all it did not end up being a make or break it for us.Another thing I would consider negative for these apartments are the fees that they have. $100 late fee and $15 a day after that is a bit dramatic in my opinion. However, this is not only specific to these apartments, everywhere has late fees so do with that what you want.Lastly, there were times where the people around us were quite noisy. We had one person who lived in our building that would ride up at all hours of the night blasting really loud country music, and another person who lived above us that constantly fought outside our window. Nothing that can really be done about this, but just a heads up that this neighborhood can get a little rowdy.Overall, these apartments were great to live in as my first. I lived here for two years and would have stayed longer if we hadn’t moved into a house of our own. I would recommend them to anyone solely based on management and location.

I lived at Enclave last year and my stay was great . Leasing and management is great and go above and beyond (cliche i know). Alot of issues stated in these reviews begin with residents taking care of amenities and the community it takes both the residents and staff to make a great community the staff definitely pulls their end. The area is great. My only con to share is that the 1 bedrooms the bathroom is located inside the one bedroom. Visitor parking is great and i never heard my neighbors .

I have lived here at Enclave at Ciry view since October 2015. There are some areas that could change/improve but overall it has been a great place to live. Katrina that works in the office is AMAZING she is so friendly and helpful and i will just say an awesome asset to Enclave Apartments. The other office staff are friendly and helpful as well but i have mostly dealt with Katrina and she has gone above and beyond for me when I was having some issues with my new unit and She is so patient and she is friendly and if there is an issue she works hard to get it resolved. She is one of the nicest people I have met since moving here from Georgia in 2015. She is honestly the reason I chose to renew again this year. Enclave should definitely consider her an asset to their team she is an awesome leasing specialist and certainly deserves a big huge raise shes awesome!!

I have lived here a short time and I really enjoy my apartment it is really nice on the inside. I also can say I really appreciate the Manager Sherry, anytime I have an issue she has been prompt and professional in helping resolve. I do not have any looming maintenance issues and the few I have had were addressed promptly. I am a tough crowd so if I give a five star review it has been properly earned.

Its a good place to call home. Ive been here 3 years and hardly any problems. Just had to tell neighbors to keep the noise level down at night, but thats really it. Staff is nice, and they really try to keep their tenants happy. The maintenance try to fix things within your apartment pretty quickly.

Ive lived here since October and love it. From what I heard, the apartments used to be section 8? Not sure if thats true. The apartments are under new management and its evident they are revamping EVERYTHING! They are updating all apartments as tenants move out. Upgrades include stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, new carpet and flooring, updated light fixtures and electric plugs. The unites are NICE! There are TWO POOLS. Read it people, 2 whole pools to choose from. The complex is pet friendly, maintenance requests are completed in mere days, and lawn maintenance is regular. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and personable too. Some apartment receptionist place more emphasis on bringing people in but Enclave really cares about the quality of life of their residents. They are quick to comply with ADA accommodations and allow ESA with proper documentation. I am very happy with this complex.

It’s a nice apartment complex but cost to much for a small one bedroom and you pay for there TV services and insurance. My daughter lives there. I think for that type of service it should only cost 900 a month for all. Max!!!

I have lived here for a little over 3 years. Thank you staff and maintenance for assisting me each and every time I have had a need. Maintenance has completed work in a timely manner and has always been friendly. Staff has been informative, honest, and helpful. For the rental rates the complex is satisfactory. It is clean and has a wide range of resident personalities. The location is excellent. Some residence are the best while others are not so great. Overall I am pretty satisfied, Id give it a 6 or 7 out of 10. Others in the area are much more expensive with more issues and problems.

I have lived in numerous apartments but there are two people here that deserve recognition. Katrina in the office is the best I have ever dealt with because she goes above and beyond to make sure anything I need is done right. Aaron is the best maintenance man. He has come out in the middle of the night to see to it I had heat. Not many people would do that. He even gets all my needs fixed the same day I put in a work order no matter the importance. If you are looking for a great place to live I highly recommend Enclave Cityview they will make your apartment your home. I love it!

I am amazed at the value - these apartments exceed my expectations for the low rent charged. Major highlights so far are the friendly office workers who are eager to help and the quick responses to even minor maintenance requests. Also, the water pressure is amazing and the hot water comes immediately. I have not seen a single insect in, or even around, my unit. The patio and windows are great as well - enjoying the natural light.

September 27, 2018I want to give a shout out to Erica Spencer our newest apartment manager! Since the change of this new staff she has come on board and change the place. A lot of new things are being implemented. Thanks Erica!Mike Mendiaz is one of our newest maintenance workers. Hes phenomenal! Love his work and treat you and your repairs as his own. He took a order for me and completed it the same day I made the report. He changed the filter for the unit, but wait, he not only changed it, he cleaned the unit, brushed the bristles, took the cover door outside and cleaned it as well. He sprayed also. I never seen that.I had a flickering light in the kitchen for a few years and sometimes when I click the switch the light wouldnt come on. In the past they would just switch the lights out, but he knew right off hand what the issue was. He fixed it and I saw light in a different way. I was so amazed of his knowledge. The Enclave at Cityview is a well-maintained community neighborhood. Not just your typical apartment complex. The buildings and grounds are well maintained. The management is gracious and concerned about resident needs. The maintenance staff is professional and knowledgeable and resolves resident issues in a timely manner. The environment is quiet and private. Enclave even has monthly community wide pool, movie and food events. I recommend The Enclave as home and not just another apartment.

I love the Enclave at City View because of the wonderful staff! The property manager is great! I am a disabled person and have lived at the Enclave for 7 years - and several owners. Madera Residential has brought a sense of structure to the community along with the willingness to work out problems to please the resident. I have just been through a major surgery and the property manager has gone the extra mile for me to move from a 2 story apartment to a 1 story apartment. She even came to my hospital room to let me sign my new lease! I would recommend the Enclave at City View to anyone who is looking for an apartment community where the staff will do what they can to meet your needs.

Ive lived in the Enclave for years. In the beginning I wasnt sure what to expect, but as time went by I became more and more dissatisfied. However NOW I can sincerely say that I am very pleased about the changes that are being made. Is there room for improvement? Of course, as with any complex. They are on it! The upgrades are nice. The staff is very friendly, polite and much more willing to help with any problems or concerns we may have! Our CARES TEAM is amazing, and I absolutely love all of the effort they are putting into bringing our families together!! Totally looking forward to seeing whats in store for the future of our community.😊

The Enclave at Cityview (EAC) is a phenomenal value for the money. I would have given EAC 4.5 stars if it were possible. There is far more to like at EAC than to dislike.The Excellent1. Friendly and responsive management.2. Friendly and expeditious maintenance.3. Well kept grounds.4. Strong enforcement of community standards.5. Solid amenities.6. Fast, reliable, inexpensive, mandatory internet and cable throughout the EAC.7. Quiet and respectful neighbors.8. Reasonable rent pricing, especially when compared to other complexes with similar units and amenities.The Less Than Excellent1. The water is shut off at least once a month without warning, often at inopportune times.2. Repairs to the roads and laundry rooms took several months.3. The selection of gym equipment was not well thought out.Recommendations for Management if They See This1. I’m not sure what to do about either the road, the laundry rooms, or the water as this is likely more complex than I realize.2. Regarding the gym, as former military, this is something I know a bit about. Treadmills are a necessary staple of any gym, and should remain. However, the selection of resistance training equipment makes training the body’s posterior difficult to impossible. This can lead to overuse injuries if not addressed, not to mention leaving one with an incomplete workout. I recommend the following. (a) Fit as many Power Cages and or Smith Machines with a bench as possible. A full workout can be had with either arrangement. (b) Consider an assisted Pull-up/Dip Machine. (c) Ditch everything but the treadmills in favor of the aforementioned.SummaryThe EAC is a great apartment complex with excellent and responsive management. It may provide the best value in the Fort Worth area. I’d recommend it to anyone.

This place is amazing! Ive lived here for years and the new company has done so much to better the property. It looks like its taking some time but you can see results already which is a huge plus. The pool has been closed but this company is taking time to make repairs that were much needed. We will be able to enjoy it next year though.
