I absolutely love my apartment and all staff. This is the best around for many reasons. The staff is like family. They stay on top of any maintenance orders I have ever put in. The property is beautiful. I love the pool! Any time I see the office girls they are always smiling and saying hi or even a laugh or two. The maintenance workers are always in a good mood and very nice. Love love love this place!

This is a great place to live, they really care for their tenants. Its lots of fun as well there is get togethers and different contest for the tenants to enjoy!In the summer time there is a relaxing pool to go and enjoy and have fun.For your fur baby they have a dog park and plenty of places to walk your dog.Its close to shopping and restaurants which is a major plus!

Love the office! love the communication! love the layouts! ms raychel b in the office was the best, super sweet, helped made sure we knew about everything and anything. she was amazing she was what really sold up, not a lot of other places around here has such amazing customer service around here.

Went out of town for two weeks with my family. Came back home to a puddle in the middle of our kitchen. Ramon and Raymond helped fix the issue. They are very informative as well. Thank you guys for helping us.

Nice apartment very quiet living good neighbors the staff is great the only downside I even had was maintenance. They were not the easiest to get a hold of and sometimes you had to call multiple times or go in multiple times to get a problem taken care of. But front office staff is amazing Karen and Allie made living there well worth it.

This is me and my husbands very first place together and have had so many questions on the apartments along with the registration process. Thankfully Caryn in the leasing office (who is the only one in the office) has been beyond helpful and patient, answering any and all questions I have had. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us and who is very knowledgeable.I will post an UPDATE once we have officially moved in and settled down. The apartments is currently going through renovations and can’t wait to see how the living standards and conditions will be for our first year.Until then, it’s been a pleasure so far.

I am very pleased with living here, its quite and very well lit at night also the maintenance crew is amazing they are very quick to fixing whatever you need fixed. The office staff is amazing very sweet ladies that always listen to any concerns or questions you have. Come this January this will be my 3rd year living here and I can say this is the only place that my rent will be affordable for me.

Love it!! There’s not many apartments here in Harker Heights but this is my first apartment here in Texas. The leasing managers are so nice, very professional, understanding & attentive. My apartment is great, I love the fact that my balcony is off my bedroom. It’s very quiet and convenient area to live in as well.

Yes I would like to share a huge message the managers at 7:01 in the front office of the highway are really great theyre on the ball every time when something goes wrong to between 1 and 100 I give them a million because theyre on top of things every time thank you manager so much for your help

Wonderful area neighbors are great. I wish more people take pride of where they stay though. Like if the trash is full use the other ones that are not full. It makes the area look bad when trash is all over the place.

Honestly a really good place to start if you’re looking for your first apartment, leasing staff are super helpful and kind, very attentive to detail on anything about your place, they have pet parks for play or restrooms and poop bags everywhere. neighbors are also very kind and the place is also a very quiet neighborhood. literally the only bad thing i can say is the paint chips off on the cabinets so if you have babies/toddlers or a pet that scratches you might wanna be careful but other than that it’s a really nice modern affordable place with new stainless steel appliances and also laundromat on site!! anyway 5 stars cause they deserve it, it was hard finding a place around killeen and harker heights and this was the best!

So far my stay here has been good, Royall is on top of everything and friendly. mostly quiet area my only real problems is visitors parking in our parking spot instead of parking in the visitor section and the fact the visitor parking is so far from my building when I have people over, the water pressure in both my bathrooms are extremely low and trash doesnt get emptied often enough outside.

I enjoyed living here royal 👑 and Abby where very kind they help me with anything that they could do for me . Maintenance came when I had a ac problem and plumbing. The area was quite on my side . I’m only leaving because I’m moving out of state.
