I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Haven on Chisholm Trail. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home. I’ve been here almost two years. They’ve changed management twice. I just had a flood in my apartment and nothing was really done. By the time they got there the I had basically had it somewhat under control. Maintenance was there for about 30 minutes or so and had to leave and stated that the carpet people would be they be here in 15 minutes. It take them3 hours. So it’s been nothing that that y’all have really done. I was told that the carpet would be dry in 24 hours and it took almost two days. And as of today no one has came to check on me or the apartment. The water was in the walls and now the paint is peeling. I’m so not happy with the Haven s at all .

Im giving 5 Stars ⭐️ across the board, I just happened to do a pop here just riding the area and spoke and toured with a young man name Jermaine, 2 things either he was the manager or someone out of GQ magazine, polished and very informative on the area and community, I’m here in town scouting for a new place and he sold me I have leased Here 😎Answered all my questions and if I thought I needed extra information he knew what I needed. I thought it was very cool I told him I was bringing my pet and he used her name often throughout our conversation and showed me the dog park lol

I am so thankful to the staff here! I signed a lease here “until I found something better”, but I must say that my time here has been great! I have been here almost 2 years now. I am SO VERY thankful to Sandy Ortiz for being so awesome! She worked with me during a very difficult time in my life and is the reason I decided to sign for another year. She never fails to help where she can and is honest if she cannot. I have read the other reviews and I have to be honest, I have never had a negative experience with Sandy. She and Nate are the reason I stay! I am extremely happy here!

The office staff are great and easy to work with. The maintenance guy is a super cool dude who does great work.The plumbing in my building has been kinda jacked up, but it’s been taken care of for the most part. My only issue is with my neighbors who smoke weed. I can always tell when they have some money because they HAVE IT LIT!!! Hopefully the management will send out a reminder regarding that issue.I just signed another 12 month lease, so they haven’t been bad because I would have BEEN GONE! 🤣

*Update*Had some issues with my transfer and account that were pretty overwhelming. Arijana and Sandra have stepped in and really put my mind at ease regarding my tenancy and the transfer to the new unit.*Madison and Kaylee are phenomenal!! They have made my experience at the Haven so great. When needing to put in to transfer to a bigger unit they made the process for a transfer very simple. Anytime I go into the office they are quick to help and show great customer service. Because of my experience at the Haven (especially with Madison and Kaylee) I am excited for the transfer to the bigger unit and looking forward to continue to stay at the Haven.

Ive lived here for the past year and my experience has been amazing. The staff has always been very accommodating and the entire community is extremely peaceful. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area whod like a nice calm environment to call home! Maintenance could be a little faster but that would be my only critique.

So far so good! I was recommended by a friend since I needed to move in LESS than 3 days! She told me to go ahead and apply. She then said when I was done to call the office and ask for Kaylee. I applied by myself but thought I was going to have problems so we went to the office in person. Thankfully, I was approved quickly. She was so kind, patient and explained everything so well! I will write an update in a couple months!

No one has been out for the bugs yet. I have seen bugs in my apartment. Finally someone came out to spray for the bugs. I have an issue when I call the front office because the phone is always busy and I have to walk to the front office to address my issues. Also another thing is the rent amount meaning when I look at my statement it has one amount and when I look a week later when its time to pay an additional almost $200 has been added so after I talked to staff I was given a better understanding. Otherwise its very quiet and havent saw any problems with anyone.

I just want to say I am very happy with the service here. I recently talked with senior manager Erica Spence. I had to talk to her about a minor issue and she totally took care of the problem immediately. These apartments have nice clean hallways and I like how they will be sending us emails to keep us up to date on the current activities. Rhonda also helped me with showing me how to easily pay rent using a digital payment system. These apartments are in a nice convenient location and I like living here. Thanks again Erica and Rhonda for your assistance when I needed it. :-)

Heaven took me on a tour today and explained everything well. She was friendly and very personable as were others in the office upon my arrival. One flaw, the key to the unit I was to see didnt work so I had to look at the model unit and compare, just to get an idea of the one bedroom.

People be talking about bugs & roaches in every apartment i live in and then i never see any so either im really clean or everyone else just needs to take their trash out. this location is also pretty awesome.im grateful that its really only the racoons that scare me bc theyre out there committing atrocities on squirrels so im glad im a human that takes their trash out. thumbs up

I love living at the haven! They have updated the pool and it looks amazing. The pet park is perfect and the grill areas are great for family get together since we grill alot. Erica helped me get an apartment here and she is always good to me and my family.

She was very kind and made me feel at peace with leaving my employee in her hands in her new home! A welcome change has come to this complex, and I’m excited to see what lays ahead. I’m loving the new security cameras that have been installed (feel safer already), remolding is underway (I would love to see the finish product, maybe upgrade later) the grounds Shrubbery have been significantly updated. I’ll say it’s been two weeks in a row that I’ve noticed the grounds have been kept up 10x better, I see no trash on the parking lots (I used to pick up some myself, I loathe a litter bug). Erica has been a great help keeping us all informed on the changes here, extremely helpful in getting the rent paid 😂.I missed movie night on the big screen outside , so please do that again.

I have to say I was pretty skeptical at first when we moved in after reading the reviews. So I’ve waited 3 months to say anything but so far it has been a great living experience. It’s pretty quiet for the most part. Our apartment is cute and in great shape. We are close to everything. When we first moved in back in October Issac was nice and helpful, got us in super quick. We’ve had one issue with our water and it was resolved super fast. So far so good.

Living at the haven has been a great experience. The property manager Erica has made a huge effort to improve the property. They recently installed high quality security cameras all over the property and are remodeling all of the units. I look forward to the rest of the changes shes going to bring to the complex.

There have been a few challenges with the change of owners of the property, but the staff is doing a great job at handling them as they come up. I love living here and hope to resign at my renewal, Erica the new manager has been very forthcoming with the changes taking place and has even took time to reach out personally to me, on issues. I have high hopes for the place and love the changes that are being implemented.

I explained my needs & situation & she said she could help. Relief! Sadly, there wasnt an apartment in my price range in my time range but I appreciated her demeanor. It was welcoming!

From the first time I signed my leasing agreement to the last 9 months of living here, Laurie and Isaiah have been nothing but helpful. They have been able to answer any question I’ve have had about my apartment, mail, or anything regarding Hulen oaks. I had just moved to Texas and they gave me some great recommendations on what to do and where to go. Maintenance staff is quick and great. I would definitely recommend these apartments. Go see Laurie and Isaiah!

Over this last year, there was almost no maintenance taking place, except for when a rodent got into my apartment. Which was due in part by, lack of proper maintenance of the grounds. Ive been here for a year and this new company has owned it for less than two months and Ive seen more Improvement in the last two months on this property then throughout the entire year. There is not trash all over the parking lot like it used to be theyre actually doing maintenance on the ground daily. Erica responds to every email whether she has the answer or not being that everything is new. I believe that this team here at the Haven in Chisholm Trail is making a much better forecast of the way things should be done in an apartment complex.

There is so much I want to say that I dont know where to begin. My mother is a resident at the Haven. Recently she was in the process of moving and already being a 77 year old woman surviving with stage 5 breast cancer metastasized its been hard transitioning her to a new place. While in the process of moving she became ill and tested positive for Covid. From Day one the new manager Mrs Erica Spence has been helping me in everyway she can. Ive never encountered so much love and compassion in my life. Just her constant prayers for my mom and her sympathy for my mothers current situation has been amazing. What I can stand firm on is the apartments has for sure made a excellent choice in management. The one place you definitely want to be especially at my moms age is in a place where the heart of the company is 1st above all a representation of what God expects of us. When you have someone like Mrs Erica Spence in position to be in leadership with such a moral compass that she is able to be flexible enough to show love and consideration to the residents, yet still maintain a goal of being a asset to the companys growth and reputation it is most definitely a WIN/WIN ratio. KUDOS to Summit Management Team for choosing an excellent Senior Manager for the Haven. Cancer sucks but God puts people in place to help lighten your load. On behalf of my mother we just simply want to say THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING💗💗💗

I was shocked when Erica called me back to inquire if I had found a place to stay. I originally came to The Haven about 4 months ago inquiring on residency. But due to the previous office personelle or the pandemic, there was no real follow up and I decided to lease elsewhere. I now wish I waited because Erica has now followed up with me and apologized for the lack of effort with my original visit. She has assured me that if I need a new place to stay in the future, that she is more than capable to handle my needs. I have recommended a friend to this place and once my lease is up, I will be back.

They keep everything in good shape and work with you on your needs. They are convenient to shopping and dining.Im currently handicapped and they have been good about making changes. The only drawback is that there is only a couple of handicapped parking spots and they are not convenient to my building. They will be adding some in a few months, but for now if I have to get out, its hit or miss on parking close to my building.

So just like the previous review, erica spence is AMAZING; shes helpful, quick to respond to emails, and if you have an issue or problem, she gets it corrected IMMEDIATELY. unlike the old management, (horrible) i had a problem they never solved.. i reached out to erica, literally the same day she fixed it.. shes the best and i always have a good experience when i reach out to her.. shes never failed me

I’m am a resident of the Haven at the Chisholm Trail, I have recently turned 18 year old and was approved for my first apartment, a one bed and one bath in the middle of December of 2021 and I have been very happy with customer service and kindness that Erica and her wonderful team have gave me.”The Haven at Chisholm Trail” is a new company taking over and has been excellent with remodeling and making my apartment feel like a home. I’m am excited to live here and I am already considering extending my lease, this is a peaceful community and the location is perfect, I was able get most of my new furniture and appliances from the stores located near the apartment complex and Walmart is only a 10 mins walk away just in case of any food emergency and etc.
