Location: AMAZING and very walkable.Maintenance: Our AC went out and we didn’t realize until after hours. Maintenance was here within 10 minutes after hours and fixed another 10 minutes later.Packages: system is great and convenient.Staff: Staff is very friendly, personable, and helpful.Amenities: There are amenities I didn’t even know I needed or would use, but I’m so happy they are there.Cons:Cleanliness: General cleanliness of the property could be improved. I don’t have a balcony and like to sit outside but the park chairs have bird poop.Parking: Guest parking is not great, only 7 spaces for the entire property (to my knowledge).

Ever since the new management took over, things have been very different. While a lot of residents here complain and raise problems over the smallest of things, I can tell that Hilltop is putting in a genuine effort to keep this building up. A lot of people are angry about losing concierge, but Hilltop never fully took away concierge. Only reduced hours due to staffing! In addition to that, they added Amazon hub lockers on the second floor so we don’t have to wait on a concierge to give us our packages. They’re even doing a ton of renovations to make up for the amenities we lost when the last management sold. Have things been perfect? No. But Hilltop is not as bad as these reviews are making it seem. Some people have impossible expectations. If you’re considering living here, but are hesitant due to the reviews, please read through the lines.

I came into The Grand after the management changes, and I must say its been a really great experience. The concierge team and management have been nothing short of helpful and incredibly patient. Any questions or concerns I have brought up to them have been addressed quickly and kindly. The facilities are also incredibly well kept, and the upgrades that have been provided are quite nice! I cant comment on the previous team running things, but I am very happy with my current stay here.

Update 9/1The new management company has taken feedback from residents, addressed concerns, and implemented solutions. Im happy to say that they are now doing a fantastic job.Update: 2/6Minor maintenance request from last week still not completed.The new management company that took over this building is ill-equipped to keep the standards you expect when paying a premium to live somewhere. Dirty common areas, filthy elevators, broken garages, unfriendly staff, part time concierge service. I hesitated to leave a review but it now appears people who work for the company are leaving 5 star reviews for this building to offset the recent negative reviews.

Property management is nice. They are trying to do a great job and are very nice and quick to respond. Complex is also nice. Only issue is that the entrance and exits to the complex have a lot of blindspots and there are not any mirrors to see if cars/people are coming. Hopefully this can be addressed soon since it’s dangerous and I have seen many “almost” accidents. Besides that all good.

I just recently moved into The Grand and it has been a lovely experience! The team here is very professional, super kind, and they proactively work to make The Grand even better than it already is. As someone who works from home, I love the lounges on every floor that allow you to get a change of scenery while you work - and they’re in the process of adding even more amenities to these lounges (Yay!). I also love that there’s an open line of communication between the Team at the Grand and the residents - they do an excellent job on keeping their residents informed. Another one of my highlights of The Grand is there is almost always someone at the front desk; If safety is a priority for you then look no further. I can’t recommend The Grand enough!!

The experience I had here exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and communicated effectively. The resident business manager, Quayvius, was extremely helpful, and the concierge service was great. The property was well-maintained and has good rent rates for the location. I would definitely recommend!

I have been living here for a total of 1.5 years and counting. Its a phenomenal building; when I first toured it, I thought I was in a hotel.I also want to give a shout out to the new management who have been doing an outstanding job at continuing the great community that the previous management built! Im really excited for all the new stuff coming to our community.Another highlight for me has been the friendly atmosphere in the building. Ive made some great friends here, which truly adds to the sense of community.

I had and excellent experience here! The staff is very friendly and willing to address needs. I have never felt my voice was unheard and can tell how much management cares. I was a little nervous over recent management turnover but the new company has far exceeded my expectations. I am especially appreciative of the new Resident Buisness Manager. I can tell he is deeply invested in resident experience and I am excited to see the new improvents he implements. Overall the property is beautiful, well maintained, maintenance response is excellent, and rent rates are fantastic for the domain area! I would highly reccommened checking out the Grand!

So thankful for Kevin, Sean, and Juana who do a great job of maintaining this building. Hallways smell great at all times and overall maintenance is well kept. I’ve seen Juana on her hands and knees scrubbing the floors! Kevin and Sean are always busy fixing things, even the little things that could easily be overlooked. If you want a quality property, the Grand is the place to be.

However, my luck changed when I sought assistance from a city finder who introduced me to the Grand at the Domain. This place is truly exceptional and met all my expectations. The units boast high-end appliances, fixtures, and modern cabinetry. The building itself is remarkably well-designed.Stephanie, the manager, stands out as exceptional in every way. Her professionalism and personal touch make you feel truly valued. She goes the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of properly. The entire staff at the Grand is a hardworking, kind, and caring group. They are always on task and ready to assist when needed. If youre in search of an apartment, I highly recommend the Grand at the Domain. Im extremely happy with my choice.

Luxury apartments, with a quiet yet friendly and entertaining neighborhood! The team at the front desk provided a seamless moving experience, and the amenities as well as the location are top notch. Neighborhood is very safe, and also a gated garage and amazon hub for package delivery make it even better

Great experience so far! The staff has been very helpful and responds quickly to my concerns. Quayvius in the front office makes himself available to myself and the other residents whenever we need him. Rent isnt cheap, but its fair considering all of the services we get and the ideal location. Maintenance staff keeps the building looking nice. Would recommend living here!

Rates are reasonable, the manager and staff have been great, and the whole property is maintained well. So far I can definitely recommend The Grand, will update in a few months.

This is a luxury complex with exclusive benefits to tenants. A well mannered, and well dressed to boot, Concierge greets you with the utmost care and professionalism. The staff is equally amazing in sharing the benefits of these beautiful apartment homes. Amenities are top notch with gathering spaces on every floor. The tenants at the Grand have all access to three other gyms and pools with their sister property on opposite corners of the street. Amazing place! Must tour if you’re looking at a move to the Domain. Don’t forget to call your favorite Realtor. 😉

This is an aesthetically appealing property in a great location with access to lots of restaurants and things to do. The management here is amazing…very knowledgeable and so helpful to assist. This is by far, the best building to live in the Domain! Renewed our lease twice and about to again for a third time!The building is beautiful and luxurious, extremely secure, the first building to have a concierge, great staff/management, and a perfect community to live in!We have several resident events which are great ways to get to know our neighbors.Gary (our concierge) is the best! Always happy, welcoming, and just very kind! The entire staff is all very friendly!Management is always there when we need them! The maintenance team is one of the best we have had. They respond immediately to our requests for anything we need taken care of.Don’t hesitate to check out the Grand if you’re considering moving to the Domain!

Gorgeous building, super helpful staff on hand to assist with anything, and a beautiful living space. Im thrilled that we live here, and were honestly already ready to sign another year lease, despite being two months in. The location is amazing! Theres a dog park right around the corner, and its perfect walking distance to everything in the domain. The best thing is that even with the benefit of being close to all of the restaurants, shops, and bars, its far enough away that it doesnt feel crowded or too busy. Im frequently able to leave my balcony door open with very little noise pollution. Cant recommend this place enough!
