    I’ve lived at the gates for a few years! Love the community and the staff at this complex. Everyone is very polite and the complex is still very new with great amenities. Monica on the staff has been great over the years! The professionalism and kindness she brings to the complex makes the process of being there and renewing so easy! Highly recommend this complex! The Gates!

    I did the paperwork online, sent my proof of renters ins and electricity, and paid before I got there. All I had to do was get my keys and do my move-in checklist. The apartment looks great. My only concern is the screen doors not closing flush at top on patio. LOL. I did not hear from Tracy at first, but she did apologize for being so busy (without me saying anything). That was very professional. Tracy and Hannah were both great with questions I had prior to move in. We are super excited!

    I was sad to leave the Gates at Meadow Place because it was truly such a great place to live. The staff was on top of things and always kind & helpful. The grounds are well taken care of and they were constantly providing fun activities in the community. The location is fantastic. They take great care to keep you informed and communicate with their residents often. I was never surprised by maintenance or any happenings at The Gates.One thing you should note is that they dont mess around at move-out. When they say they want it clean for the next residents, they really want it clean. I respect a community that seeks to maintain cleanliness and beauty for all future residents.Lastly, they are on top of pool maintenance! The pool itself and the area around it was always clean and well taken care of. Such an important thing in the Texas heat!

    I was having an issue with my shower door. After submitting my work order the service was performed the very next day! Miller did an awesome job of correcting the problem! Actually the door has never worked this well before! Thanks! Happy resident!

    Once moved in we had some issues but maintenance took care of them quickly. Still have not gotten the guest bathroom painted correctly and warped roof under the sink

    I’ve been living here since September. I’ve decided to write a review because everything here is wonderful. Trisha the manager is beyond amazing. She goes above and beyond when I need anything taken care of. I asked if I could get another garage door opener, she got a hold of Miller our amazing maintenance guy, within 20 minutes I had the garage door opener. Whenever I put in for a service request if it’s not done the same day it’s definitely done the following day… makes me happy!!! I love the valet trash which I think is so awesome because I never have trash in my apartment which is great… simply said I love all the staff… my neighbors are great, it feels great to know I’m actually living in a place where they actually truly care about the residents and all or needs… sooooo I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff here at The Gates At Meadow Place..

    Incredible apartment complex. Very polite and helpful staff.Do not listen to the negative reviews, these people are just entitled jerks. The trash pickup system is just like any other apartment I’ve lived in, and if you don’t like it it’s just a small thing.It’s a safe environment and very clean. The apartments are well lit at night and the accommodations are very good.Prices here are unbeatable. We got a 1 bedroom apartment for about 2-300 dollars less per month than equivalent quality places closer to Fort Worth. For this price these are downright luxurious apartments.It’s a new complex so there will be some growing pains, but these apartments are the best I’ve lived in.The only disappointing thing is the bad attitudes of the other reviewers.

    Move out update July 2023- I cannot say enough about how helpful and patient the staff have been in regards to me moving out and I have been a pain in the butt but they have still been very helpful very thoughtful and they’ve gone out of their way to make sure I was OK. I appreciate these people and, the patience that they’ve had for me it gives me hope in humanity. You are not just a tenant here. They actually do care about you and will help you in anyway that they can as long as you can communicate with them! Thank you Trisha, and thank you Claudia from the bottom of my heart!Absolutely stunning! I am so thankful that we were able to snag one of the beautiful townhomes. I cannot say enough about how patient and lovely the staff have been during the moving process. Very family oriented and it is extremely close to schools as well as downtown. There are no words to describe how elated I was to be welcomed by the staff and to be able to move in, with the staffs help, as soon as possible as I am a single mother. There’s always something to do, the amenities are endless and again brand new. I love this place already! I think my eight year old loves it more! He has made so many friends we learned that many of his classmates live here so very exciting journey to embark on.

    My fiancé and I have lived here for just under a year and have decided to lease another apartment on site. Jennifer is fantastic and has built the community up to be wonderful. It’s the perfect location and very safe. We love it!!

    Highly recommend. The management team is great, maintenance is quick to respond and you can’t beat the attached green space. I moved away and then moved back as soon as I could.

    I moved here in November of last year and even tho I really wanted a apartment with a patio and a down stairs unit because I have a very active 3yr old I love it here it’s so quiet for the most part always clean my neighbors are amazing and friendly I love my office manager Trisha even the mateince guys are awesome and always get the job done when I put in any work order they are here with in 24 hours the only issue I had was parking but now that’s solved and I’m happy it’s in a great area lots of stores around right by the freeway and always see deers day and night they are so pretty the best part everyone is friendly to my son and I don’t know another place where you pay 1500 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath that’s a brand new apartment complex and nobody lived in it before you also I didn’t have to pay any deposit when I moved in until I can buy me a home I’ll be here 🥰🙌🏾❤️
