Ive been living here two years, Will be on my third year in May. Ive lived in apartments before multiple times and they were disasters all the way around. This is the first apartment that does their best to be as professional as possible. I commend Jeff for being an excellent manager who will talk to you on the phone and even come to your apartment and sit down and listen to your concerns and give you full attention. The maintenance manager Justin, is top-tier. This man stays incredibly busy, sometimes overwhelmingly so, yet still is the friendliest guy and goes above and beyond to make sure youre satisfied with the work done. The apartment complex is a better place to live because of him. The office is quick to respond to any questions and concerns, although I do think they need to answer their phone a little more often. There have been too many times when you call and no one answers. Overall, this Is a pleasant, living experience, with professional staff. Yes, the apartment is on the pricey side, but lets be honest. All apartments are more expensive these days.

Just wanted to share the moving experience.Jeff, Kiera, and Justin were all professional in answering all our questions efficiently and friendly.For the Internet, I would reach out to Rashad Vick for Optimum. He was able to get us quick for same day install and give us extra incentives like waived installation fee and gift cards.Everyone here was professional and friendly which makes living here a bonus. Will do a 6 months update.

The move in process was really easy. Their app makes getting your checklist done very easy. The place is in good condition, but the appliances are a little dated. The amenities are very nice and very modern. The pool is gorgeous and the rest of the amenities are really great. I hope the rest of the year will be as good as it started in my new place.

Just got my keys and welcome package today. I was given a flyer for internet. I texted Rashad Vick with Optimum at 9pm, he responded IMMEDIATELY and got me signed up with a very easy process! Looks like I picked a great place! Great customer service at the apartments and the service providers they use!

Moving into the complex has been an absolute breeze even setting up my internet . I’ve been living in apartments my entire adult life and have never had someone make it so convenient Rashad Vick is the nice guy who helped me set it up , waved my fees and got done everything I needed while I was working super quick the call was Literally less then 10 minutes ! He was a life saver getting it done with the stress of moving and I’ll be using him and optimum for my next move for sureNicest guy around makes moving in feel easy

The Fountains has been a great place to live, so much so that we are actually repeat tenants (our 3rd apartment here) and we even referred our daughter who is now living her in her own apartment here.All management and staff here have always been extremely professional and highly responsive. With our last two leases here, Dianna in particular has been super helpful and made it all really easy! I appreciate that she is both respectful and very personable at the same time.I’ll also add that maintenance is quick to respond and always does a great job, a quality which can sometimes be hard to find in an apartment. Plus the grounds are well-tended, making it beautiful all year round.Love it here!

My family loves living at the fountains, the office staff is always very helpful, especially Dianna. It’s simple to put in work request online when there’s any issues that need to be addressed by maintenance. My kids love the pool & the park. It’s super close to everything like H‑E‑B, making it very convenient. All the other residents here are very friendly, over all a great place to live!

We have been living at fountains of Conroe for 9 months and it have been a great experience. Everytime we have needed help with something in the apartment we receive a prompt answer and solution. Nohemi is the best, shes always going above and beyond to help us. Even when Amazon just throws our packages outside of the office she brings them in and call each of the residents to pick up their packages. The area is pretty convenient, there is an HEB across the street and many other places close by. The complex is very quiet and secure. So far it have been a great experience.

I’ve been here for about a little over a year and so far it’s been great. Maintenance is quick and efficient, the office gets back to you relatively fast with any concern you may have and the property remains clean! I would recommend going to Yasmin for any of your leasing needs! She so sweet and is quick to problem solve any issue you may have! You won’t regret it!

Called Anita mgr at that time and she said my friend would need to sign paper in office so she did and never received so informed Diana and she said would look into it since Anita no longer there and never hear back. Now Diane gone so guess I got screwed out of $250. That’s all I have to say and otherwise all good

Update:We just moved in to our new apartment home 1 week ago. Everything was so smooth and easy. Everyone here has been SO HELPFUL and accommodating. We had a couple of minor repair things needed when we moved in and put work orders…These things were 100% taken care of within 48 hours. We are so IMPRESSED!! This is a lovely, quiet and quite friendly community.Dianna was amazing! We had done a self tour and were on the fence about liking the complex. She called to do a follow up and convinced my husband and I to come look at a model apartment. We were blown away by our tour. She has just moved this location to the top of our list.

EDIT:Im glad to state that the issue has been resolved. The day after posting my review, management reopened my maintenance request regarding the mold. The following day, contractors came into my apartment, vacuumed out the vents, sprayed a cleaner, and sealed everything.Super thankful that management resolved this issue quickly!Original Review:If youre thinking about living here, just dont.I chose to live at the Fountains of Conroe because of the price and the great reviews online. I had a great experience here, until this nightmare situation.I found MOLD in my HVAC system and my air vents. Air vents I sleep under, cook under, and watch TV under. I contacted maintenance as soon as I found out and they said it was normal. I reached out to the apartment management a few days ago and have not heard back. They are both either incompetent or simply do not care.I shouldnt have to wear an N-95 mask around my apartment in fear of breathing in MOLD SPORES. I shouldnt have to hold my breath when I walk past air vents.I shouldnt have to wait over 48 hours for the apartment complex to respond to a third inquiry about professionally cleaning the mold, when they respond ASAP if I want to add an additional monthly charge for a storage unit.I shouldnt have to buy a dehumidifier to reduce mold growth.I shouldnt have to beg management to care about my health, to provide me with basic, safe living conditions (aka CLEAN AIR) and hire a professional to clean the petri dish that is my apartment.I shouldnt have them telling me that living like this is NORMAL.I shouldnt have to stress over this when it can be resolved very simply and quickly, if only the management actually cared. If the management lived in these horrific, inhumane conditions, I bet you they would have done something yesterday.I shouldnt have to try to spend as much time away from home as possible, WILLINGLY staying at work longer. If my family lived in this state, you bet I would not be here right now.Its beyond frustrating to be paying rent for a place that is actively damaging my health. I am genuinely concerned about my safety. I am so disappointed with managements complete disregard for their residents well-being.Stay clear of this place unless you want to risk hospitalization and respiratory issues like my never-ending coughs, watery eyes, and killer headaches.P.S. If you are a current resident, CHECK YOUR VENTS!!!!!!Also, dont bother asking me to reach out. Just respond to the email I already sent you days ago about this situation.I will update this review if a resolution has been achieved.

I’ve been living here about 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it. The complex is well located, close to everything, the grounds are very well kept and over all aesthetically pleasing with trees and great landscaping, it’s lighted where it needs to be and quiet which always a great plus for apartment living.And the staff… I cannot say enough great things about them. Most know that leasing staff as a basic must, must be nice to their tenants/future tenants as it’s a part of their job. However, Nahomi, Dianna, and Nadia are truly genuinely nice, friendly and helpful people, not just “staff”. They sent me pics of my actual apartment before I moved in to show me the beautiful view I would soon have and even emailed me to let me know that I could come do a walk through ahead of move in so I could get a better idea of placement of furniture and such.A truly great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone that is currently looking or will be in the near future.

I love this apartment!With previous experience living in student housing apartments AND “luxury living” in north Houston, Fountains is top of the charts!Nadia and Dianna are awesome, so responsive and informative.The apartments are spacious, homey, and comfortable. They have smart home features like phone compatibility with HVAC, dead bolted front door locks, and maintenance requests.Overall, this is the first home I’ve felt seen & safe in. I been living here for almost 2 years and this has been the best apartment i have ever live at. maintenance is always amazing and they come the same day i put my request in they are their in seconds. the office staff especially the lease consultant Dianna has been so nice and good every time i go in to the office and have a smile on their face. when i first move in they was very helpful with the process and got me approve in no time. since this is my last time here i am great i had a chance to stay here and you will love it as all. Went to pick up my key today, Dianna was very organized and walked me through how all the amenities and gate worked and what app I need. She’s been great through the whole process, very welcoming.Then later while cleaning my new place I noticed problems with the shower seal and caulk and the mirror that I hadn’t noticed during the showing/walk through. Seeming like a bigger ask I went back to the office, Dianna called over the leasing manager and she already new about both things but they’ve just had to wait for parts to arrive!! I can wait, lol I’m just glad she knew and already in the process of fixing it! I don’t expect things to be perfect, it’s the responsiveness I care about and they seem to really care about their residents. Overall great experience so far, I think I’ll be really happy here.

Absolutely love living here. All the residents are super nice. The staff goes above and beyond every time you call you get amazing service. Maintenance is always quick to respond and fix any issues. I will say on the weekends it’s emergencies only wish all people understood that. The dog park is a great place I take my pup Bella there all the time and she gets to play and make new friends. I recommend the Fountains to everyone.

I have had a great experience at The Fountains of Conroe!! I have been here for over 2 years, and I am sad to be moving soon. Megan went above and beyond during my time here to answer any questions I had or let me know about various options available. She was communicative, supportive, and very understanding. She also helped me pick my apartment when I first toured and decided to live there, and she was so helpful during that process! The maintenance team is also awesome, and they were very responsive to all maintenance requests that I put in. They were respectful of my belongings and got everything taken care of quickly. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone moving to the area or looking to relocate!

I have lived here for almost a year and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to call the Fountains home! Anita, Dianna, and Meagan have always made me feel so at ease and have always been friendly and handled all the issues with kindness. They always are available for questions or concerns and have kept all of us up to date on any changes with COVID. They have maintained working during this to ensure the residents are taken care of. The maintenance staff of Craig, Rocco and Justin are amazing as well. I have never waited more than a few hours to have any of my maintenance requests taken care of. And they are always friendly, fast and efficient in the repairs. If you’re looking for a new place to call home, this is the one! The apartments are spacious and have nice finishes. The grounds are kept clean and it’s quiet. Not to mention it’s close to H‑E‑B, if you ever need that late night ice cream.

Super helpful, without a doubt!Maintenance is SUPER QUICK, which definitely was one of my worries moving in.All in all, this is a solid move so far. Safest area of Conroe that has apartments (2nd overall), 24 hour gym, super affordable rent for fairly large apartments, kind and helpful staff, gated, next to a HEB with gas station, has a compactor on sight rather than a dumpster that gets filled.Honestly, Im loving this place so far.

Im not sure where to start with how pleased I am with this community. I guess I would like to start with the amazing office staff, Dianna specifically. It is rare that we correspond but every time it is a pleasant experience - they are very patient and understanding. I would like to say the maintenance crew are responsive, I see them out - but I have never had anything break or any need for them, which is a great thing, so I cannot personally attest to that, but if it is anything like the rest of my experience here I am sure they are top notch. I lived here back in 2014 before a move to Colorado, and now that I am back this is the only place I wanted to be, which I feel speaks highly of the quality of the apartments and the general community. I keep saying community but I would like to clarify: living in an apartment you are around other people in close proximity; but the apartment is very quiet, I have met all my neighbors in passing and they are polite and very, well, neighborly. I am fortunate enough that at the time of this writing I could move on to purchasing a house of my own, but I have decided to extend my lease (which I just did and the prompt of this review) because I am just genuinely happy here. I hope this review is helpful and you know that it is not just fanfare. I hope to meet yall at the pool or dog park soon!-James AEdit: I wanted to make a quick shout out to Anita. A manager of an apartment complex is typically like a principal, and best avoided. This is not the case with Anita. I have never managed an apartment complex but I imagine it is a nightmare; retail during the holidays cranked up to 11. It must require someone with far more patience and a better temperament than I, and that is Anita. Despite the frustrations that are unique to her job, she carries herself with class, poise, and politeness. If I didnt already love the apartment complex for the reasons listed above, having Anita as the manager would be enough of a reason for me to stay here.

Maintenance is always very fast to fix anything that might go wrong . They also have special events that all residents are invited to. If looking for a great place to live come check it out . We moved in with a family of 5 and had not lived in an apartment since we had kids so we were a little nervous. The Fountains of Conroe has been the perfect fit! The management team has always been so helpful and full of information (even through having little interaction during Covid) they always have been very responsive and we have appreciated that so much! Any time we needed anything, the front office and maintenance teams have always been quick to respond and have great lines of communication. Every family we have had the pleasure of meeting have been long time residents which affirmed our choice for our temporary residence to be the perfect fit! Thank you all for everything! We will greatly miss this place and have truly enjoyed our time here at The Fountains.

Ive lived here for about 4 years and really enjoy this community. Everyone on staff (Anita, Bri, Diana, and Megan) is always great to deal with. I havent had to make many service requests, but when I have, its always been taken care of timely. Most of all, it is a really safe area and Ive never had any complaints.

This was the first complex my fiancée and I chose together, and weve had so many memories here.Ive never felt as safe as I did at the Fountains, and I always felt welcome whenever I came in to chat with the office. When deciding where to move as I begin my new adventure i looked around at several places and had a friend recommend The Fountains to me, and i am so glad she did. I got a tour of all of the ones I was interested in and when I was ready to make the move they found a great day that worked with me. The office staff has been wonderful, especially Anita who went above and beyond on her personal time to help me make my move as painless as possible. The property is quiet, and very well kept. The maintenance guys are so nice and come out to take care of problems quickly. So close to HEB & the lake plus 45 isn’t far! If you need a new place, The Fountains is the one! Kudos to them.

About two months ago I moved here from Miami, FL. I had a really bad experience with another rent house, to say the least I lost all the money I put in without taking possession of the property. Just moved in, and Im honestly so in love with these apartments. By far, the best place Ive ever lived. We were so distraught after losing our previous apartment to Hurricane Harvey, but Johnne, who handled 99% of our leasing process, was super helpful, patient, understanding, and all around amazing from application to move-in. She did everything she could within reason, to make sure the process went smoothly, even though there were a few bumps along the way. In short: if you are looking to lease in an amazing community with friendly and helpful staff who will do their best to work with you, look no further.

We have lived here almost 2 years. The complex is well maintained; the staff always responsible to any need. All are very courtesy, answer any questions or concerns and helpful. Ive noticed some reviews about excessive move-out charges, etc., they were all spelled out in the agreement as is the case with any lease or contract. The pool is available until 10:00 pm. We are very satisfied and Miss Mary loves it, too. Win-win for us.

I was also pleased with all of their amenities they provide for an apartment complex…valet trash pick up is totally worth it!! It is also in a great location with H‑E‑B, subway, pizza, and a UPS store directly across the street, a car wash conveniently placed in front of the complex for a quick wash to get your day started. A Spa, Hot Worx, Pure Bar and Shipleys not to far from the complex. Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Target, Starbucks, 2nd & Charles, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Sam’s Club within a 5 min drive.

Im a long term resident of The Fountains for nearly 8 years now. Anita and her staff are top notch in taking care of their residents. Justin, Craig and the rest of the maintenance experts are very professional, quick and efficient in resolving requests.The property is on the ever growing west side of Conroe with lots of shopping and restaurants within minutes. You can be to the lake within 10 minutes and the area is very low crime.Ill continue living here as long as they keep baking cookies and feeding me snacks! :)

Diana is the reason we moved here! She was so attentive and made sure we were always happy even before we moved. Now we live her and we couldn’t be happier! She has checked on us to make sure everything was okay with the apartment, then went we told her we had an issue with our door; she had the maintenance team to our house in less than an hour! TALK ABOUT SERVICE!!!! If you are thinking of moving here, do it. :)

I had a great experience at Fountains and just recently moved out, but I will miss this place so much. It was a very clean and comfortable place to live, and it really is resort like in the summer at the pool. I always had great encounters with the front office and all needs and concerns were addressed in a professional manner when dealing with Anita, Johnne, Megan, LaToya, Justin and Craig. I personally feel like they did what they could to help me out no matter what. It was the first place I moved into when I moved to Texas. I was in a crunch and they got me into a CLEAN apartment the next day. All maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner. If you handle your business as youre supposed to and keep your space clean once renting you wont have any problems here at Fountains. Parking can be kind of a pain if working late, but if thats really an issue they do have garages and covered parking you can sign up for. Very accommodating.
