Been here a year now and it has been nothing but great! The staff has always been helpful with any questions, their portal system works well and is hassle free and Dre and Jesus have been on top of any maintenance needs having them done within the same day and often going above and beyond not just doing a quick fix. Highly recommended!

I moved in last week and really like it here! Everyone including staff are very friendly, the garage parking is nice, the pool is awesome because nobody’s hardly out there anytime I go so it’s nice and quiet! The gym is nice and I love the mail concierge. Also the sevice manager Dre, came and fixed a few things today and was friendly and fast!

Wonderful experience of working with The Florence at the Harbor Team! Christina took me on a wonderful tour and showed me multiple units that would fit within my budget. I had the best experience moving into Florence!! The team was so helpful and kind to answer all my questions and show me everything I requested to see. The manager Cole even stayed after hours to show me the amenities after seeing our unit. He is the best! I’m glad to know I’m looked after by a manger as kind and friendly as him. As far as the apartments they are modern, clean, and you can’t beat the location! I’ve only been here a short while so far but it’s been like a dream so far, thanks Weidner!!

Apartment and people are nice! Just very hard to live on the 4th floor and constantly the elevators arent functioning. Happens 2-3x a week and is very frustrating.

I recently moved into these apartments and was amazed at the quality and beauty of the place. The staff that work here were very helpful in making the process of moving in easier. Especially the manager Cole. He went above and beyond showing me around and making sure I got just what I wanted. He was kind and patient answering all of my questions and any concerns I had. Definitely a good decision to move here.

Been here a little more than 6 months. Tausha ( The property Manager) and Sophia (leasing agent) have been incredible. They are always very attentive and kind. Maintenance is done very quickly and staff is very friendly. Property is nice and updated. Are there small things that need to be done? Of course, but that’s everywhere. All in all, I recommend renting at Florence at the Harbor especially when you have people like the women I mentioned above that will go above and beyond for you.

I have renewed my lease here several times and have had nothing but a good experience as a resident. I have found in my time here that while concerns inevitably arise (as with any living situation) they are quickly and effectively addressed. The management and service team members are always pleasant and helpful and it is a beautiful, convenient location to live in. I would highly recommend Florence at the Harbor for anyone looking to live here. Extra thanks to Grayson for always being a friendly face and going above and beyond to help out.

We were relocated to The Florence at the Harbor for a temporary living situation due to an insurance claim and we had a great experience. The complex is kept extremely clean, the staff is incredible from the leasing staff to maintenance. We had zero issues. I would recommend this complex without any hesitation. The location is perfect and the apartments and floorplans are amazing.

Sophia Oliver, Leasing Consultant, graciously handled my requests as a prospective walkin tenant the first time I had visited the spectacular City of Rockwall, Texas. Sophia gave me a tour of the beautiful Florence At The Harbor community and the available apartment that met my rental needs. Sophia proficiently completed my on-line application using the information that I had brought. She scanned and returned my documents, discussed the leasing policies and answered my questions. I agreed to lift the security freeze on the rating agency used by Weidner Apartment Homes for her access the next business day. Sophia offered to print a copy of the lease for my review and said I do not need to sign the lease until my move-in date. This has been my happiest experience in leasing, thanks to the friendly services generously offered and provided by Leasing Consultant, Sophia Oliver.

The Florence at the Harbor is a quiet, safe, clean and welcoming environment. They have a professional and caring staff. The amenities at this apartment are first-class. The parking is secure, and there is also ample visitor parking available. My experience at the apartment has been very good. There were some issues, but they were resolved to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to live in the Rockwall area.

Just moved in and this apartment complex is incredible. From the staff to maintenance to living quality. This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. The staff is extremely professional and super fast in response time…as well as maintenance. Had a few issues but Michelle was right on top of everything and fixed them in a flash. She’s always there to answer every question or concern, she is very sweet and professional. Aj is also great! All around great staff and place. We are really enjoying it here. Highly recommend!

We have been living at the Florence for almost 6 months and absolutely love it! The property is brand new, clean, and beautiful with great amenities. We especially love the rooftop garden for the sunset views. The team was so helpful from the beginning- from our tours, to a seamless and stress free move in, and fun events they are always having for residents! It’s a great place to live, most definitely the nicest community in Rockwall!

Amazing! That is the first word that comes to mind when I talk about Florence at the Harbor... from the amenities to the apartments themselves to the management/ leasing team ( Priscilla & Darius!) Guys... I have lived in several communities in my life but this one is definitely up there! The upgrades are absolutely beautiful in the apartments! The gray cabinetry and white countertops are gorgeous. Priscilla and Darius were so beyond helpful in the leasing process from beginning to end! They answered all of my many questions fully and quickly. Not only helpful but extremely professional and personable! They’re such positive people and I’m so gracious for them in this process! It’s such a fun environment and I’m certain I will love my residency here thanks to the both of them!

Im a tenant. Priscilla and Darius have been very responsive and welcoming. I dont know much about Greystar, and online reviews seem to be bad, but the staff here have been nothing but extraordinary from the start. During the leasing process, they were upfront about any fees and responsive to a multitude of questions. On at least a dozen occasions since Ive moved in, Ive plastered them with even more questions and had an answer within the hour each time. Even the more research intensive questions regarding my lease were looked into and resolved before nights end. Maintenance was sent to my apartment the day after I had questions, and they were professional, and pleasant.Ive lived in dozens of apartments, and I genuinely think that the staff here have been the absolute best. I hope that Graystar doesnt pull any funny business, but I know the staff here right now are as good as it gets. I work from home, Im here 24/7, this is a phenomenal place to live.

Florence used to be an amazing apartment! Loved everything about it when I first moved in, the front office folks were always so kind and they were a big part on why I chose to live here when I first moved to Texas. Now that management has changed to Weidner it’s awful. Management is so all over the place, they’re disorganized and lazy.They don’t open the office til 10:30am now and they only work on the weekdays. While everybody who works during the week can never address an issue if they have one over the weekend.Management is hardly in the office when I go to visit. Both pelotons haven’t been working since they changed management. Trash literally PILES up at the door, when you open the door the trash is almost touching the roof, it’s really gross. You smell the trash when you walk the hallways, nobody cleans anymore. Hallways, gyms everything is dirty now. There’s no wifi in the gym and hardly any service at the gym so you can’t even listen to music on wifi.Used to be a really nice place with great kind management. Now with weidner, it’s as if there is no managementUPDATE: Met AJ, new community director. & you can tell he is very hands on and he is currently building a team to help run the apt smoothly. He seems very intentional kind and direct in handling problems. Seems to be going great again w/ his leadership
