    We LOVE The Everett! Great location (walking distance to a few fun restaurants/bars and shops, 10min to HEB, 10min to Target), beautifully maintained property with great amenities (pool, hot tub, covered seating areas with ping pong and TV, grills and covered kitchen area, mini golf green, fire pits, yoga room and gym), spacious, modern and immaculate apartments with high ceilings and lots of natural light, and QUIET inside and out.     Great place to live, feels like a tropical oasis down at the pool!! Kinley, Brittany and Gabriella ( Gabby), are always very accommodating with all needs. The maintenance staff, Robert , Micheal and Luly are amazing as well, always making sure the property does fall under Luxury living. At least once a month the ladies put on some sort of mixing event for residents. Highly recommend The Everett!! Thanks to all of you for your continued dedication!

    Im delighted to hear about your exceptional experience at The Everett at Ally Village! From the fully equipped gym with a thoughtful touch of a fridge stocked with water to the inviting hangout area centered around a fireplace, it sounds like theyve created a truly enjoyable living environment. The spacious pool and cookout area add to the communitys appeal, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and socializing. Its wonderful to hear that the staffs hospitality has contributed to your positive experience, and that the homes themselves offer a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of Dallas :)

    I moved here from Dallas and had a difficult time finding a luxury apartment that didn’t skip out on amenities or providing an actual sense of community until I found The Everett at Ally Village! From the moment I walked in to acquire about availability, to the hiccups on my credit report, up until the time I got my keys, Ashley and the entire staff were patient, professional and actually pleasant to work with! Ashley and her staff were so accommodating to me and my situation! They made sure I was going to make my move in date possible. Thank you so incredibly much to the leasing staff.

    The staff here since my move one month ago have been very professional, helpful and always available to answer any questions. The maintenance staff in particular have done the most to ensure any issues that needed to be fixed were taken care of in a timely fashionI cannot praise them highly enough.     I moved in 2 years ago. I was drawn by what I got for the price. An location was perfect for my lifestyle. I enjoy the privacy but yet interactive with people as well. On my days off I don’t feel like escaping. I enjoy the pool amenities and friendly staff. Looks like I’ll be doing a 3rd lease soon. I live in a spacious studio. But yet have twin an queen bed.

    My family and I lived at the Everett for a bit over a year and only moved because I was relocated for work.I am actually surprised to read some of the negative reviews that were left as my experience was the complete opposite.The apartments were clean, safe, and perfectly located in town.The only employee I ever engaged with was Kinley; she was very kind and helpful.I would recommend the Everett to anyone looking to lease in Midland.

    Kinley, the assistant manager, was very helpful and such a pleasure to work with during the move-in process 6 months ago. She kept in touch throughout the whole process, kept me in the loop with every step and even went out of her way on a Sunday to sign paperwork since i was traveling from Chicago. Any issues that i had concerns about, Kinley had them addressed and communicated thoroughly with me via email. I know i can count on her in the future.The team is also very generous and kind. They hold events throughout the week which is nice, get to meet the staff and other residents.

    Took a job out in Midland and needed to find an apartment quickly. Lo and behold I stumbled upon the Everett at Ally Village. From the website everything seemed great, from the apartment floor plans to the amenities they offered. So I called to inquire about what apartments were available. Kinley Kershaw was who helped me and walked me through the process. I can’t say I’ve had the same luck at other apartments. It was more of a figure it out on your own kind of process. But not Kinley, when I needed help she was quick to respond and guide me through everything and get me all setup. So far I’m very satisfied with how things turned out and I look forward to living at the Everett at Ally Village.

    A month or so ago, I managed to lock my apartment keys & garage door opener inside my garage. At the time I had no additional way to open the garage door and was locked out of my apartment. I was able to get in touch with Robert (AFTER HOURS, I might add) and he was onsite within minutes, got me into my garage, and even helped me program the garage keypad on the spot! Much appreciated Robert!

    Omg am VERY impressed with the management at The Everett - Kinley and Abbey. Months prior to moving to midland I connected with Kinley and literally called her for every detail and this lady went as far as going to the apartment and took pictures of the two apartments I was thinking of leasing since I stayed 5hrs away I couldn’t come for a tour. Not only that she broke down all incentives in a way I understood and till now months in and this lady calls me for any update on my account and I call her and she’s always happy to help. Abbey also was so kind even when I moved she came to my apartment to help me set my shower head and filter I mean this management can’t get better than this. I haven’t had any problems with my apartment itself so they have my 5 star and recommendation.
