Well we just moved back here and we absolutely love it!! Our unit was freshly painted / new carpet and very clean . We are blessed with a downstairs unit , with a big patio and yard. We have a great view of big beautiful trees and a sandy volley ball court. We love the BIG bathrooms and the walk in closets. We lived here 5 years ago on the 3rd floor (Sedona Ranch side) then moved to a first floor unit but we didn’t have a yard so we ended up moving down the hill to canyon oaks apts to save $200 . We had a yard, tiny bathrooms and no walk in closets. It was a nightmare for 2 years everything started falling apart and ac wasn’t cold. So we’re happy to be back to this neighborhood/ apartment with lots of space and btw the maintenance is awesome (fast, efficient) bug control, landscaping guys, the office girls/guy are very nice and professional we didn’t have any problems. Love how they have a cage to protect the mail now and our side has a lot of parking . If you have a nice car/ truck you need a garage ( no matter where you live) Our car has never gotten broken into because it’s old. Also no matter where you rent and no matter how clean your unit is , you won’t get your deposit back ( that’s a fact everywhere too) I feel very safe here and it’s good to be back 🌺Aloha

I had a great time meeting my neighbors today at the Sedona Ranch clubhouse to start off the football season! Thank you for the great food and drinks. I hope you have more community events in the future because it’s always good to know your neighbors. It’s a lot better than just seeing them checking the mail or walking the dog. I’ve lived here for 6months and never had any issues. The move from another state to San Antonio went smoothly thanks to The staff here. They are super friendly and quite efficient. I was in my new place in no time. I loved my apartment. They patio faced a beautiful live oak tree which made bird watching pretty spectacular. The apartment came freshly painted, new stainless steel appliances and carpeting. Nice cabinets and floors. They have a nice gym, pool and even a concierge for packages. I did my walk through yesterday. The manager Amy is such a sweetheart. I left the apartment nice and clean. She was pretty amazed. I will miss it here. I would highly recommend estates of Northwoods to anyone looking for a new home. God bless 🕊

Ive been very pleased with both the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the property. I recently relocated to the area for a new position with my company. The staff, and especially Amber, were very helpful in setting up a workable lease term while my family looked for a house during the transition.The amenities on the property are very nice (gym, pool, and business center). They are as good, if not better than corporate apartments I looked at in the area. The location is great! It is very convenient to the local grocery, movies, big box stores, and tons of restaurants. Its made transitioning to a new city/state very easy. It also has easy access to a major interstate, which shortened my commute.The apartment was in excellent condition when I arrived. It is quiet, and well maintained. The best part is the view of the downtown skyline. Overall, I would highly recommend The Estates of Northwoods.

I have lived here for many years and love it. The manager and assistant manager are wonderful and the maintenance team are great. I havent really had any issues or repairs needed (battery changes, filters mostly) which is great and I have never had to wait more than a day for things to be done. The property is so nice and clean and well taken care of and the area has so much to offer. Wonderful place to live.

The apartments are very clean and beautiful inside and outside they are comfortable to live in by yourself or with your family. Quiet and friendly neighbors. All staff is understanding and respectful. I love it here and I appreciate the maintenance keeping up the property in a good way

Great place! My wife and our 3 kids have lived here for almost a year and plan to renew. The inside of the apartment is very nice and the staff is pretty nice too. we love the pool and all the amenities! If your looking for a nice place with a great location to everything, this is the place for you!

We have not had any negative issues at all in the 7 months weve been here. We are a young 24 y/o couple and this area of SA is perfect for the outgoing beer snob, occasional wine sipper, or shopaholic. We are just minutes from every establishment that you need. Shopping, nightlife, gyms, food, and car care....all so close! We may have to move due to work proximity but we are seriously considering sacrificing the drive for another year because we enjoy it so much.

I do not live here, but I visit friends and family often. Very beautiful complex and I havent heard complaints from tenants. Some apartments have attached garages and some have garage units across the street. Plenty of parking for residents and visitors. I cannot attest to how good it is to live here personally, but it appears to be well-maintained and well-managed.
