I’ve been here less than a month, and I am so happy I found just what I needed for an apartment home. I have plenty of space and storage, and have already met most of my neighbors and their dogs! (and 1 cat!)I have no complaints, and the location is ideal. We’re in a quiet and lovely neighborhood close to anything you would need. I recommend The Estates to anyone who is searching for an apartment home in Ft Worth.

Lived here for 2 years now and you really cant beat the feature for the price. Fully functional gym, 3 pools and a lot of space for animals. The apartments themselves are spacious and almost like a canvas for you to turn into a home, constant check-ins for repairs and bug checks are amazing. Staff are always friendly and helpful, dont plan on moving anytime soon!

Best apartments Ive ever lived at due to the community that lives there. Its super quiet and safe and everyone is friendly. And management is friendly and always work with you to take care of your needs. Id recommend The estates At Ridgelea Hills to anyone looking for an apartment. As far as maintenance goes, they are always on point and fast at making any repairs you need in your own apartment.

This is my favorite place I’ve ever lived. It is so incredibly peaceful and private.Everyone in the office are like a caring family always glad to see you, ready to help if you need it.The attention to a well maintained complex, and surprise food trucks and get togethers are just delightful.

These apartments are very nice. We are considering moving here. Well we moved here and love it! Assigned parking, swimming pools, exercise room, quiet, maint people on time, spacious apartments, who can ask for anything more. Im glad we moved here! Been here a few weeks and very happy with our decision. Laura made the process very easy and showed a lot of concern for my family with my son being born a month sooner than expected. She actually made sure to give us a apartment that was conveniently located close to the office pool and gym and has checked in to be sure were doing well. There are a lot of kids around and the community is gated. Parking is a little difficult if you want a spot right at your door but you have your own covered spot thats not a far walk. Also has a storage space right at your front door. Definitely a good hideaway for my family and very close to the highway. Cant see any reason to pass these up.Update. Been here 2 years and long as a 3 bedroom is available when my lease is up will be staying longer. Still havent had anything that would discourage anyone from moving here

I really enjoyed my stay and greatly miss my apartment. I never had any issues or problems with my apartment. I stayed for over 1 year and the staff as well as the manager were very kind and welcoming. I enjoyed all of the events and celebrations that the office will host for the tenants. I also greatly appreciated all the kindness that the staff members will provide and were always available to answer any questions. I had an overall positive and wonderful experience at the estates at ridglea hills and definitely will highly recommend renting here.

Laura is a dream, kind, responsive and gave me snacks after telling her my horror story with another apartment complex and the reason for my move.Laura was able to get me into an apartment immediately. Even my apartment locator service told me how quick she was to reply to them and that it was a good sign. I have a friend who also lives here and that is what helped me with my decision as I had visited previously.The rent is reasonable, the complex is clean, quiet and the people I have met have all been kind and welcoming. I am very happy with my decision.

I lived at The Estates for close to two years, and throughout my time living there I didn’t have any problems with my neighbors, nor the leasing staff. In fact, everyone including their maintenance crew were great overall! The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is due to a problem I encountered that was outside of the control of the staff there and I figured it was due to the age of the complex overall. But, they did their best to try and fix the problem. It just kept recurring which was rather frustrating at the time.Otherwise, my overall stay there was great.

I absolutely love this apartment complex. We have found a home within this complex. From the beginning, they made everything comfortable. My partner and I had confusing income statements due to the nature of work we both do. Laura made getting approved seamless and effortless. She took the time to really get to know us and our situation. Since then, we’ve gotten to know all of the staff. We talk to the maintenance guys regularly and they’ve always been so helpful and prompt if there’s been an issue. (Which is very rare) It’s comfy and feels isolated even though it’s right next to the interstate. Close to everything you need. Highly highly recommend. Everything about this place has been amazing to us but it’s definitely the staff that has made it feel like home.

I cant say enough about my experience with the leasing process. Laura is awesome. After waiting for almost two weeks to get into an unrelated apartment complex I walked in and was asked if I wanted to move in that day! I thought she was kidding but I had keys 3 hours later. Unbelievable how smooth and efficient it was. Not to mention the courtesy and professionalism. I couldnt have been more impressed.

Good overall community since Ive been here, office staff have changed a few times, but nothing major. Current staff is great, very helpful with anything I need. Complex is pretty quiet for being next to a small highway. Laundry rooms recently remodeled nicely. Only issue Ive had is a occasional A/C leak/overflow in the bathtub, which we have had worked on a few times by maintenance , but it doesnt affect the actual operation of the A/C. We originally found the complex in a panic the last week of our old apartment lease, thanks to many places in the area that have breed restrictions, but overall Im glad we did. I would say that it one of the pros of living here if you have certain breeds of dogs. Our street-rescue pit bull mixes enjoy the occasional walk around the complex. Maintenance does a good job of keeping the grounds well cared for, considering the people who dont pick up their dog waste (which HAS gotten better in the couple years weve been here), and the office brings in regular landscapers to tend to the grass. There is an office center and fitness center which I still havent gotten around to using (SHAME!) but Im sure those are fine. Couple pools, but I cant swim, so I stay out (they look well maintained though). Super easy access to grocery, I-20 and I-30, everything on Camp Bowie, its in a great location for mostly traveling anywhere in town. IS pretty close to the Navy base, so fighter jet flyovers are a thing, but I enjoy planes, so its not too much hassle, and its mainly in the early afternoon, so if youre gone to work, you wont even notice. Overall, Id say this is a great place to live, especially if you are single or a young couple. I imagine the bigger apartments are great for small families as well!

I have lived at these apartments for a year and a half and they by far have been the best apartment experience I have ever had. The office staff is so kind hearted and attentive. I never had a problem getting someone to fix anything and the grounds are kept pretty clean. The dog park needed some work but that was mostly due to the tenants being irresponsible. Rent is reasonable for what you get. They are located in the perfect spot if you want to be close to downtown and shopping/etc but not live too close to the city. Neighborhood is quiet minus the kids that play but that is pretty normal. LOVED it and if I could, I would continue to stay at these apartments.

I leased at The Estates several years ago, I spent a lot of time looking for a new home. The staff always made me feel comfortable every visit. I have a huge two bedroom for an awesome price. I feel safe and comfortable here. My neighbor has lived here over 20 years which make me feel good. I appreciate the laundry rooms throughout the property, I have free covered parking and its always quiet. The maintenance guys do a great job of making sure the grounds are kept clean and prompt when I call in service request.

During a time, the office hours were kind of funky, so it was very difficult getting any information out of the staff.Since that issue has been patched out, my fiance and I have had a wonderful time living at these apartments.The area is nice and close to most everything I would ever need. The apartments themselves are well taken care of, and very spacious for the price. The community is very active on keeping this place looking and feeling nice. And all residents are updated often on anything that might occur.Very grateful for this place.

If you are looking for a quiet and relax environment to call home this is your place. I love the serenity and exclusion of where my potential unit would be. Unfortunately due to other reasons not related to the property I did not become a resident for now. However, it is definitely on my list for the near future. See Laura in the front office, very friendly and knowledgeable about the property. Follows through with text and emails and just overall an amazing leasing consultant to work with!!

My partner and my daughter and I moved here just recently. We had a few minor hiccups initially but I am so glad that we now call this place home. The office management compensated for our initial challenges, the maintenance is incredible and has been super fast with responding to our requests, and the swimming pools are clean! My partner attempted to be super detailed about writing down problems with the apartment when we moved in and she had to really search to write anything down. We are very happy so far!!

I lived here for over 3 years and it was the best experience I could have ever asked for. This apartment is tucked away in a neighborhood in a great location with access to all the major highways. The apartments themselves are such a bargain fort he money I had over 1,000 square feet of space for like 900 a month. They are the only apartments I could find that had zero restrictions for dogs which was very important to me because we have a super sweet doberman that is 100+ pounds that was turned away everywhere else for being aggressive. They welcomed us with open arms and even though I am no longer a resident to this day they still treat me like one! I accidentally forgot to change my address for a package that was delivered and the front office made sure to get it and hold it for me until I was able to pick it up. You wont be disappointed if you move here. Pay your rent on time and be respectful to your neighbors and you will be treated like family!

I have been living here for a few years now. I love the apartment, large spacious and the price for rent is amazing. I checked out a few other apartments and they want an arm and a leg for less square footage and they do not allow bully breeds. I am very pleased overall. I just wish that the residents that have dogs would clean up after their dogs.Not to mention I love the inspections that they do from time to time to ensure that people are not hoarding.

Not sure why folks have been panning this place. Its a good value for the square footage, most folks are pretty nice in the complex. A lot of residents seem to have been around for awhile, so the stability is nice. Will you find nicer apartments? Sure. Do things break every now and again? Yep. But Ive had a good experience with Crystal (and the other lady in the office, sorry I dont remember your name right away!)Obviously the guest parking situation is pretty unfortunate, but Im getting a nice apartment in a good area...good value. I do recommend the Estates.

As a visitor, I love this complex. 3 nice pools, nice exercise equipment (treadmill, machine weights). My daughters apt is wonderful: 2 bedroom, large living room and dining area. Small kitchen but the storage closet is a large rectangular area inside the apt, not off the patio like most. Its next to the dining area so this takes up square footage. Just about 7 minutes walking time from Ridgle Hills Elementary. Havent met the staff but nothing negative has come our way. This area is about 1 mile away from Hulen Mall shopping area and a quarter mile (walking distance) from the Trinity River.

To survive here:Buy big fans for summer. The windows are old and insulation may be poor too because its 75-80 with fans everyday.There are roaches. They spray but the place isnt sealed well. Get some home defense and spray on your own too. It works.So the place has some real issues. However for the price and the attempts to fix things, its well worth it. The maintenance is not very effective. I saw roaches when I moved in, but less and less overtime. I also really like the lady who helps me when Im locked out. This place really became home even with issues. Definitely worth it.

Assigned parking is nice and rarely anyone parks in my spot. Overall very calm and quiet complex, good for concentrating and studying.

My apartment is large and features lots of storage. The complex is run by a caring staff and is located in an awesome neighborhood that is close to the major entertainment centers in Fort Worth. The only downsides are that the grounds are a little scruffy and there are too many pitbulls.

Pit bulls welcome!!! My family and I chose this apartment because they accepted our pits. The bonuses were the gated dog park, 3 pool, fitness center, tennis court, picnic area, covered parking, fire places, laundry rooms, vaulted cealings, etc. I could go on and on... we love it here!

I am very grateful for having found this place 4 years ago and I still live here. They rent to very calm people, which is the most important thing.In the office they are always friendly. If you break something they will fix it right away and Laura is incredible, very friendly, the maintenance guys are very efficient.
