Well, I have lived at this apartment complex for 6 years, and I can tell you it has been a great experience. The apartment complex meets my expectations. They are currently under a new administration for the last year and it has been great, and I have noted that the staff is much more friendly and is there for your every needs. The maintenance of the building is wonderful they are available at all time of the day to repair anything. The main office staff is very friendly and is always there to help with any minor or major problems. The corporate office is very much involved in their property, they check on their residents to assure things are done in a timely manner and properly. After being here for 6 years, they upgraded my apartment, I was delighted. I would definitely recommend any family to live here, I assure they will have a positive experience...thanks!!!

Chelsea is the best employee! Her timing is impeccable and overall a sweet Individual. Moving in was a breeze and she was fast with paperwork , I recommend her to anyone . Apartment is clean and quite as well. Love staying here

I love it, my trash is picked up, I live right by the pool, gym and dog park which is clean, the wood floors are great and the carpet In the rooms is so soft. I was helped by Chelsea who is very considerate and polite, she helped me get into the place Im proud to call home!

I recently got my vehicle illegally towed at these apartment complex so I took the complaint all the way to corporate. I then received a call by a manager from corporate his name is Elvis. Elvis showed understanding and empathy and went out of his way to make things right since he recognized and appreciated my 7 year loyalty with them. He understood exactly where I was coming and how I felt and used all the resources in his power to get me reimbursed for the towing and for the day I missed work. He also reached out to the leasing office management for the manager there to give me a call and make things right with me. Thank you Elvis for all your help.

I have been in these apartments for 1 years and 6months and I have to say this is a great apt complex. A lot of other reviews say they have roach problems but that mostly comes from not keeping a clean house! Never leave unclean dishes and take out youre trash out every day and u wont have that problem. I have never seen one rat in my apartment ever!! Its also been very peaceful as well I hardly even hear loud music and people there or very cool and friendly.Also every time I ask them to fix something they also do it same day no longer then 2days.I never had I problem with crimes there either.Some times I leave my door unlocked or key inside my door and nothing ever happen.A lot of little kid that play outside but never to noise our disrespectful.The place is mostly clean outside.There are a lot of food places and grocery stores mall ex in the area so u dont have to drive far for anything .There is always parking for me and my guest so really I have nothing bad to say about these apartments and would recommend.

First things first Chelsea is TOP TIER!!!!! I’m not just saying that for brownie points I’m serious.. I moved back from Chicago two weeks ago and she got my move together in 1 day.. Yes ONE DAY!!! No hassle.. No games.. Just straight professional wholesome energy from her and the staff. Since I’ve been here maintenance and area is always cleans and put together.. Trust me y’all won’t regret it

I needed a place to bring my family after getting relocated. Spent several months trying to find the right place. I was lucky enough to contact Dalia and she did everything to make the transition as smooth as possible. Even stayed late for me so I could turn in my deposit and move in the night I needed! Jennifer was very helpful at helping my mom move into her new apartment. My mom needed an apartment quickly and Jennifer made it happen quick and made the process very easy. She just moved to Houston recently and Jennifer got her approved and moved in on the same day ! She should get a raise !!

After visiting recently at the Estate of Avenstar Appartment, my experience and customer service I received from (Mrs Chelsea Williams) at the leasing office was so great. She always smiles to her tenants, ask them how can I help u, stands to greet them, use their name to greet the tenants and go above and beyond to make sure the tenants issues are addressed and taken care off.I was surprised when she follow up to make sure that my concerns were addressed. I would recommend anyone to Mrs Chelsea Williams at the Appartment leasing office for her great customer service and how she handles her tenants.Thanks you for the great work 👍 and service to our community..

Ive moved in June and Chelsea have made my move in process very easy. She is very punctual and is on top of every task. Shes is my go to person. The pools are amazing and the complex gym facility is top of the line.

I came across an apartment I was interested in on Zillow. After submitting an email indicating my interest, I received a prompt reply from Monte Carlo.I made an appointment with Leslie to check out the apartment. She was very professional showing me around and letting me check out the apartment a fewtimes as the renovations/upgrades neared completion. She even helped me negotiate a lower rent price. Overall, Leslie did a very good job facilitatingthe lease-signing and move-in. I would definitely wish this smooth experience for others who are apartment hunting.

Staff isnt all that friendly however inside the apartments are amazing very spacious and reasonable for price. Three amazing pools, a playground for your kids, basketball court and a small gym. The only problem is the pot holes, at night so much goes on that you may step outside to police or even gun shots. The kids are very disrespectful and curse a lot. Not all good but certainly not extremely bad

So far so good. I read alot of the reviews after applying for the apartment but I will say that location has been pretty good and I have not had any major issues. I have a 3 BR 2 BA and I absolutely love the floorplan and know I couldnt find this huge of a unit for this price elsewhere. Under renovations and new management now so we shall what this change brings about

Have to say they told me the apartment was going to be renovated and was skeptic of it because old experiences but ones I had it the apartment was totally new. First off when you go inside ask for James he is by far the most humble, respectful, very professional, and goes over and beyond to insure the best quality he can provide as a leasing agent. He does his best in making sure he answers all the questions before you could even think to ask a question. He observes as to what you need and executes it to sure perfection. Not only that the complex it self is undergoing new renovations and so far it looks superb inside and out. Can’t wait to see the final results.

I moved in during the week of the freeze, and when I tell you, it has been absolutely wonderful. Granted, I do work a lot, so I’m not there as often. But when I’m there, I’m at peace. They have movie nights!!!They take pride in the community and keep it clean. It’s quiet. I couldn’t ask for a better environment.

I have been living at Monte Carlo for 3 years .. I love the service from the maintenance staff and the girls in the office are very sweet . Any issue I have it gets resolved .. it’s close to everything and I love the new fitness and door trash pick up .. I have read the reviews from others but it’s based on personal experience .. I like it here and have referred people t . Give them a chance .

First and foremost I was truly pleased the opportunity to reside at this location. I can unto Estates at Avenstar with negative thinking based on previous properties that I was not going to get approved due to a mishap that couldnt get resolved immediately. I spoke with Anderson and when I tell you from day 1 he made me feel already at home. From the pleasant voice thru the phone I could tell that he was prompt, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I didnt have much time to search anymore and when I tell you Anderson made my relocation so much easier basically he took over the headache for me. I THANK YOU tremendously Anderson and every team member at Estates at Avenstar for one taking a chance on someone as myself where life has taken a turn for my worse you took the chance and showed true hospitality, punctuality and unity unto my family and myself and Thank you again for providing a property where you feel safe....
