I moved to this community in April and have truly been enjoying my new home here. It’s just Juliet and I (that’s my pup in the pic) and we get treated so amazing by the leasing office team, so occasionally we’ll stop in to say “hey”. Here’s the back story prior to moving here I was apartment shopping and inquired about this particular community and I’ll be very real I was very frustrated with my experience I felt like I was being discouraged to apply and felt I wasn’t given the time of day. I then requested to speak with someone else and from there the manager Michelle took over and that was the end of that negative experience. The person who was negative I haven’t seen again (I think she was temporarily helping while staff was out from what I gathered back in March). I purposely wait to do reviews because I knew there was so much more good that I just haven’t experienced yet and didn’t want to knock a company down with a bad review for an employees behavior when in fact it was addressed and what day and night difference in the way I was treated. Then I got all moved in and met Courtney and Ericka. Ericka truly was the “ear” listening to me complain about how I was treated by the other employee prior to her. She is such a kind soul that I knew after just talking to Ericka on the phone that I was in good hands and at the right place. Then I met Courtney, again another amazing woman, honestly all three Michelle, Courtney, and Ericka have been nothing but amazing to me but I am a little biased and have my two faves Courtney and Ericka. Here’s the breakdown on personalities… Michelle all business no play (not a bad thing at all) she truly is to the point on addressing things and then moves forward with her day. Courtney is like a ferocious lion, she’s elegant and mighty, she comes off so sweet and yet will pull out that “mom” “leadership role” and crack that whip to get the needs met of the residents, meaning she doesn’t settle for mediocre work, if there’s an issue she wants it fixed immediately and we love that. She’s the one that inspired me to write this review because she took her time to listen and she made conversation and showed love to my big 115lb pup Juliet and when I had one or two minor concerns with the apartment she was prompt and GOT THINGS DONE (that’s why she’s the lion) Courtney is calm with everything but you know if she has to get her hands a little dirty she sure ain’t afraid to and we all love leaders that lead by example. Sincerely Courtney THANK YOU because you have been so pivotal in my first couple months here. Now let’s discuss Miss Ericka!!! Ericka has the shyness at first then once she’s comfortable she just embodies this fountain of humility and kindness with the sweetest laughter ever. She will make you smile just because and that’s all there is to it. She also gets excited at different moments and her passion pours through with her smile and her laughter, it’s beautiful. She truly has gracefulness blessed in her and it’s infectious! Okay my novel is over, MOVE here if you want a great team, a beautiful community, gorgeous property, and amazing neighbors. I’m glad I moved to Euless and even happier I chose Enclave to reside at (Juliet loves it too). 5 STARS Great place

So far so good. There was some stuff that needed to fix when I first moved in but the maintenance team fixed it within 24 hours.Kayla, Ericka & Courtney are super friendly and tries to accommodate through it all. I also love how quiet it is here and how safe I feel. My neighbors are very welcoming too! Definitely recommend and so happy that I was able to find this place!

As a current resident of Enclave at Bear Creek apartments, I have to say that I absolutely love living here! From the moment I first moved in, I was impressed by the beautiful landscaping and the serene atmosphere of the property.What really sets this apartment complex apart, though, is the incredible staff. The management, office personnel, and maintenance crew are all amazing, and they always go above and beyond to make sure that every resident feels comfortable and well-cared for.Whenever I have had an issue or needed help with something, the staff has always been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They truly make me feel like part of a community, rather than just another tenant.One thing I especially love about living here is the koi fish pond. Its such a beautiful and peaceful spot, and it really adds to the overall ambiance of the property. Plus, the landscaping is always well-maintained and beautiful.Overall, I couldnt be happier with my experience at Enclave at Bear Creek. Its a wonderful place to call home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment complex with a fantastic staff and beautiful surroundings.

Its so nice to see a property manager who wants to interact with potential residents! I have been a resident for several years now and have experienced many of the improvements and consistent hospitalities that the Enclave at Bear Creek provides. The office staff is responsive to needs and does will in communicating about the property or events. I havent required much maintenance, but when I do they work hard. In a few months, I will be moving away and into a house; however, I will readily recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to call home! Thank you for making the Enclave a wonderful place to live!

Just recently moved into The Enclave at Bear Creek after leaving the worst experience at another property in Hurst. Both Ericka and Tracy were a huge help throughout the moving process. The community Manager Michelle is just the sweetest always willing to go the extra mile for all her residents. Overall great customer service from the staff! I love how clean and professional the complex and staff has been with out transition. Would definitely recommend to a family member or friend!

First time I met maintenance it was a great experience. He always has a smile & he’s ambitious. Eli is fast & careful. Thank you for everything you do Eli, very much appreciated! The apartment complex itself is a beautiful place. When I first received the apartment I was happy to see everything that was done to it & prepared for us. There were a few things that we put on a work order but nothing is tip top perfect at first. They were fast to fix it!Thank you Tracy for the amazing guest service & understanding. She made the processes of moving in & moving out smooth. I think I can thank all the agents, lovely and calm attitudes, & fast work.Enclave at bear creek has been good to me since the beginning of My lease, I would definitely recommend. Also, if you’re a good tenant then you’ll really be on their good list. All maintenance request where speedily repaired. All issues were solved by our leasing office & app. The active building app is really useful & send request quickly for anything. The amenities are amazing, even when I didn’t get to enjoy all of them. Thank you Enclave.

I really enjoy living here, and have suggested it to others and friends. Im moving into my fourth year, and recently, we had a change in management. With that change, I see change. We all dread the idea of a potential rent increase, and if we will see where our money is going. Here, the improvements are constant, and continuous. It makes the increase, less worry some and bearable.The office staff, they are incredible. They showed their true colors during COVID, and Im so thankful for their kindness and concern for our community. They were with their residents every step of the way, Im still so grateful for that.This is a great place to live, and the community is safe and quiet.

She is super responsive and always had a wonderful attitude. Ill be back in 7 days to review the property, management and maintenance staff as I have some major items in my apartment that need to be attended to and fixed. We moved to Enclave a month ago. I was worried after reading some reviews after I already signed a lease. However it’s only been a positive experience so far. The grounds are kept clean it’s nice and quiet around. The leasing office employees are friendly and inviting. Sure I’ve had some issues my apartment but They have been super prompt at making sure I’m happy with new place. Kassidy is super patient, understanding and kind. Its always great when a apartment complex has awesome friendly people working the leasing office, it can really make or break your living experience. I’m really loving this complex so far!

My wife and I have lived in 3 different rental properties and before that I have lived in 3 more. I say this without any exaggeration, this place is the BEST place we have lived in and we LOVE it here. The property management staff is wonderful. The place is clean. Maintenance is on point (most of the time lol) and most importantly our neighbors are super kind.I cant recommend enough, worths its money and some.

I have lived in this complex for over 5 years and just recently switched from their largest 1-bedroom to their town 2 story town home. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. This is an older complex however the apartments and the landscaping have been taken care of so well the community looks like it was built yesterday. Ive loved living here so much that I even moved my parents into an apartment here. If youre looking for a new place to live, you should definitely check this complex out. You wont be disappointed! Tiffany, Traci, and Diana are the best!

Eli, one of the maintenance guys, is THE BEST! He is so sweet and will help you with whatever you need fixed. Even if its somthing silly or user error. I was recommended to this complex by a friend. At first I was hesitant, because it was further from the highway than I wanted, but I’m glad I stopped in to check them out. Once I walked In to the office I was greeted immediately with a friendly tone. The leasing agent was out showing someone else an apartment, but the manager Tiffani was able to assist me. She was so friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. I felt like this was my new home.

I recently moved in and I’m pleased to say I’m satisfied with my apartment after settling in. The neighborhood is clean, diverse, peaceful, pretty and luxurious.The staff is kind helpful and welcoming! My only complaint is there’s red big ants outside and the squirrels knocking on my door for nuts I don’t have! But outside of the other living creatures here I live there’s a huge park across the street and the walking trails are gorgeous! I like the airport convenience and the closet spaces and the awesome dog park helps! I’m enjoying my bug free excellent air conditioning with thick walls! ( some issues I dealt with in other places!) I’ve already referred a few friends who are enjoying as well!It’s comfy here. And pretty!

I love living here!! Sue and Jill go above and beyond for their residents and they will absolutely help you find your perfect home. They make living here and spending time in the club house enjoyable. The complex was bought by a new owner about a month ago, and I havent been quite as impressed with them as I had hoped to be. Maybe once they get their feet on the ground things will be better, but things are definitely rough at this point. The negativity Ive recognized from the new company took the whole complex down a star.

The customer service was very courteous and informative. They answered all my questions and encouraged me to come check out the place for myself. I moved from a very small 2 bedroom apartment to a extra large 2 bedroom apartment at Enclave at Bear Creek with the help of Tiffany Edwards, impeccable leasing manager. She deserves 10 stars for the experience she provided to me. Tiffany was so helpful in what I needed from utilities to trash pick up. I know I will enjoy living here.

Thank you for doing that. I really loved how she handles customer service :).....................I have made an appointment today at 5:30 she said OKon the phone. When my husband went there to see the apartment she said she cant take it after 5. What the heck they are open till 6pm and cant show the apartment after making appointment . Waste our time. Thanks we dont wanna move there.

I’ve been a tenant here for a year now and would like to say The Enclave Corporation and Management team’s customer service has been nothing less than excellent! They are very proactive towards addressing any concerns or issues I may have had and they have definitely showed me gratitude and generosity to the highest level. Overall I love the apartment complex the environment feels safe it’s very quiet and I haven’t had any problems thus far.

I have lived here for just at 2 years. The office girls Sue and Jill are great and lots of help whenever I need anything including a jump to my car in the summer. I didnt like the old maintenance guy but now they have someone who isnt rude stating that we must of broke it on purpose. I just renewed for my 3rd lease. Overall it is pretty full here but my neighbors are nice. I would recommend the Enclave. It may be older, but it is maintained better than most places I have lived.

From the moment she answered the phone, Tiffany could not have been kinder or more professional. I was given very short notice to move from where I’m living now and I was a little panicked. Within hours, she had shown me a model of what was available and helped me to feel very sure that this complex is the place for me to live. I’m excited about moving in next month. If my time here is as good as the customer service, it will be fantastic.

I love these apts! I have an upgraded one bedroom. Upon move-in everything was perfect. I am in a front unit and there is more than enough parking. I have a large dog and they were more than willing to accommodate him. Anytime I have had a maintenance concern even if its a lightbulb they are quick to respond. Jill the manager and Sue make you feel more like family than tenants.

These reviews surprise me, Ive had a fairly pleasant experience in the 6 months Ive been living here. People in the front are nice and know my name. Ive called with issues that were fixed the following day.The community washing machines are the only area Ive really struggled. Other than that Ive had very few problems and like it here. Its not perfect by any means but no reason to go below at least a 3 star.

Nice quiet location. Close to parks and a dog park. Beautiful place to go for walks. The grounds keeping is always great. However, the building maintenance isnt always up to par. The laundry facility is small and there are no coin changers.
