    I am currently on my second 12 month lease term. The complex is peaceful with many great amenities. I really enjoy the sense of being secluded surrounded by all the trees on the property. Also, the maintenance here has always been reliable and responsive. Willie and his co-worker Jack I believe are both handy workers and get the job done right. Very friendly staff that make sure all your maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

    Ive made a few maintenance/repair requests, and Wile has responded promptly, coming out the very next day each time. He is incredibly kind, hardworking, and always quick to respond. No matter the task, he pays close attention to every detail, ensuring the job is done right the first time. His professionalism and commitment to getting the job done efficiently has made me comfortable with having him in my home.     This apartment complex is safe and comfortable. Lots of green trees around make it nice and cooler than other areas. Maintenance is very responsive and professional. Willy has been a huge help to us several times and always love chatting with him

    Since moving into this apartment in August, I have been very pleased with the timely maintenance service, especially from Jack. His efforts in cleaning and maintaining our unit are greatly appreciated.I would also like to provide some feedback regarding the amenities. Specifically, I would like to see more frequent cleaning of the BBQ grills area. Additionally, the entrance to the community area from Main Street could benefit from improved lighting, as it is currently quite dark.Thank you for your attention to these matters.November 21, 2024Regarding my previous message, unfortunately, there has been no improvement in the lighting conditions at the entrance to the community area. It remains very dark, and the one light that was previously operational in that section has been turned off. Despite your promise to address this issue, there has been no progress since we raised this concern. Please prioritize and address the lighting conditions as soon as possible.

    Love the team here I’ve never had a problem with anything. Jack is new here and has been on top of everything when we see him he’s never on his phone and always is hard working. My kids love the basketball court and the volleyball court as well.

    I’ve lived here for a month and it has been great! Love using the pickleball court (although I would greatly appreciate if the lights worked). Other than that minor inconvenience, no complaints! Best part of living here is the wonderful maintenance team. The property is kept very nicely ands Jack has been especially helpful and very responsive in resolving any issues I’ve had!

    We recently moved out of Elements. The maintenance in Elements was never a concern. Any issue in the apartment was immediately resolved. Especially, William and his co-worker were skilled and always sincere with their work and courteous too. They always did a good job in fixing any issues at our apartment.

    My daughter lives there Kayla and Willie really watch out for their residents my daughter lives there I feel totally comfortable with her living there.Its been the best experience with an apartment complex we have dealt with our daughter.Her brothers love going there for games and truly enjoy staying there if there ever is an issue the get right on top of it quickly Its a great place for anyones kid to live at during college .

    I move out in a month (only reason we didn’t resign was because we have two big dogs who need a big backyard) and this place has by far been the best apartment I’ve ever lived in! Everything newly renovated, maintenance was super helpful and timely, management was also super awesome and always friendly. I love the tucked away area where it’s located , the activity centers, sports courts , dog park and the surrounding neighborhood is very nice as well! I have recommend the Element to quite a few people & I will continue to do that! Kinda sad to be moving :(

    I lived here for the past 1.5 years and recently moved out. I would say it is a servicable place and nothing to write home about. However, i would like to give a big shout-out to the maintenance team as they are very quick and diligent in fixing issues. I deducted a star mostly because of the fact it wasnt always clean or the best-looking condition outside. Though for me, this wasnt a big issue since I worked from home mostly. Also, the parking lot next to building 8 is a NIGHTMARE, and you will NOT find parking in that lot after 7-9pm. It does get better during summer as some students go back, but the rest of the year, you have to fight to get a spot. There are other lots around, but they require a tiny bit of walking.I would also say DO NOT get a unit on the third floor as it is soo inconvenient, especially since they dont have an elevator. But this is a personal thing and not really an issue with the apartment.The appliances were a bit outdated, but maybe I think they are renovating them now, so this wont affect any new people looking to move here.I know there are couple of negative reviews and I can confirm at least the issues they brought up about the place not being as clean as being true. But a lot of these issues didnt really affect me in building 8, so that is why I rated it 4 stars.

    I am not a resident on this particular property, but I have family that are and I was visiting them this past summer when their ac started acting up. They reported it to the office, with low expectations as the heat was pretty intense, and taking into consideration that there might be other tenants ahead of their maintenance request, we didn’t expect anyone to come out right away. Not long after my family member submitted the request, a young man came knocking and announcing as maintenance. The young man’s name was Ivan I believe, he came in, introduced himself and asked to access the inside unit. As he did, he informed us of possible causes and pretty much explained every step, from start to finish. As a prior Property Manager myself, I was really impressed. His professionalism, mannerisms and knowledge were all there. It’s hard to find employees like him. It seems like he truly enjoys what he does.

    I’ve discussed my complaints with the on site manager. He let me know the issue was a miscommunication between the vendor and the employee and not on their end. He was also willing to discuss my complaints with me and we came to a reasonable resolution. I can’t give this place 5 stars as the unit we moved into was not fully upgraded as we were promised and as was on the lease. However, the office staff is very kind (Tori I believe her name is) and the maintenance I’ve dealt with (namely Willie) have been great every time I’ve spoken with them.

    The property is very beautiful and well maintained, though I don’t live there I have family members and associates that do.     Like most people I think, I typically only write reviews when things are good or bad. Because of what is happening at this apartment, I thought I would share my opinion. I moved in last November namely because I liked access to the bypass to get to work. I learned that there was going to be a change in management/ownership in December which can be concerning because you dont know what is going to happen when there has been a management shift (it can go either way from my experience). I am happy and relieve to report the change has been very positive. They are making some very needed improvements. The staff are very nice and responsive especially to my maintenance requests. I have a six month lease and plan to renew in one of their upgraded units. I got a sneak preview and they are very nice. So, this is one of my positive business reviews.

    I’ve lived here for 6 months now and have only had an amazing experience. I’ve had 2 tiny issues that needed maintenance and they came the same day in both instances. The front office staff has always been so kind as well. Price wise it isn’t what I wanted to pay initially but I decided to go ahead when I felt safest here rather than other places I had visited. The rent is a tad high but I have never felt unsafe living here at all! Honestly I feel like I could leave my car unlocked at night and front door and nothing would happen. It’s beautiful living here and you do not hear the hustle and bustle of the road and cars. They keep the grass mowed constantly and the flowers in bloom. My children can play basketball and a neighbor even put his disc golf basket out there for my children when he saw them throwing discs. I don’t have to be concerned with them out there playing. All in all I’m very happy I decided to move in. My only “complaint” would be there isn’t a swimming pool.

    Weve had some issues with maintenance in the past. It use to take them forever to get anything fixed. At one point they took 3 weeks to fix my hot water heater. WIth that being said, theyve taken care of us since then and are getting better. Maintenance could use some improvement but the office staff makes up for it and is the best around.

    Im in my third year of living here and have loved every minute of it! The complex is so quiet and the landscaping is beautiful and natural. The front office is always so kind and willing to help however they can and maintenance is amazing! With whatever the issue is, maintenance has always responded to my apartment the SAME day! They work hard and fast to fix whatever the problem is and are always so kind. To me, that sets this apartment apart from the rest.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE this property 💕. My husband and I lived here for a year and the staff and maintenance were absolutely amazing!     Ive lived here for one month and I absolutely love it.     My fiance and I came into this place and felt very welcome by the staff. They were super nice, helped us with the lease, and all in a couple days. The gym is so close, and bad ass too. We had went sight unseen at another place and it was horrible, so we came here signed a lease and moved in only a couple days! Super pet friendly as well. They have a dog park. We will be walking our cat to the office once the weather gets better. :)

    I just moved in this past week, so I cant speak longevity wise, but the management at The Element has made my first apartment living experience AMAZING.Marianne & Bailey are beyond helpful and truly a joy to talk to.I know this sounds a bit canned or posed, but Ive heard horror stories. I didnt expect much but Im really impressed.In regards to the community, it is definitely a combination of young working adults & the older crowd. Very optimistic.UPDATE: I have lived here for 4 months and could not be happier. The maintenance crew, Gilbert & Jonathan, are exceptional. They work so hard. I cannot praise them enough.

    Been here for 3-ish months, great place to live so far. Cozy, safe, welcoming community that has tons of amenities. The front office staff and maintenance staff have always been helpful and friendly. Rent is relatively low and its very affordable for a young family like mine. Quiet at night which is surprising given its mostly young people. Parking is never issue and theft/ crime has never been an issue either. The only gripes i have are that the A/C and appliances are old. Also a car wash station would be amazing (just a covered area with a hose really)!

    I moved in Jun of 2014 and have been here a little under five months now. I was a little apprehensive coming into an apartment community with new owners, but the remodels looked great and the surrounding of the community were just what i was looking for. So I gave it a shot.Since the new owners took over they remodeled every apartment. The apartment I went into was freshly remodeled as they showed and to be honest it looked better than the model and I still love my apartment to this day.With that being said, there was some definite drawbacks when I first moved in. Maintenance was aweful, I have never been at a community with such maintenance issue as here. The office was friendly but the maintenance staff couldnt fix anything!Then about a month later the new owners brought in their own crew and the difference was night and day. They got rid of all the jokers who couldnt find a problem. The new maintenance staff gets things fixed within one business day, and they even started a 24 hour maintenance line. Its great to have 24 hour service that gets things done at anytime of day.Now theyre repainting the exteriors of all the building, they built a great dog park, and have plans to build so much more. This apartment certainly has gotten a great make over. Im excited to be living here for the coming years.Would definitely reccomend living here if you have the option.

    I have lived at the Element since April and it has been a great experience so far! I needed to move in fast with a fast approaching ending lease at my previous house. The staff jumped through several hoops to make this doable!! Many of the apartments were being renovated at the time and I was told I would have some of the updates but not all just due to the fast timeframe. I was pleasantly surprised when I received much more then I was told!!!! As a student it is really nice to have cable and Internet included and not have another bill to worry about. I am a graduate student at TAMU and have not had any noise problems that would prevent me from studying at home. I have always had a hard time finding an apartment that allowed dogs larger then 25lbs but this was not the case here. I have two large dogs and all they said was no problem!!! It was also refreshing to not have a dog deposit that was upwards of $1000 just because of two dogs. I bring my dogs to the office all the time and everyone loves to see them and they have dog treats in the office. They also have plans for a dog park on property!!!! They are great with any maintenance requests and the maintenance staff is always friendly. The property is well maintained even during the updating and I’m excited to see what else they do next!! It is great having the Aerofit right next-door and the free membership!!!! It’s within walking distance and nice to have a larger gym and outdoor pool to utilize rather then the normal “apartment gym”. The apartments are nicely set back away from the road and connected to a neighborhood that offers a great area to walk your dogs. I never have a problem with parking and my building does have an elevator.

    Ive been at the Element for 5 months now and I absolutely love it! When there are issues or work orders, they are taken care of fairly quick, usually within a day or two. Plus, recently the Element has made a few changes to the property which are very tenet friendly. Theyve built a dog park, have an area for social games and have done quite a bit of landscaping which only adds to the property. Its truly a great place to live and a great location, only minutes away from University! Not to mention the free 1-year membership with Aerofit, which is basically right on the property, makes it easy to get a work out in. Would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a place to live next year!

    I have to say that I was hesitant to move to this place after reading the reviews. However, this was the only place that accepted my Golden Retriever. I am living in a remodeled apartment and it is really nice and functional. The people at the office are really nice and helpful. Repairs are done promptly.
