    Family of 4, lived here for 2 years while we saved money for a house. Great place to live with proximity to Warren park, Ninja Nation, FC Dallas, etc. great amenities for kids (video games, pool, indoor turf surface) and nice office space to work in. Management team (Denise) is incredible. She has done amazing work to improve the place. Drawbacks are valet trash system makes the hallways gross, golf simulator never worked, and large dog breed rule is not enforced. Also people let their dogs poop on the sidewalk and don’t clean it up. Overall the positives far outweigh the negatives.

    100/10 – This review is long overdue!Let me start by saying, this place is AMAZING. The staff? Incredible. The property? Impeccably maintained. The units? Absolutely stunning. The community is so quiet and peaceful—it’s everything we were looking for.But let me go back to the staff: from the office team to the maintenance crew, chef’s kiss! Anytime we’ve had an issue, someone is there immediately to address it.Moving here was, without a doubt, the best decision my husband and I have made. I guarantee you’ll feel the same way too. Highly recommend!

    I had such a great experience with Natalie at The Edison. She was incredibly professional and made my touring experience so enjoyable. The property itself is stunning and has such a peaceful vibe. Although they didnt have the specific unit I was looking for, the customer service & overall vibe of the property left a lasting positive impression on me.

    Awesome staff - office is quick to respond and maintenance is thorough. So glad to be here - would definitely recommend! Shout out to the ladies in the office, they are always there to hello and willing to go above and beyond! I was out of town and had a package delivered to my door, Denise made sure it was safe until I got back in town. If youre looking for a team who is helpful and caring, this is your place! Not to mention the area and how close you are to everything! 5 stars isnt enough!!

    I moved here in June. I have had a great experience. I love my new place great layout, lots of storage space and live the colors. The maintenance team is awesome! Very responsive and and detailed oriented. Also the office staff was very helpful with a few issues that needed to be taken care of. It was taken care of right away! Very much appreciated!!

    Great community! The office staff is such a breath of fresh air compared to the previous staff. Our maintenance requests get done timely and the communication of everything with the property has been great. We are so happy to be here and thank Denise and Cherry for their constant help and communication! I’ve had a package go missing and they were helpful and eager to find it. So happy to live here!

    The on-site management staff and maintenance personnel are professional and respond promptly to my requests. Great floor plan. Kitchen and closets are large with more than adequate storage space. Thoroughly enjoying this apartment.

    I have been living here for about 3 months now and am obsessed with my home! The location is perfect literally minutes from my favorite shopping and dinning go to’s .I’m greatly appreciative to have such an attentive and organized team here. Highly recommend checking out the place if moving to the Frisco /Prosper area .

    Maintenance is prompt and management is always so kind and attentive. The interior is grey on grey on grey which can be a little dark, but that’s literally my only complaint. They take great care of the property. Pool is well maintained. Never had any safety issues or noise complaints. Very happy to be here! Shout out to leasing and maintenance for always being 10/10.

    We spent close to 2 years at The Edison and absolutely loved it. Every apartment complex is going to have their pros and cons, but all the pros outweighs the few cons. The apartments themselves are beautiful, the maintenance team is absolutely top notch, and the price for the location and what you get is fair. Its a quiet complex and if we were staying in state, we would continue to call it home. We will miss The Edison!

    Recently applied for The Edison and within 15 minutes of submitting my application Natalie had already reached out to me and were able to finalize my application very smooth and fast!     Absolutely perfect! Perfect spacious spotless apartment! The grounds are kept very nicely and very clean. The dog park is great! And Everett one of the property managers was extremely welcoming and super kind. I would highly recommend living here the apartments are beautiful and the neighbors are really nice! this is by far one of the greatest apartment complexes. the office staff is great, very polite and always available when you need them. the maintenance crew is awesome especially Paul ! they do a great job and get the repairs done in a timely fashion.

    I would like to thank the Edison team for their embodiment of Class A services. Whenever I have any questions, this staff goes above and beyond to deliver efficient and quick results. The floor plans are spacious and amenities are wonderful. Ms. Stephanie always has a warm and welcoming smile and connects with her residents! She’s a gem!! I love that Edison feels like a home.     One of the best customer services we have encountered in the industry. The fitness room has everything you might need and this was the only apartment we visited that offered garages and storage rooms for a reasonable price. The staff gave us an amazing tour and the property was well kept and clean.

    I was in the process of selling my home of many years so, I was unclear of the process of how to rent an apartment. Natalie @ The Edison at Frisco greeted me a warm smile, which put me at ease. She introduced herself and provided a brief History about the property before asking for my ID.The tour was great and she was very knowledgeable about each unit and pricing. Natalie, reduce the anxiety I was filling as the result of such a huge transition. Even though she was obtaining all of the necessary information to proceed forward, I felt as if we were having a conversation like old friends.I visited several other high-end apartment complexes in the area. What sets The Edison apart is that you are made to feel like family not a tenant. In addition, the entire front office are highly motivated to assist you and Natalie will help you choose the correct apartment that you can ultimately call home.

    May family and I have lived here for 2 years and it’s been great. Of course you have your normal apartment things that management can’t always resolve due to negligent residents that just don’t care. But I recently met our current manager Stephanie and she was very personable and kind. Also my wife loves the closet space and so do I since I actually have more than just a little corner of space. We highly recommend The Edison!

    The Edison is a beautiful complex. The interior of the units have amazing finishes and its a plus that everything is brand new. I rarely give reviews but this was necessary and this is why...Andre gave us the tour of the building and he is truly outstanding at what he does. Extremely friendly and informative. He knows this area and this complex like no one else. I toured this property with a client of mine and we were so impressed with his charisma, professionalism, and his knowledge of everything in between...he made ME want to move in here.The attentiveness we received from Andre makes me confident that anyone who decides to lease here will not face any issues with poor management skills. I will recommend this places to other clients of mine looking in this area, as well as my realtor colleagues!Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome.

    Im loving the experience so far. The high ceiling apartments have larger windows so more light comes in. The interiors design are stylish and a nice view from the apartment. The community has a nice pool, clubhouse and a well equipped gym making it a complete package.

    I have been living here for over 6 months, and it’s been great! The apartments are nice, maintenance issues are resolved quickly, and the staff/manager are all amazing.So, I would definitely recommend living here. For, management has gone above and beyond to help me. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic! They are so understanding and helpful.I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

    Drove by on the way to a friends place and saw Edison so I stopped in to take a look at the complex. We met with Becky and she was able to provide information about moving into a large 3 bedroom. Still waiting to figure out if we can make the move, but when we know for sure we will be back. Becky was very polite and the complex had a great pool area. My boyfriend loves sports so he for sure loved the golfing area. Thank you for showing us around during our brief stop-in. We appreciate your time!

    Great location, beautiful new community. Excellent staff. Lauren, Becky, Ryan and Andre all worked hard to help me downsize from a 2700 sq foot house to a 1200 sq foot apartment. Skilled, prompt, professional maintenance -- both Jason Hands and Rodney Barber do whatever it takes to make things right (for example, Rodney partnered with AT&T over several appointments to find the well-hidden, correct wiring for U-verse and internet). Highly recommend The Edison at Frisco.

    We just moved into the Eddison 4 weeks ago . My husband , son and I are so very pleased 😀 and so Blessed to have picked this our new home . The staff here Lauren , Becky and Kelley are amazing in every way . They made our move here so pleasant and caring . They all continue to make sure we are happy and satisfied. They go over and beyond to see that we are happy . We live our apartment so much! I would definitely recommend The Eddison at Frisco to anyone who wants a beautiful place to live .
