    I liked all of the physical upgrades to landscaping and the apartments when the place became The Edge. I loved the proximity to malls, restaurants, retail stores and to Interstate 45. The staff is excellent and are prompt to respond to concerns.I enjoyed living there.

    The maintenance fixed the cold draft from window seals in living room, dining and front door. The side walks are in need of repair. Cracked and uneven surface. There is chuck of cement sticking up on side walk leading to my front door. Ive fallen twice in the apartment complex.

    The place was really nice and the people there was amazing 🤩 Margaret was amazing also she was honest with us….I didn’t remember the guys name but he was also very amazing……Linda the office manger was also amazing it was really nice to have people that really care about there residents……..the process was long but it was totally worth the wait 🥰🙌 and we won a Christmas gift from the office also

    I had a great experience during our tour with Angelica R. We toured several models and were able to see everything we wanted. Angelica was resourceful and knowledgeable about questions we had. Furthermore, she was very friendly. It didnt seem like a worker giving us a tour; it was more like a friend showing us around. I loved that about the tour.

    Love this management team and community!The management team is quick to resolve or address any tenant concerns. When I was searching for an apartment, I was very specific with certain things I wanted, and the leasing team worked with me to give me just that! I am enjoying my new home and I am also loving the location and sense of safety in the community.

    I wanted to wait a cpl months after I moved in to make a review. I moved in March 1st, Ms Norma was the person helping me with everything. She was so nice and very welcoming, explained everything in detail, took me on a nice tour of the property. Initially I was denied but Norma helped me get fixed up with Liberty Rent and I was able to be approved through them.I love my apartment. The community is quiet, neighbors mind their business, people pick up after their pets, laundry room is always open and the app is easy to use and load money onto. My upstairs neighbors moved out and it led to some roaches coming into my apartment but the office had pest control out there immediately free of charge and let me know the pest guy would come every Tuesday if I needed it. They are prompt in email if power or water or internet will be inconvenienced in any kind of way and all issues are resolved in a timely manner. I love this place and you will too!*********UPDATE*********Okay, so Ive now been here for a year, I still love this place. The ladies in the office are amazing and friendly. Property is quiet and generally well kept. No one bothers me. They just added Amazon Package lockers for residents to use. Residents are friendly. Maintenance is quick to fix any problems that may arise. Will be renewing my lease when its time.Ive seen a lot of posts about roaches, and while there was somewhat of an issue when I first moved in, Ive found if you keep you apartment clean, put some roach baits out and dont leave trash or food out that problem goes away pretty quickly. I maybe see one or two roaches every now and then. Dont live like an animal and you should be fine.

    I am a tenant here and have lived here for many years, have seen the property go through different managers and assistant managers, its a very good place to live and raise a family. One thing I like living here when it comes to resolving issues the property manager will definitely get the issue resolved she’s very professional many of the tenants love that about her she about making sure the tenants come first .as well being happy with the results of any issues resolved. Living here you are never out of the loop email or updated and post everyday when issues on the property happened. The Edge at Clearlake quite as well and Great Place to stay.

    I was able to apply online, obtain a quick decision and move in the same week. The newly renovated apartments are nice and spacious. It’s quiet and I feel safe. The girls at the office are amazing as well!! Thank you Angelica!!!!

    From start to finish, the application process was made very easy thanks to the help I recieved. Alexis, from the leasing office, was very responsive. She answered the many questions and phone calls I had prior to moving in, and was very warm and welcoming in person. I felt very at ease during the stressful process of moving. I am also very impressed at the condition of the apartment. I have been renting for over 10 years, and this is the cleanest move in I have ever experienced. Its hard to believe there was a tenant in there a week before me. I am very excited to be a part of the Edge at Clear Lake community.

    First and foremost I would like to say that I am in awe and so happy from the customer service that I have gotten since I have contacted this apartment complex. I had been looking and I decided to just call one day. Mrs. Brooke was the sweetest and told me to come in to get a tour. As I walked into the office she has greeted me with a big smile and had such a uplifting personality. she worked with me, answered all my questions, and understand my issues I had with prior apartment complexes and made me feel so comfortable feeling like I was already home. She helped me so much and stayed in contact with me and made sure everything was taken care of. I had the best move in experience. I will say I have lived in a couple different apartments but never have been so welcoming until I moved here. The really do care for their residents and that’s hard to find these days.

    I am tenant here and I have my lease for a year. I had a very pleasant experience with the office staff since the start, they were very responsive every time I would call and had questions. They were also able to work with me in helping me get the apt. Once I went in person they so warm welcoming and what I loved about it is that they were able to connect with me, it wasn’t awkward and they weren’t rude like I’ve seen and experienced in other apartment complexes. Once I moved in the apartment was in very good shape haven’t seen one bug in my apartment it’s very such a peaceful community. I do want to mention though I did have an A/C issue but they came right away and were able to fix the issue, a week passed and the office manger called me to make sure everything was still good. I’ve never experienced that and I feel that I will be taken care of as a tenant. I 100% recommend this place❤️

    Well I will start with my move in experience it was very difficult for me to prove my income because I am a travel nurse but Norma was absolutely wonderful she worked on it until she got me approved, and living here is great, the apartment complex overall is very peaceful and clean, they keep the grounds maintained and very clean, I love my apartment its very updated and spacious never had any trouble with bugs or any loud disturbances, maintenance is very prompt with any request, always very helpful, and if you ever need assistance Brooke or Norma are always right there with a smile and helpful hand. I love walking into an office and they automatically greet you with your first name because they know who there tenants are. So if your thinking of moving here DO IT!!!! you wont regret it. Also they keep there pools nice and clean always and thats a huge plus for me because I spend every day off there.

    I have lived at the Edge at Clear Lake for 2 years and just signed a new lease. The office staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Since I have been here they have made a lot of remodeling, The property is beautiful and clean. If anything needs to be fixed it is done quickly. Thank you for everything you do!

    I have been here for a little over 2 years and just signed my 3rd my lease. I was coming up for renewal so I went in ahead of time and was told everything was good and they would take a look closer to when it was time to renew the lease. I also mentioned I was interested in a different unit and was told we would look closer to when the lease would be up for renewal. A few weeks later I went back to check on things thinking everything was good and was informed the lease was not up for renewal, which was very upsetting. As my situation had changed and I was planning on staying in the unit I was in. I was not in a position. to move . I was in a panic!! However, Brooke was AWESOME!!! She found me another unit and worked with me with everything from the new lease to getting me moved in. She understood my situation and could not have asked for a better person she is wonderful. I highly recommend seeing her!!

    I completely fell in love with the two bedroom townhome Alexis Arizmendi, my leasing consultant at The Edge at Clear Lake showed me. It was everything I was looking for and then some! Alexis was very thoughtful and attentive to my needs and after meeting with her for the first time, I knew I would be happy in this complex. Alexis took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and after showing me my options and listening to my preferences, she knew immediately I would love the two bedroom townhome! The tour experience was wonderful. The grounds are well taken care of and the pool area is lovely. The rest of the office staff and the maintenance team are very nice and professional. The move in process was very easy and convenient, I am really happy with my decision to move to The Edge at Clear Lake!!

    It’s been a week since we moved in and so far so good neighborhood is quiet not much going on. Pool is closed but office said maybe soon they’ll open it said they’re waiting for remodel. Parking is okay you have to be there early to get good parking

    Honestly couldnt ask for a better staff and living environment. Everyone from maintenance to managers were really helpful. Josh Moved me in and exclusively helped me every step of the way. They made me feel like this was already my home. They are also very efficient when it comes to work orders. Maintenance is very proactive and friendly. Nick the manager is a real joy and very understanding.The apartment itself is more than what I expected. nothing but positivity. I love my haven and location. Right near everything plus its extremely quiet. Residents are very nice and stay to themselves. I plan on being here for at least 3 years.

    As someone that has been renting for over a decade, I can honestly say that I’ve come to be accustomed to phone calls to the office going unanswered, or maintenance requests being put off for weeks. The Edge at Clear Lake and the staff have changed all of that. Alexis is always on top of everything! I have never experienced a more put-together team (no offense to the sis property Parker at Ellington). 10/10 would recommend to anyone that is looking for a beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood with attentive management personnel!

    I moved in, in April of 2019 and have had a wonderful experience. I am single with no pets and it is a very quiet community.I did have one mishap - the A/C in my unit went out completely. Nick, Josh & the maintenance crew from the office acted immediately to resolve the issue.More than likely will be renewing my lease here if not transferring to a larger unit.The office is very attentive and very friendly with welcoming arms. I definitely fell at home living here. Thank you for the great service, guys. It is truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend renting from this community.

    A great place to call home. The office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The maintenance staff is awesome. My work orders get done in a timely manner. I love the location. The property is so clean and so quiet. I think the new Managers are doing such a great job. The leasing consultant is always very kind and helpful too. I will renew my lease her again. I love it here.

    Moved in a couple months ago and had the pleasure of having Josh in the leasing office to help me out. He was super professional, personable, and accommodating to my need of having to be moved in fast! I highly recommend him. In fact that whole offices customer service is 10/10. I always feel so comfortable to voice any of my concerns or even just to have a nice little chitchat with Denise in the office, she is so nice! Just got the pleasure of meeting Nick today and it just feels really good to have real genuine people take care of these apartments.( ALSO the guys that take care of the maintenance around the entire complex are just the nicest! They are always waving and have a smile on there face) The people here love their jobs & are pretty dang good at em!

    The front office is extremely kind and caring. Super thoughtful and methodical. They have always taken great care of me and my Apt. Im greeted with a smile every time I walk in.     So i recently moved into The Edge at Clear Lake and I tell you , and overwhelming experience from the moment I came in for a tour just 5 out of 5 stars all the way around. Angelica in the office is just making my life so easy being that this is my first time renting and apartment ever. She helped me and walking me thru every step and is still helping me to this day.     I moved in about 6 months ago! They where the only apartment complex I went to that didn’t take advantage of me with my money and they truly helped me get a apartment. 6 months later, anytime I have reached out with a concern or issue, Nick and his team have always been quick to respond and take care of the situation. I appreciate the care they take into their jobs. Makes the place feel like a safe community. You walk in the office they come out and greet you by name. It’s a great place to call home!

    Its nice and quiet here. The rent is cheap and I got the upgrade apartment so I could get black appliances instead of that cream color that they showed me. I havent seen a roach (seems like everyone else has though). These apartments are older. If you want a new apartment, there are plenty of them, but you will pay more. Im happy so far.

    Overall have been very happy living here at Crystal bay. I am currently in my third lease and recently upgraded to a “top upgraded” apartment. Been extremely happy with it. I plan on continuing to live here and renewing my lease nick runs an amazing office and property and always is quick to say hello along with the rest of the office staff and grounds men.

    I am very happy with crystal bay. I came here on accident and I needed to secure an apartment swiftly due to my job transferring me to the area. I came in contact with Denise and explained to her my situation and what I’m looking for. She stepped away from her meeting and took care of me. The whole finalizing process was swift, she helped me get my electricity on immediately and we communicated almost exclusively through email with me traveling back and forth. I am happy to say I was moved in to my apartment and comfortable for my first day at work. The staff is friendly and takes care of you.

    Units are nice especially with the upgrades, great location. What stands out the most is their staff, more specifically the leasing agent Josh. He is an extremely professional young man and will help you out every step of the way. Even after moving in he is the one handling any problems/concerns I may have in a timely manner.     Grounds improvement greatly needed. Anytime it rains the sidewalks flood, floods in front of our door, I have ruined more shoes living here than anywhere else. Other than that we have really enjoyed our experience here. We love Bobby because he treats us like people, not tenants! That man definitely deserves a raise consideri g all he does for how many people and is always in a fantastic mood.

    This place is a really good place to live and if you are new to the area and want somewhere quick and easy to go to and from houston, galveston, or the rest of friendswood. Its located in a good neighbourhood and is relatively safe.The reviews on cockroaches are correct however I simply purchased the black containers from the store and now do not have very many. Honestly you are going to have roaches in any apartment just do a bug bomb then buy the containers and you are good to go.They do allow pets here, however there is breed restriction for pit bulls as is most places. You also pay 10 dollars in pet rent a month which is honestly not bad. Also there is a 300 dollar deposit as with most places. A lot of people here have dogs of all sizes. I myself have my German Shepard and have had no issues.The only real issue here is the laundry facilities. Do not wash your clothes here go to a laundry mat or to a relatives place. This place leaves your clothes soaked and you have to dry them multiple times which waste money.The maintenance staff here is very prompt if you fill out a work order properly and are home when they tell you they will be by. The staff here are also very nice and understanding.Overall its a really lovely place to live with some minor drawbacks such as the laundry room and depends on the apartment but sometimes kitchen light is finicky.
