I moved here in 2023 when it was still known as The Tides of Lakewood. I wouldnt have signed another lease if the management hadnt changed. Thankfully, the new management has been fantastic! They make sure everything is taken care of and are very professional. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it gets completed in a timely manner. I’m much happier with the improvements and the way things are run now.

I currently live here...its been under mew management since September 2024. The new management is cool, I usually only see Erica and sometimes the maintenance crew! I put i work order for a door to my laundry and they were expedient with taking care of it! I just renewed my lease so i am excited to see what the coming year will be like. Im expecting good things.Thank you Eagle at Lakewood.

Went in for a tour and let me just say that the staff in the office, amazing and super sweet! Loved the way they toured me the property and unit itself. Every question I had they had a perfect answer to it. Before I even went to tour in person I would call constantly just because I’m in the hunt for my very first apartment. I had so many questions and concerns and somebody always picked up the phone. Thankfully they never left me hanging with all those questions. Also, I came across maintenance and let me just say, super kind people!

Sally was my leasing consultant perfect response time, also very knowledgeable about the property, Very professional at all times. Beautiful preservation of the nature that is within and surrounds the property. I have and will continue to recommend prospect renters to this property, to experience great service not only from Sally as well as the staff, from the Site manager down ,made me feel at home!

The apartment management are amazing. They listen to our concerns if I have issues with my apartment. I love the fact that theres kayaks and paddle boards that you can rent out to enjoy for the day. I love living here and havent had any issues.

Ive lived here for almost a year and a half and Ive had a great experience. Ill be moving in January to be closer to work, but if it werent for the long commute Id live here until purchasing a home. The maintenance staff is quick to fix any issues that arise, and I look forward to getting my packages from the front office so I get to see Brenda and Rena. The apartments are a little outdated, but for the location in relation to the Whiterock Lake and Tenison Golf course you couldnt ask for more at such a low monthly rent.

I have lived here for two years and recently renewed my lease. Maintenance is great and I can not say enough about the office staff. Brenda is caring, empathetic and does all she can to help. You can count on a smile from Chris, always willing to go the extra mile. I really enjoy the location and the quiet community with easy access to the Santa Fe Trail.

Okay end of 11 mo lease, price at the time was not bad but they are bit pricier, especially since the water was turned off pretty frequently, good thing it was usually only for a few hours in the day and with notice but it did happen occasionally. Maintenance requests also take a while but I guess we are a bigger community. Staff has always been helpful and friendly, move in was fairly easy and pretty quick after deciding. The trash service is $25 and would be spotty sometimes in service, not sure why. Parking is cramped, getting home after 9-11p is usually a bit harder to find parking close to your apartment as a resident. Not sure if tenants have gone down but at the beginning we would have to park close to the front when we live in the very back. It’s just a parking lot all around where visitors are free to park except overnight, they need a pass from the office. Don’t think our unit has been updated like the others our appliances are pretty old but work just fine, oven is a little crazy in temperature and time but it cooks. A few things like the sink, shower head, toilet etc broke/stopped working but were replaced pretty timely.

I am glad I found this apartment building. I moved here from Ohio and didnt have too much time so I wasnt able to fly out to check an apartment out. I read the reviews for Lakewood area and was not disappointed, close enough that you can catch an uber to anywhere for super cheap or bus stop outside the complex plus located next to the Santa Fe trail. My apartment is small a bit old but enough with all up and running, no complains and management is always eager to assist me in any way. Fitness room and common areas are ok plus a decent swimming pool. Most of my encounters with the residents have been positive, highly recommend living here.

The staff here are great and friendly. I haven’t had any problems with maintenance they are friendly and always get the job done. The Apartments itself are quite and it’s just a good neighborhood. My neighbors all seem to be nice and everyone just pretty much stays to themselves. Great place to live.

Two months ago we moved from Spain to Lakewood Greens in Dallas, TX. Everything so far has been a success. We choose this place for the tranquility, cleanliness, good communications and especially for the treatment of managers and maintenance staff. They are very attentive to every need. They are available for any inquiries you may have, especially in the efforts made initially to hire services such as internet and electricity. Day-to-day is easy going and also part of the staff speaks Spanish which is an advantage for Spanish-speakers, all the efforts we have made were simple and flexible. Social Club has a modern gym and a computer room with internet access. Initially the daily efforts made from there up to hire the Internet. They have a large assortment of free coffee for tenants and most mornings we take one after the gym. There is also a large room where you can wait and talk with neighbors. It has a nice pool and in the summer when we arrived, it was nice to refresh ourselves. The neighbors that we’ve met are very friendly and helpful. They advise us of any events. It was a great luck that someone else recommend us this place and I doubt we could have found a more suitable place to our expectations

They really went the extra mile and have made our move really feel like the right choice. So far we love the community and our apartment exceeds all expectations.

My husband and I have been here for almost two years and we’ve loved it. Great location and such a quiet little community. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always on top of requests and takes care of them within two days. There are occasional water shut offs for a few hours but it doesn’t bother me. We have been very fortunate to find a complex such as this one!

Very nice and peaceful apartment community. I love that the location is tucked away from the main road. There are so many stores and service businesses nearby that make this a very good location as well. I work downtown and the commute is so easy. The office staff is super helpful and friendly.

I’ve had no issues so far and I moved here out of state. The neighbors are all super friendly, the area is good, and the staff is excellent. I haven’t really talked to anyone else in the staff but Allie is amazing. She’s super kind and answers my question whenever I ask. I’m sure the other staff members do exactly the same.
