So far I am very happy at my one bedroom apartment... Its a really affordable apartment in my opinion. As long as the apartment is clean, there are no issues with roaches in my experience. I just want to thank Janet at the leasing office for being so kind and responsive! 😊

The process took a little longer than I expected. But there was a very nice and very helpful staff at the leasing office who kept in touch with throughout the process. That made my decision in picking this property, that much worth it. I would definitely recommend anyone to lease with this property. My apartment is just perfect for me. I have no complaints at all

The property manager Tamika Johnson is awesome and it shows she cares about her job and what she does. I appreciate the fast responses and straight forward answers. I have been living here for 3 years now and so far I have not had any problems that could not have been solved.

I have lived here going on 5 years. I was told by office staff that they would let me know when to renew my lease. My bill for May 2024 had a additional amt.of 200.00? I tried many times to call always goes to voice mail. So a few days I stop in office about my new lease. I was told the $200.00 wasA fee for month to month. I was never notified about my lease expiring?? So I did renew. Will I get a credit of 200.00 ?? I am 82 yrs old I think I should be treated much better than I have been. Janet is a delight and a asset. To your staff.

There is a new Community Property manager and she is awesome!I had issues that had not been resolved and she fixed everything in one day.Her name is Tamika Johnson.You can reach a live person now instead of leaving messages and Tamika answers the phone herself as well. I am happy to have her here now.In addition, Jose with the maintenance department goes above and beyond repairing issues. He fixes things that I didnt even report as he sees them while working on the reported ones. Very detailed.

Very good place to live. The new office staff is very nice and always friendly. Will always try to help you. The new office manager is really doing a great job of making it a nice place to live. I totally recommend living here.

Lived here since 11/2018, and T. Johnson has been the best manager since we’ve been here. This is the only time our inbox hasn’t been flooded with unnecessary, and vague, threatening e-mails from management. We aren’t being threatened with weekly walk-throughs, problems are being addressed, and the manager returns calls/e-mails when she says she’s going to. Place needs new windows, or something - corner unit gets way too hot!! Low-key, small complex, everyone minds their own it seems, close to everything

Ive lived in Eagles Landing Apartments for 7 years. I can honestly say my experience was not bad at all. The maintenance has always been in top of any requests Ive had. The property managers Linda,Andrea, and Maria have always been a great help!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Ive been here going on 3 years now and I have to say I LOVE these apartments the staff has always been amazing Andrea is a HUGE reason why i dont want to leave, the price is great for what your getting, i feel safe the neighbors keep to themselves maintenance is quick, i havent had any issues except when i first moved in with my a/c and they gave me a window unit until the problem was fixed took less that a week to fix. i have ZERO roaches so im not to sure what all these people are talking about? the only thing i wish i had was a washer and dryer in the one bedroom thats all thats missing other than that i HIGHLY recommend!!!

I visited the Eagles landings complex this past Saturday and I must say that I was extremely impressed. Maria was amazing and very helpful. Not to mention friendly. I was shown the property and to my surprise, the pictures from their website and the actual property looks exactly the same (unlike other properties that filters their pictures). Maria went over the floor plans and it didnt take long for me to make a decision. I was sold instantly!! I came back the next day and was approved. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends if need be. Please go in and see Maria.PS. It smells really good in the office and the purple walls looks really good 😊

I would like to start by stating that I have never received such an inviting and warm welcome when entering an office. Maria stood up and greeted me as soon as i entered the office and gave me her undivided attention. She not only listened to what I was looking for but made suggestions on any objection I had. I will definitely be returning when my lease expires. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

I’ve beeen at this property since December and I must say I have a special love for keila and Ms.tomika always so helpful and willing to help fix anything on they end , maintenance come same day if not next day !! The tale about the roaches are all lies haven’t seen 1 since I been here also pest control coke out every Thursday and spray for you if anything hit I haven’t had one problem they even stayed after work hours one time I had trouble with the lights on my unit which turned out to be some on reliants fault they still stayed up at night with me till about 9:30 at night and they didn’t have to !! That show when people love they job and love what they do thanks for letting me make the domain at Ellington my home ❤️ quiet and kids around are so friendly and respectful

Mirna was amazing! made the entire process so simple. We are a young newly married couple on a SUPER TIGHT budget and she went above and beyond to help us in getting the apartment that we wanted at a price that wouldnt put us in a huge bind. Our credit isnt the best and our security deposit was going to be huge! The Property Manager ( Didnt get her name) and Mirna went out of their way to make sure that we could afford everything and move in only 5 days after we saw the apartment. They truly care about the people that are living on the property. Its nice to see there are still people in this world that go above and beyond their duty.

Love the fact that the apartment complex is conveniently located near Highway 45 and the Beltway. In my experience, all the maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. Office workers are very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

I want to make a comment that cant be unrecognized. On September 15 I made a call around 5:15 or so to ask if theres a one bedroom available. A lady answered saying yes of course theres is. That day I was very desperate I had nowhere to go. Harvey took all my stuff my home,my car my furniture I only had enough to move in but not enough to pay these high daily hotel prices. I believe in miracles and I believe in angels .And those angels were Linda the manager and Maria .If it werent for those ladys I dont know where I would have been. They helped me stayed late and made me feel I was home. I think that I will never forget that day and I will recommend this property because the way I was treated I will cherish for a long time.
