I would like to give recognition to Terran for her professionalism, communication, and guidance during the leasing process. She has been extremely helpful and welcoming and because of her i was able to complete my leasing process without any hassle or confusion. She is very knowledgeable and takes her job very serious to ensure customer satisfaction. Best experience Ive had dealing with a management team. Cant wait to see how this first year goes.

After move in minor things needed to be fixed, manager is nice and very helpful. Maintenance is very friendly, and get what you need done. I believe they are definitely getting better, apart from these past reviews.

I justed wanted to put a Good review on the bald Hispanic guy that drives a red truck. I believe his name is Ruben every time I go visit my parents at there apt. I always see him going above and beyond to get any issues addressed. Last month my moms had a big leak and he got there quickly to get it fixed. Also her ac had went out he was there fast as well after hours to make sure it was fixed.I sure wish at my Apts there were maintenence just like him.

Had a leak in the sink trap and maintenance was able to explain very well what the situation was and that plumbers had to be called. The plumbers did show up around 10 pm which was a big downer because I had to get out of bed but they got it fixed in like 45 minutes.

Let me start out by saying this 5 star goes strictly to the new maintenance crew and specifically Ronnie B.About 3 months ago we moved into a half cleaned apartment (still had previous owner belongings in places), the air was not working so on our very first night we were forced to get a hotel to be able to sleep peacefully and the a/c unit needed a new motor , our guest bathroom was a wreck. The toilet wasnt screwed to the seat nor would it flush. After further walk through the floor is stained so bad i questioned if there was a dead body that could have laid in the floor. The dishwasher didnt function at all and the floor was peeling up by the refrigerator which the previous maintenance man just ripped off and asked us not to leave a review.After 3 months of asking for at least something to be fixed, Ronnie B came over and fixed 90% of our issues in a matter of days. There was no vent hole for the dryer and he was able to locate the where it was under the mounds of paint and drywall used to cover. Fixed our bathrooms and working on us getting a new dishwasher. He has been a true blessing, is diligent in his work, a very knowledgeable maintenance man, and he cares about the tenants living experience in the unit.They would be very wise to keep Ronnie B and his crew as a part of the community.

Sal, the apartment manager, is great! The application process and approval was very easy. Rhonda whom is one of the apartment representatives was very attentive and helpful! I LOVE my new apartment!

I’ve been living here since April and so far i like it. The office staff are nice and professional. Especially Aaron. So i am not sure why all the negative reviews. The community can only be what the tenants allow it to be. Meaning having the respect to keep the property clean and safe. Nothings perfect, there are a few flaws but nothing major. Overall this is a great complex with great office staff.Thanks Aaron and Mia. -Tamara Clark

I am aware that some of the tenets tend to have complaints. However, these apartments are old. Naturally there will be issues. I think tenets may be inclined to complain about management. The employees who work the grounds are (apparently) not able to complete task in a timely manner. That reflects on management. The managers- Aron and Marsi(l think)- are both cordial, soft spoken and accommodating.

I live here this apartment 12years already, the new manager was so nice He heard about our problem and ask me to take him to our place to see what is our problem and explain everything for us. Except the lady in front of the office her face always like we owe her something when we come to ask for help.

Just moved in and love the new apartment. I’ve seen the community with the old management company and the new management has made lots of improvements. Aaron was awesome to work with during the application and approval process and Mia kept me updated on what was going on in my apartment before move in. They are very pleasant and helpful.

I have watched this place improve tremendously. They seem to be very caring in the office and get you right away. The staff is very friendly and kind. Ive have lived here for over 3 years and they have got rid of alot of nasty residents that dont seem to care about where they live, which is great for me. Its very close to everything. To each as own but I like it here.

I have been living in this apartment complex for 4 months. So far very quiet. The pool does not work, it seems that they are fixing the common areas.
