    We’ve only been living here for a short time and so far everything has been great. They have great office staff. I actually had some issues with the first month rent not being prorated and they were immediately taking action to fix my issue and very apologetic the entire time. They do little events for our community to mingle and treat us with food and drinks. They stay on top of their service requests. They also have very nice style apartments for a very good price! I would highly recommend The District!

    I’ve lived at this apartment complex for over a year, and it’s been an amazing experience! The units are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with great amenities like a gym and pool that are always clean.     Listen let me tell you Liz is the BEST!!!! We moved here a month ago and Liz helped us find our new home in Texas. She is super nice, understanding and easy to work with and she ensured that the entire move-in process was seamless. The management and maintenance staff are very cooperative. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, the community is clean and quiet which is exactly what we wanted, So far it has been an amazing experience and we look forward to our time here at The District at Westborough Apartments, I highly recommend it!.

    Ive been living here since 2018 and I am still very satisfied with my home. The office staff is awesome very attentive and personable. Great pricing and a very convienient location for dining out and shopping and very close to my job which I love. Ashley is by far the best property manager she is professional and polite and very accomodating. Liz is wonderful too always a smile on her face. The leasing agents are great, they hold themselves well, well spoken and polite, also professional.Keep up the great guys Thank you

    Marisol Hernandez is an amazing asset to this business. I recently moved to the area from Chicago and I was very nervous about being in a new area. Finding a place to live is easy, calling it home is hard to say. Marisol made me so comfortable and made the process of securing my home here so easy.     I moved into The District at Westborough Apartments in October 2022 (3 mos ago). My experience has been mostly positive. For example, the staff is great! However, there have been some mishaps. When I moved in, my washer wasnt working. I went without a washer for over a month. Eventually, they replaced the old washer with a nearly brand new one (thank you, Ashley). Since my rent includes the use of a working washer in my unit, I asked for a credit of some kind to compensate me, but that was not granted. Additionally, the stove, refrigerator; and the ceiling fan in my guest bedroom were not working properly. However, these issues were immediately remedied. Another reason for my 4 star rating, rather than 5 stars, is due to the uncleanliness of the open hallways and staircases of the building. They are never swept and definitely need a good power washing. Also, the chairs in the pool have build-up on them that need to be cleaned. Additionally, some of the neighbors are very neighborly as some do not pick up after their pet(s) poop. The apartment complex has conveniently installed poop stations with bags for pet-owners to use to pick up behind their pet(s). Unfortunately, some tenants do not use it.Now, to end on a good note, the staff Ashley, Liz, Gesila (not sure of the spelling), Heather, and Hulio (maintenance guy), are all very very nice. I must give special kudos to Liz, though. Liz lives by the golden rule, Whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them. Matthew 7:12. From day one, when I walked into the office, Liz has provided outstanding, above and beyond customer service!!! She is a woman of faith, and genuine kindness. She is so super sweet and kind-hearted!! Whenever I have an issue, she jumps on it to get it resolved as quickly as possible. The washer issue that I mentioned earlier, was not due to any lack of attention on Lizs part. She really did her best to get that matter resolved sooner. Each time I go into the leasing office, no matter which staff member is there, I am greeted with a very warm and welcoming smile followed by, Hello (my name) and what can I do for you? The staff are the best!!I love my spacious apartment and the great customer service! And, as they say in the real estate world, location, location, location! Well, the location of this complex is right off of the I10 freeway and its near every convenience you could think of.Three months in, I am happy to report that things are going well! Keep up the good work!

    I have lived at this property for 5 years and my experience has been great compared to the other reviews. What has made my experience great is the Leasing Manager - Liz.     I have lived in this community a little over a month and a half. I can tell you that the new management team is wonderful. I have read so many reviews and I see a lot of negative stuff but I personally have had nothing but good experiences since the new management team took over. They are very friendly, understanding and they really take the time to work with their tenants. We had an issue and they have been nothing but understanding and are working really hard to help us find the right apartment for us. Even though we love the apartment we live in, for unforeseen reasons we have to move, they have taken the time and have made our experience very pleasant. The amenities are great compared to other places we checked out before deciding on this property. I think that giving the new management team an opportunity to turn things around is worth living in the area. Again, I have yet to come across anything that I can honestly say bothers me. I think that sometimes as neighbors we bother each other and are not always mindful of one another and can make it unpleasant but so far I have no complains on that either. My neighbors are great. Love the community and I do not regret moving here.

    I recently moved in to this apartment complex and so far everything has gone great! The ladies at the front are very friendly. Shauna was my lease consultant and she was GREAT! Answered all my questions and was always available every time I called her. The apartment is very spacious, What I like the most is the patio it’s so big it’s 3 times the size of a regular patio! The view is great I have all the stores and restaurants less than 5 minutes away! Very satisfied keep up the good work!!!!

    I appreciate Mrs. Liz, who worked with us and made things run smooth from when we inquired until our move-out date. The staff was amicable. I enjoyed staying here, although the tenants above us were loud at times. There is an option to use the free parking or the covered parking or an opportunity for a garage. We chose the assigned covered parking. We had no problem parking as the free non-assigned parking can get hectic at night. Excellent location next to i10, making it easy to jump on the freeway for work. Amazing fiber internet through Att at a meager rate. The only two things I wasn’t fond of were tenants not picking up after their pets and being on the backside of Bombshells during weekends. It gets loud with people partying and revving up their engines when youre trying to sleep.

    The leasing process was smooth and easy. The staff was super friendly. Germarie went above and beyond to make sure that I didn’t have to over work myself during this process. She took care of everything in a timely manner and made sure she updated me as soon as information became available. Kelsey is also friendly and very knowledgeable about the community and the areas around. :) The apartment is beautiful and can’t wait to settle in. definitely would recommend.

    Ive lived here for almost a year. Ill be 62 soon so I deal in the truth. When I moved here last year I leased online from Colorado. When I arrived I was not happy with what I saw. The complex was dirty, no lawn upkeep, etc. The previous management company was uncooperative and lazy. Since the change in management from Greystar to Pegasus the facility has experienced a much needed makeover. The complex is clean, well manicured and upgraded. Pool is better, management is better and overall it is looking like a place you can call home. Remember, no facility is perfect so if youre looking for perfection then buy a house. Six months ago I would have rated this place a 1, now I gave it a 4 star rating. Management is the main reason for any facility to thrive and some of the responsibility also falls on the tenant. Be a good neighbor. Most who complain usually contribute to the problem. Im a lot happier about my living conditions today than I was 6 months. I think you will find more pros than cons here. I think you will have a positive experience here.

    The apartments are decent but the parking is a bit of a mess. Meaning sometimes parking gets full.Their nice but needs some improvement. I must say the Prices are pretty high and reason why I had to move out after raising mines.The maintance people are nice and professional at most time. The taller bigger guy is usually very helpful, Not sure if hes still there but he was always quick trying to help when there was a problem. Would I recommendations maybe not because like I said the prices are over priced I think. But over all its okay while living there.

    I can’t wait to move in on 8/21. I finalized everything a few days ago and the thing that was most impressive and stood out to me was that the management team was very helpful. I dealt with Ms. Cheyenne and she made sure the process and everything was understood and easy for me. She answered all my questions and concerns and responded to my emails and calls quickly and that made my decision to want to live here even easier. I’m counting down the days till my move in date.

    JoAnn JoAnn JoAnn JoAnn!!!! I’m telling you right now! I have never had a better property manager at any apartment complex! JoAnn Is extremely hands-on and actually cares about her renters! If you read a review that says anything negative about her I can guarantee without a shadow of a doubt that it is a lie! As far as the staff they are great too! If you are calling or trying to make an appointment to get an apartment ask for Suzette and she will take care of you pretty quickly. She is very professional and friendly. Our lease just ended and we have renewed our lease for another year!

    I just moved in yesterday from Canada. The staff right from the first showing in January to my move in yesterday were fantastic. They are willing to work with you to help guide you through the process of application and will made adjustments to accommodate everyone; provided you treat them with courtesy and respect. The facilities are amazing, the apartment is one of the nicest I have ever lived in and the difficult experience of moving from into the US has been made much simpler by the Greystar team!I wanted to leave my experience as a review as the District at Westborough has many negative reviews about prior management which made me hesitant to want to live here; I would hate to see someone pass this property over because of difficulties in the past.

    I love it here and am impressed by how hard the staff has been working during the pandemic. They are always picking up, changing lights in the parking lot and buildings, and communicating with us. My dishwasher wasn’t working and they repaired it within 24 hours. They even brought in food truck the other day since it’s hard for us to get out of the house. I can’t say enough good things!

    The apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious, and the pool is the best in katy! The staff is super friendly and will go above and beyond for you. It is a great place to live and I highly recommend checking them out! Out of the 15 different complexes I had seen before the Distric at Westborough I was definately sold with them! Come see for yourselves!

    I love these apartments and I have not even moved in yet. All of the girls in the office are fantastic! My job is on the preferred employer list so Michelle waived my app fee, my deposit, my pet deposit, and gave me two weeks free! So ill virtually only have to pay rent next month on the 1st to move in. Thank you for being so attentive Michelle it is greatly appreciated!- Faith & Nick

    This complex is attractive and conveniently located. The units are modern and fairly well maintained with a responsive maintenance staff. Office staff is very nice and attentive. My lease is up in a couple of months and I will definitely be renewing.

    I had the best possible experience when talking with Suzette in the leasing office. My car had been towed in error. I provided the paperwork and Suzette was quick to fix the situation. No charge to get my car back and transportation was provided to retrieve my car. And the error that caused my car to be towed in the first place was promptly fixed. All through the experience, Suzette was kind, professional, and sincere. Could not have better agents working in that office!

    Before I moved in I got really acquainted with the sales manager Tara and Clarissa. They are both really amazing, and have made this move in experience great. At first I was skeptical to move in because of all the previous bad reviews but so far I have no complaints. There isnt any noise, and or traffic to get in and out of gates. The only thing that annoys me is theres only one entrance gate bummer and hardly anywhere to park. No one in my building has a carport so its really like first come! I havent been here a full month yet out of my 13 month lease so lets see how things go from here!

    This place is heaven. Beautiful low crime area. Ive lived in 50 year old apartment complexes that have backed up sewer lines, water is always shut off, feral cats everywhere, no security, and cops and fire trucks there weekly. Grow up or go back home and live with your parents. This place is a dream. The district of west borough is brand new. That makes it tons better than anything built before it. If you want to enjoy life, live here. And we all know, life is short...

    Clarisa at the sales office is absolutely amazing. She has been very efficient and professional while seeking to understand my needs in an apartment. Clarisa took her time to show me all of my options and was very helpful. I visited many apartment complexes prior to deciding to live at the District at Westborough. I was sold on Clairsas demeanor and professionalism. I did not receive the same attention at the others apartment complexes that I visited. Im very happy at my new apartment and would refer anyone to see Clarisa at the District at Westborough for outstanding service. In addition, the property is beautiful and very clean.

    I was being selfish keeping this review to myself but not only is the location perfect but the kitchen is a beauty and its sooo spacious specially for the price!! I’ll admit parking could be better but everything else makes up for it. It is extremely hard to find people with passion. ALL THESE WOMEN ARE AMAZING. Suzette is always going above and beyond to help! I love her and the entire team! Whenever someone isn’t there the other actually helps! They’re a true team!
