I can tell that there is a new ownership group. Theyre fixing all the issues that used to be present. Its really nice to have a landlord that takes pride in his/her property. The new pool furniture is great. Theyve fixed the parking lot. The laundry room got a bunch of new machines. There was a crew that installed a bunch of new A/C units too. I was in one of the units that they fixed up. I might have to move to one of those new units.

Management is very professional and respectful. Ruth and her team make sure that you’re taken care of. I like that they welcome pets and the property is very well maintained. I have been living here for more than 5 years and have never experienced an issue. Very highly recommended if you’re looking for an affordable place near Galleria Mall.

The new administration team is excellent, and maintenance crew are always on top of things I like how they are always doing special giveaways and events for residents I didn’t have that in the other place I lived at. The only thing I wish would change is the exit gate always being left open so any car can just come in through there, and the walk in doors are propped open as well. Other than that it’s really a great place I’ve been here a year now in April.

Management is a key factor when determining your experience at a complex.Amenities matter, location does too, but management will really set apart a “yes” vs “never again”If you’re on the fence of choosing an apartment complex, rest ASSURED that this place will not only treat you like family, but they will also value your choice of choosing them as your landlord.Ruth and her team have done an excellent job at putting the “satisfaction” back into customer service.Not only is she/them polite and professional (something that lacks in this industry) but she/them will go out of their way to accommodate needs.In her short time managing this complex, she’s made changes and accommodations that are otherwise “unheard” of.I’ve never felt bothersome when i walk into their office. Even if it’s 5 mins PAST closing, I’m always greeted with a kind smile and open ears.Other property managers feel the need to be “defensive” against its tenants due to the high volume of “issues” they encounter on a daily basis. With District at Midtown, it is evident that each client is treated with its own unique approach. This sets them APART from other complexes.

Hey to everyone just wanna let yall know that I have had a splendid experience at this location. The manager was so helpful in me getting everything organized and getting my apartment ready I did not struggle at all getting a apartment here I would recommended it to anyone, you know other places they ask for to much. the manager walked me to check my apartment and make sure everything was in order and made me feel really comfortable and welcome in to the property. Great place to live with a very friendly staff of employees. The new management has changed the entire feel of this property. They keep it very well kept and it’s safe a secure. Whenever I need something, they are there to get it done very quickly. I will for sure be renewing my lease. I definitely recommend this place especially if you have kids!

Exciting for the new office Team. I noticed many positive changes, I didnt use to call the office, and now I can not wait to say hello to the new manager Janney. She has a contagious smile and excellent customer service. Maintenance keeps the apartments clean and quick to respond. I took the time to give them a review because I feel they deserve it.

I have not yet moved in, but my leasing experience with the staff so far has been wonderful. During the application process, the Janneth and Erick have been amazing there so kind and kept me informed every single step of the way, and they go above and beyond to make sure the whole process went smoothly. I can tell they truly cares about her tenants, and I look forward to moving in this summer!

I’m giving a four-star rating because there were a few minor maintenance and pest issues with my unit when I first moved in. The leasing staff here is excellent when it comes to responding to their residents’ needs. Whenever I’ve had a problem, they’ve always acknowledged it in a timely manner. Their maintenance workers have always responded to my issues quickly. From my experience, it seems like the leasing staff truly cares about the happiness and well-being of their residents. Plus it’s great for the price, I feel safe living here (I’m a young woman), and the property is kept clean. Overall a nice place to live.

I don’t usually write reviews about apartment complexes but I wanted to say what a good place the verge apartments are to live if you are looking for an apartment. The staff is excellent in making you feel welcomed an also like family. They also took a lot of stress away in helping us transition from an entirely different state. We didn’t have any maintenance issues with our apartment but I feel like if we did they would have taken care of it anyway.There was No bug problem with our unit and pest control comes regularly. They have security at night which is a plus and I believe they are certified police officers. The staff also makes sure they include the residents in the many events the apartments have. I would truly give this place a ten an recommend it to anyone who is looking for an apartment.

Ive lived here for about 9 months and plan to renew when my lease is up. Theyve renovated the apartments with granite counters and nice fixtures. You still get popcorn ceilings and the painting is a bit sloppy, but really not bad for what youre paying. I havent really felt unsafe here in the community, but were on the edge of a rough neighborhood so Ive heard some stuff go down nearby. Management does what it can and is usually pretty responsive. I pay for a reserved parking spot, and thats definitely the way to go. It can be hard to find a spot at night otherwise. There is virtually no guest parking, which sucks. My brother-in-laws car was towed when it was parked here overnight. It was our fault for not fully understanding the guest parking policy, but still super frustrating. There are kids that run wild near my apartment with little supervision and are very loud. They are sweet enough when you talk to them, but Id rather not hear a mob of screaming children outside my windows every evening.The pools and grilling area are nice and I love my apartment.

I’ve lived here a little over two years with no complaints about management or the unit it’s really just the neighborhood not being the safest but that is not the fault of management or the building itself. It is the apartments around this one. But the manger is amazing and is always there to help. Maintenance is quick on repair request. I love the staff.

I just renewed my lease for the 2nd year!Janneth took care of me she answered any doubts and questions I had about renewing my lease on top of that she has a great personality and is warm and welcoming to all residents and visitors! The great thing about the verge is it sits at a affordable price for people like myself. Julio and his maintenance team waste no time in getting a job done! Anytime I send a request they always do it in a timely manner!All in all for anyone looking for a good price and good place to call home this is the place to be!

Very nice and great deals. Apartment is quiet at night and the neighbors are super respectful. The office manager Gema and the staff is great as well when something needs to be changed or updated they are usually on it. I love living here has been pretty peaceful.

Any bad things you have heard about this place are definitely issues of the past. Ive been with Verge for about 3 years now, the team onsite has always been wonderful. I have NEVER had to wait even 24 hours for a maintenance issue to be addressed and/or resolved. Everyone here is courteous and helpful, the onsite office actually ANSWERS the phone when you call!

I have lived here about a year now and at first things started out rocky. Old management was not very friendly and didn’t seem to really care. But new management is awesome. They have really stepped things up around her and are always interested in how to make things better. They hold all types of gatherings to make sure we feel like a community. And are always willing to do whatever they can do to be ther for you in a time of need. Communication is KEY! I love it her and can’t wait to see how this place improves over time! Great location and if you work near by they will give you a discount on rent!!

Where to begin, the staff at The Verge are the best! They are one of the many reasons why this is a great place to call home. I recently got my apartment and could not be happier with my choice. The property is very clean and the apartments are fully upgraded with granite counter tops which was a plus for me. There is a lot of stores within walking distance and its a gated community. Gabriela made the process the smoothest I have ever had when renting a new apartment. I highly recommend you check out The Verge a great community to call home!

I am a current resident and wanted to share an honest review of the establishment. The management and maintenance team are wonderful and committed to making my stay pleasant. Not so much 13 months with the prior staff...Glad they installed the right folks. They went out of their way to make things right for me.Pros: Location, price, management & maintenance staffCons: cockroaches (stories below are true to an extent) if you dont request monthly spray, heating and a/c bill can be high due to older windows and doorsOverall a good 4.5 Star (and value) to hang your hat for awhile. I would give it a 5 stars if they can resolve the cons but those items cost money and increase rent.

I have lived here now for 2 years (Come March) and I can categorically say that although these apartments are not perfect and does have some underlying problems, but the 5 stars I am giving is for the management team. They are extremely responsive and take care of issues as best as they can. These apartments are older and are bound to have issues (Not managements fault). Typically If I put in a work order the night before, by the time I get home from work, its done, and a note is placed somewhere visible to indicate they were in your apartment and the issue taken care of. In my years of renting apartments, I have to say that Vanessa (Leasing manager) has been by far the best, most down to earth person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is very responsive, empathetic, patient and will take time out of her busy day to sit and make sure you are fully heard and springs to action to make sure that whatever the issue youve brought up is seen to and taken care of. I will be renewing my lease. It is a stone throw away from the Galleria Mall, and a minute from 635. It is super accessible and central to everything in Dallas. Parking can certainly be better, and the bell ringing treat hawker can be a frustrating to some of us that need peace and quiet, but I see it as a cultural experience for the children in the community.

When i moved here it was to get out of a bad situation and i needed to get into a place quickly. The staff in the leasing office was so helpful and quick with everything and got me in ASAP. Every problem i have had they have fixed even quicker! Maintenance is always great and friendly. Unfortunately i won’t be able to renew here at the end of the year cause i have to move for work but i would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for hooking it up and making my quick stay here awesome.

For the price I would say its worthy. I wasnt planning to rent here originally, but the leasing agents were so pleasant and the price was really nice. Its just 4minutes walk to galleria.the apartment was recently remodelled with new flooring, granite countertop. I had just one minor issue with a sink tap in a month after I moved in. I submitted online request and th y fixed it the same day.

You can call her with a problem with your apartment and she is on it right away. I’ve never lived in a apartment complex as comfortable as the Verge!! And I feel it’s all because of Vanessa . Maintenance and leasing staff are really friendly; the property is clean, gated, and well-maintained; units are spacious and well-designed; you can see Macys at the Galleria from the street; its close to just about everything (Target, Walmart, 635, etc), and its very affordable!

The new parking policy isnt that bad. I dont know what the old policy was but I just recently moved here and Ive had no problems. Theres reserved spots and open spots. Its pretty simple math. We live in the city- which is crowded- if you want to reserve a spot you can. And if you choose not to then its not that hard to find an open spot. Plus @ the guy below: how old are those photos? because the Appartments might have looked like that before but they are grey and clearly renovated and the grounds are much nicer than those photos suggest.... I guess some people just like to complain.. oh and at Peterson and Montfort where the Appartments are located there are police cameras on every corner- haha sounds really dangerous to park on the street...
