    Will probably get lost in sea of reviews -Just want to quickly say that on top of being a fabulous area to live with the lake, retail, and trails just down the street, maintenance and leasing has been a real pleasure to work with. The maintenance is super friendly. Work orders are filled rapidly. Ive had some pretty bad experiences with leasing offices in the past, but this is NOT one of them.Great job here, and makes living here low stress. Thanks team

    Every time Iā€™ve submitted a work order, Jonathan has been incredibly responsive, often addressing the request much faster than expected. His commitment to ensuring that every issue is resolved is truly impressive. No matter what the problem is, Jonathan always makes sure we find a solution, and heā€™s great at explaining the process so that we fully understand whatā€™s being done.Jonathanā€™s dedication to his job and to the residents is unmatched.     The Scotch Creek Townhomes at The District at Cypress Waters is amazing and the maintenance is really good. Ive lived here for 3 years with my family and weve had some trouble with appliances. Every single time we contact maintenance, they respond in less than 24 hrs and Julian on the maintenance staff has helped us every single time and my family and I will be greatful for him.

    Iā€™ve lived here for almost two years, and I want to specifically shout out the maintenance team. Any time I put in a work order, itā€™s completed in a reasonable time, and the maintenance team is very attentive and professional! A recent example was my lock kept jamming.     I lived here for 1 year and it is a wonderful place to live! My apartment was huge, reasonably priced, and I had almost no maintenance issues. The neighborhood is beautiful, lots to do and no issues with noise. The pool was really nice too and they would host fun resident events with great food that I enjoyed as well! I only moved out to be closer to a new job and I was sad to do so! Would highly recommend this complex.

    Ive lived here for almost 2 years now and its been absolutely amazing! I wanted to shout out the maintenance team specifically Rogelio. Anytime I put in a maintenance request its handled within 24 hours. When my Ac went out on the weekend, he was on call and came to fix it WITHIN 10 MINUTES. thank you Rogelio and the team!

    Iā€™ve lived at Cypress Waters for 6 months and absolutely love it! If they would sell units and not just rent them, tell me where to sign!!Iā€™m in a town-home with garage, balcony and small yard. Itā€™s perfect. The layout is functional with modern appointments, including high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, huge garden tub, granite counter tops, tile back-splash in kitchen, gorgeous hard flooring, elegant pulls on all cabinetry, and more.The entire complex is designed as individual, unique neighborhoods, with meandering sidewalks, parks, trees, and varied landscape plantings. Itā€™s safe, full of wonderful, friendly, interesting, varied residents, conveniently located, and incredibly quiet.Kudos to the design team of Cypress Waters! The individual yards, patios, porches, and balconies lend themselves to creating a true neighborhood feel ā€¦ inviting the residents to enjoy their own personal outdoor spaces, thereby facilitating conversation and interaction with our fellow neighbors. Itā€™s brilliant! The sense of community and pride the residents enjoy here is evident in the care we all take of our own little spaces. Everyone keeps their yards and sidewalks clean and many decorate with potted plants and flowers.The staffs of the leasing office and maintenance department are fantastic. They have been incredibly accommodating to requests Iā€™ve had, always quick to respond, and the maintenance folks ALWAYS leave a comment card when theyā€™ve come into my unit to address a service request. Everyone is friendly and helpful.Cypress Waters is truly a special neighborhood. It actually reminds me of when I was a kid ā€¦ neighbors chatting, kids riding bikes and playing outside, dogs running around the park together, folks sweeping their sidewalks and driveways. Iā€™m grateful to be a part of this community.

    Ive been living here for almost 2 years so far its been a great experience.The apartment itself was great. Very spacious, clean, and brand new, it has modern stainless steel looking appliances. First year I moved there was a storm my apartment was flooded in the kitchen. Management was quick to help to dry and took good care on this situation. Whenever I had an issue, maintenance was very prompt in repairing the problem same day. I really like that you can submit maintenance requests and pay your rent online.Staff are very professional and always took care of my requests.Theres construction going on during the day, but is a growing community with its own police and fire station on the complex. The apartments are very nice and new. They keep it clean and enforce rules to keep it clean. Is very pet friendly and has a nice view of the lake. There are 3 swimming pools, 2 gyms and a very nice club house with pool table. I been living and enjoy this complex for almost 2 years. Much better than others. Location is great close to las colinas and as airport gate in 10 minutes.

    My wife and I have lived here for two years and just resigned for our 3rd year. We love the community here. The office staff is friendly, maintenance is quick and responsive, and theres so much to do in the area that you can even walk to! We love taking our pup walking around the lake. Honestly have nothing negative to say about The District!

    After reading the comments I can be honest and say I am a bit skeptical about the move out process but that is in the future. So far I havent had any problems with my rental.     Had a problem with our stove this morning. Maintenance responded within the hour. Jaime listened to us describe our problem, quickly identified the issue, grabbed the parts he needed and has the problem solved in 30 minutes. He was professional, courteous and kind. He even let me vacuum behind the stove while it was pulled away from the wall (major brownie points from me)! We love living at The District at Cypress Waters.

    Iā€™ve lived here in the community a while now. I love the community, the environment and the people are very positive people. There are always community events for residents. The lake and restaurants down the street are within walking distance. And the staff is especially helpful and are readily available to us.I had an issue, literally today, where I needed some important supporting documents from management. Kalee Jenkins, an assistant manager at my property, went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me. Not only was she patient and kind, but she was empathetic. She had to write a few drafts bc I was missing info. And she gladly agreed. Not one time was she uncooperative. This is the type of service that also attracts ppl to a community. Itā€™s not just about amenities and location, and price ā€” of course those are a given. BUT itā€™s also how residents are treated. And I can honestly say the staff is sooo nice, friendly and helpful here.Thank you!!C. M. Norwood

    The District at Cypress Waters is where I call home and plan to for a long time. Some of what separates this place from others is the convenient location and top notch staff. At the district you are walking distance from restaurants and entertainment and a short drive to everything Dallas and FW have to offer. The staff is friendly and approachable and I have yet to have any problem that hasnt been solved quickly and efficiently. Along side staff is a friendly community who really seal the deal giving off a warm and welcoming family vibe. Need to work out? There is a facility for that. Want to take a dip the pool? They have multiple. Enjoy walking or jogging? 5 star streets and and sidewalks and its right next to north lake where you can walk the trails and take in the sights. Its fantastic place that Im fortunate to have found and an easy decision to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

    I absolutely love the area and with the unit at The District. Kalee Jenkins was particularly wonderful in helping me find what unit was best for me and madd the process seamless, while providing her personal insights on what I would like in some units more than others and being very kind. I got a unit I absolutely love and you can walk to The Sound area rather than pay 2000+ for living right at The Sound. I highly appreciate Kalee, very non-pushy and genuine leasing manager. ā˜ŗļø

    This place is the best place iā€™ve ever stayed at. Thereā€™s some amazing features such as the fact they have 3 pool, which are fantastic looking, a big lounge area, and a park for my dogs! The management is so easy to work with and they made me feel like I was important to them. I recommend this place for anyone that is looking to move into the DFW area.

    Excellent location. Beautiful apartment.Overall experience would have easily been five stars if not for a few downsides:There were some unclear or hidden fees such as the $4.95 convenience fee for making monthly payments online. Water (varies), sewer ($1-$10), sewer base ($1-$10), water base (~$3), storm water drainage (~$1), service fee to Conserve (~$4), pest control ($4), and the valet trash service (mandatory - $28) are extras on top of the base monthly rent due.Our lease had a few errors and required rewriting before signing.The kitchen sink and bathroom drawer were broken at the time of our initial walk-through. The office promised these would be fixed by our move-in date a couple weeks later, but they were still broken upon move-in. Later maintenance requests were all fulfilled in a timely manner.Gnats somehow tend to find their way inside on warmer days.Management often had slow response times with email requests. The best bet is to call in or go in person to the office with requests of any kind.The printer in the office does not work well with the desktops and rarely has paper loaded in the tray. The work-around is to bring your own paper, connect the printer to your phone hotspot, and print directly from your phone - dont try to bother using the computers.

    I have been living here for over 1 year now. I dont typically put in reviews but I had to take the time to make one for the over the top service Ive been getting. Parking is pretty easy and always available. Work orders get done really quickly. The location and shops/foods/lake in walking distance really make this place worth it. On top of that, Ashlie Yancey is by far the best person to work with. She has not only helped me get my apartment but has continued to help, be responsive, answer questions, and be a resource for anything I need. I have lived in other apartments and it is really hard to find the level of service I get here anywhere else. Last week, My A/C broke and it took maintenance tech (Brian) not all but 1 hour to call me back and come to my apt to get it fixed. It was also on a Saturday. Ashlie then messages me out of the blue a day or 2 later asking if the issue was resolved. Really happy to have found this place and hope others find it as well.

    Lived here for 2 years, have since moved out but overall It was pleasant to live here. The Pros: No one bothers you, if you keep to yourself and dont make any trouble, youre good. Ive had other apartments leave notices, micro-manage and annoy their tenants. This place was chill, neighbors are nice, pool is clean, clubhouse is nice, they kept the property well kept for the most part.Some Cons: The paint on the cabinets peels off very quickly! I kept them cleaned them, but the paint just came off after some time.Because the buildings all have the same unit numbers and only different buildings, we got quite a bit of lost packages or delivered to the wrong building. This was more of an issue with the postman. Also the AC stopped working twice, it was repaired though within a timely fashion, within 24 hours. overall good experience here

    I rarely give 5 stars , rarely! Only because I truly take customer service very seriously. Iā€™ve been in customer service myself for more than 7 years & take such pride in treating people fairly , & with the up most respect. When I first read the reviews Iā€™m not going to lie I was kind of discouraged & honestly not looking forward to living here. Iā€™ve been here since October & so far I love this apartment. Had a few issues in the beginning but from the time I applied for these apartments Ashlie Yancey had been wonderful. Iā€™ve never met someone who actually cares to help their residents they way Ashlie had been so kind in helping me with anything I have an issue or question about. Now a days great customer service is so hard to come by especially at apartment homes I seen the staff not care , it showed in their work and their customer service. So thatā€™s why Iā€™m taking the time out to just say how amazing Ashlie has been. The 5 stars are really for her. Sheā€™s very kind , and always responds so quickly to my emails or concerns. Sheā€™s been such a pleasure to work with and has made my stay here so far , so much worth it. So donā€™t get too discouraged reading some comments, my experience has been great & Iā€™ve never worked with anyone but Ashlie but Iā€™m sure the other staff is great too. I hope sheā€™s here as long as I am lol so I know Iā€™ll be in good hands!

    I originally had posted a low rating with a lot of the issues I was having. So far I have seen a drastic change in the leasing office. I am happy to see that they are showing more compassion towards the residents needs. Their communication has been amazing! Maintenance is the BEST! They are friendly and always coming in to help! I donā€™t know one of the guyā€™s name but he is young and works in the pool all the time and he always comes and help out when a work order is placed. (: I hope that my yard gets fixed soon because it looks like a mudding place when it rains. Lol other than thatā€¦ we have been enjoying staying here and planning to renew our lease. (: A few months I wasnā€™t recommending leasing here, but now I do. šŸ¤

    From day 1, I have appreciated Lyndsey and the staffā€™s level of consideration as we were relocating from another city. As we have school age children and waiting for a job offer, they went out of their way to coordinate with us on timing, ensuring the school district. At The District of Cypress Waters, the staff have both an upbeat, kind, professional demeanor while making sure to address all your concerns; any time we have asked any question or put in a request, we have a response within 24 hours. Ā I cant thank Lyndsey enough for her patience as many questions and requests I have put in. Ā Without fail, Im always greeted with a smile and resounding yes we can help.The townhome is gorgeous with modern finishes from granite to beautiful lighting and stainless steel appliances. Ā The community also features a pool and dog park on site. Ā We enjoy all the amenities but can also appreciate the property is well maintained. Ā We appreciate the notices and emails sent out , and the community is quiet in the evenings.We have enjoyed becoming part of the community, but it truly is the management/staff that have made us feel both welcomed and comfortable. Ā They do an excellent job of caring for both the property and residents.

    Just wanted to stop by to say how the maintenance tech, Wilson went above and beyond to fix my maintenance issues. He didnā€™t rush and gave great attention to ensure all problems were fixed. I also want to commend Megan in the front office. She is very timely and reachable promptly via e-mail. She has literally fixed any concerns Iā€™ve ever had within the same business day. I really appreciate this because sometimes my anxiety gets the best of me. Amanda is also a manager in the front office and sheā€™s very hard-working and courteous. I couldnā€™t ask for a better staff and Iā€™ve been a resident for going on 4 years now. Last but not least, Leslie is an entire sweetheart! If Amanda or Megan arenā€™t available she will definitely go above and beyond to get any matters resolved for you. This is a huge property and I work in the industry, so I know hard work when I see it. Thank you guys for all you do. The only downside is the increase in market rates, but overall still competitive and I feel like I get a lot of bang for my buck. Iā€™d be paying over 2K a month with less space if I were downtown. Iā€™m very thankful and glad to call this place home. ā¤ļø

    I have lived here a little over a year and the management changed about 3 months ago. The property is beautiful and constantly growing. I have no complaints about the old management, but the new management is extremely accommodating and quick to respond. They allowed us to resign without upping our rent and with the caveat that we could choose a larger unit during the lease for a simple fee. Recently I had an issue with a duplicate charge on my bill and they rectified it in minutes! Also, you can text, email, or call in order to get ahold of someone - which if you have lived in apartments before you will appreciate the multiple methods and rapid response rate. Love living here!

    I have nothing but positive things to say about living here! I absolutely love it. Since we moved here in January we have had only great experiences. Each of the different neighborhoods have their own great amenities and are kept super clean. Staff and fellow neighbors are always friendly and it is a quiet place to live. You can tell the staff really do care about the residents that live here and are always doing their best to make it a positive experience. Highly recommend!!!

    I was waiting until moving day to leave the review, jaded New Yorker here. Honestly I have not had the best experience with housing in TX. But thanks to Ashlie at the District, moving here has been super easy and so pleasant. First off customer service has been top notch. All questions were answered in a timely manner. Any issue solved before it became an issue and response time is extremely fast. Super quiet community. Also, super high ceilings, I love my apartment and Ashlie at The District. Sheā€™s a rockstar.

    When I called to schedule an appointment I was not expecting the hospitality that I received! Leslie was such a pleasant voice over the phone compared to many other experienced that I have had when trying to inquire about a living community.When I arrived at The District at Cypress Waters Leslie was waiting for my arrival with a smile. She was very thorough and answered all my questions flawlessly. The units that we viewed were clean, had no bad odors and had a very bright feel to them!The amenities here extravagant... the swimming pools, fitness centers and dog parks are out of this world. This does not feel like your cookie cutter community. There were 3 different divisions of this community which really added to the overall feel of this community.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this community and asking for Leslie specifically. You wont regret working with her!

    Let me start my review by saying how helpful and friendly everyone has been since living here. Iā€™ve been here for 3 years and any time Iā€™ve had an issue in my apartment itā€™s been resolved quickly and professionally. Most recently my AC went out and Wilson from maintenance helped save me from a sweltering summer night. I would give him 5 stars alone on his professionalism and attitude. I really canā€™t boast about him enough.I love my unit, the area, and have an awesome balcony!Having said that the 3 years Iā€™ve been here my AC has gone out 4 times for the same unit. People have abandoned unwanted things in the breeze way (thereā€™s still an old book case and glass hightop table that have been collecting dust for about 4 months in front of the garage/storage doors in the breeze way)Lastly, parking is atrocious, unless you get a garage(which costs extra). There seems to be a growing problem of people abandoning vehicles for months at a time in free parking which only adds to the frustration of the parking situation when you have to park 2-3 blocks away at night, only to walk past a seemingly abandoned car.Overall I would still recommend living here, it has been my favorite complex which is why I have stayed 3 years, but like anything, there is always room for improvement which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 (no one is perfect...except Wilson. He was hands down the number 1 employee/maintenance Iā€™ve had the pleasure of helping me, through The District.)

    I have lived here for nearly two years in Sycamore Park, and have had no complaints. The maintenance was prompt (usually 1 day turn around time), and they accommodated everything that I needed (even as little as replacing air vents to a different position). Fast forward until now, I have transferred into a town-home from an apartment because I like the simplicity of their neighborhood layout. It makes you feel like youre in your own neighborhood and in your own home! The interior and exterior has a new luxury and modern feel to it. You cant go wrong when looking for the finer things in life here. Pricing WILL be competitive, but with so many units available, youll find what you need with the price range you have. *** Ive lived in other luxury apartments, and have found that this property gives you a good bang for your buck.As of 2018, the management has changed, and a new set of leasing agents are there to help you. They are nice, but with new management, some may be reluctant to help you fully due to lack of knowledge over the new property theyre dealing with. However, I have had no complaints when working with Stacy! She helped me transfer into my new town-home and answered all of the questions that I had promptly over email. If you come check out this property, ASK FOR STACY!!! Shell get you into that new home you want and need with your budget in mind. Simply put, she goes above and beyond for you.     Iā€™ve lived here for 3 years. Was hesitant when new ownership took over, if I was going to renew for another lease. But the new office staff has been great, and itā€™s been a smooth transition. Just officially renewed today, for another 13 months. Love the area and the complex is so great. I didnā€™t want to leave. Megan and the staff, made it easy to renew my lease at a place that Iā€™ve loved living at over the past 3 years.

    This is my second year at The District. It is a great place to live. The facilities and amenities are great, the maintenance requests are completed at lightning speed, and the management team is very helpful, understanding, flexible, and willing to work with you to meet your needs. Megan Russell, the assistant manager, is INCREDIBLE. She has worked with us in so many ways to help us find the right unit at a very reasonable price. She has been prompt in communication and very friendly along the way. She has truly made us feel cared for and valued as real people, not just as customers. I recommend this place.

    Iā€™ve only lived here for 3 months but it has been great ! We love the area , thereā€™s a lot of food options and the lake which is walking distance. The people are friendly , they always say hi or good morning as they pass you on the stairs. Maintenance requests always get fixed quickly and the apartment team always respond to emails . The rent is affordable and the apartment is on the smaller side but it feels spacious.

    Iā€™ve lived here 4 years. I love the apartment, location, and the staff is friendly. Iā€™ve had minimal issues with things breaking in my apartment but recently my A/C went out. I put in the work order right before 6pm thinking theyā€™d come the next day. Even at the end of his shift, Julian came running to my apartment out of breath to fix my A/C. And despite his shift ending he was still in very good spirits and was there to help. He came back the next day to complete a few things and when I saw him the day after he asked how everything was. I thought that was so thoughtful. He seems passionate and helpful. Thanks Julian for running around like super man in this 103 degree heat to keep things going, all with a smile and genuine heart. Itā€™s appreciated!!!!

    Iā€™d like to Start by thanking the two leasing agents that have helped me through my move in process. Kathleen Oliver and Kalee Jenkins.Kathleen was my initial agent that showed the property and helped me sign the lease. She was then relocated to a different property which I was sad to see her go as she was incredibly helpful, kind, and generous; making me feel comfortable. I had such a bad experience with the last management company I lived with, it was hard to want to trust a new one, but Kathleen helped change that.Iā€™m writing this review almost a week after moving in and Kalee has since then been the face of the property for me. She was kind and personable when I received my keys. When I went to check out my apartment to fill out the inventory sheet, my unit was not suppose to come with a washer/dryer however there was a washer/dryer in the unit. I made a call to the front office and Kalee swung into action and got maintenance from a different property to come and collect the washer/dryer and clean the closet.Other details to comment on the property, I submitted my first few maintenance tickets and the maintenance team came the next morning and resolved all issues. A+ on that so far.If I could make one comment of improvement, thereā€™s so much dog poop around the property. Pet waste stations are a bit scarce and spaced, probably could benefit from more. I donā€™t believe this should take away from the star rating because of lazy dog owners.First week of parking, Iā€™ve gotten a parking spot in front of my apartment every time of day, ranging from afternoons, weekends, and weekdays after 8p.So no issue there.

    Ive been living here for 3 years in one of the townhouse units and I love it. It has all the amenities I need, 3 pools and 2 gyms that are never super busy. The maintenance staff is great too, I put in a request and its always been done urgently. Theres currently a lot of construction happening behind the complex but the management team will always let us know when they will be working so theres no surprises. The location is perfect for me since I also work in the area but if I need to go downtown its only a 20 minute ride.

    I initially thought i had a very bad experience.I called them and made an appointment to look at the apartment, i went and looked the apartment which was nice. They had a Look and Lease special at the time (look and lease within 24 hours to get one full month rent for free). I decided to lease and called them the next day, i was told that the person i was working with was not available and they will have her call me back. I waited and waited and finally called them back again, same response again. Did the same thing yet another time and the same response again.Then i went to the leasing office the following day, and they said that the look and lease special is valid only for 24 hours and i am not eligible for it. I was penalized for what is not even my mistake (They did not get back to me even after 3 calls).The person called me back after 30 minutes, saying that she spoke with manager and the manager agreed to give me the look and lease special as it was not my fault. I was flattered. But the monthly rent went up by 10$ within these two days.They also helped me move-in a little early as my old apartments management is trash and they wanted to charge a fortune to extend my stay for one day.Rebekkah helped me in changing the move-in date and sign the revised lease agreement. Flattered here again.Hopefully, the great customer service will be continued during my stay

    Really like living here, management is good. My move in condition was horrible, there were so many maintenance issues when I moved in. I submitted like 5/6 requests. They seem to try and rush me into signing a lease instead without taking their time to make sure the apt was ready. My main concern was the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, which have a very bad and blotchy paint job. You can see where they tried to paint over it. Also, the apartment is not efficiently insulated. I can here my upstairs neighborā€™s every move. So if you donā€™t mind hearing everything your neighbor does then itā€™s a great place to live. This may be the very reason I move next year, but other than that itā€™s fine.

    Recently moved to The District and have no regrets or complaints. I havenā€™t leased a place in years, but the process went smoothly. Kayela and the rest of the staff were extremely informative and were able to answer all my questions before the move-in. I also love the fact that everything is done online. This includes making the monthly lease payment, as well as filling out a work order for repairs. On that note, I submitted a work order for a minor issue when I first moved in through the online portal. It was completed the next day. Talk about a fast response! The dog park is also a big plus for pet owners. All said, you canā€™t go wrong at The District.

    LOVED these apartments! so beautiful and the amenities are gorgeous, Resident events were fun and some were even off property like Happy hours at bars/grills. Beautiful pool, no issues in apartment. Of course there is construction going on around the community as they are still building but everyone renting here can see that very clearly. I love how it is tucked away from everything, so quiet and feels like you like in the country with the cows and sunflowers in the fields. Staff is so sweet and helpful. Too bad I had to move out of state! I miss Cypress Waters!

    Great service from Jaime on the maintenance staff. My air went out on Sunday and he was very quick to respond.     Moved here about a month ago and am loving it. The grounds are beautiful and are very well kept. The office staff is wonderful and very professional. Additionally, the maintenance staff is fantastic. Lots of restaurants in the area. Most about 1.5 to 2 miles. We even have our very own fire department in the complex. How cool is that!!! Several grocery stores near by as well as gas stations. Looking forward to spring and summer to enjoy the beautiful pools on property. Love The District at Cypress Waters.

    I originally rated this place low after some issues but after walking to the leasing office and meeting with Kalee Jenkins, I have a difference of opinion. She was amazing. Although we were ultimately not able to resolve my issue, she really seemed to care and was so kind to me. She even managed to work out something with me even though the original issue could not be fixed. She had a great attitude and she is the only reason I have increased the rating of this place. Kalee is a great employee! I can tell she really takes pride in working and helping the residents. Definitely one of the best employees Busboom group has. It made my day talking with her :)

    I have never written a review before but I just thought this team deserved 5-stars. I was already a resident when the old management was here. They were fine but there have been alot of improvements in the community. I renewed my lease about a week after the new management came here and I just signed my second renewal with them. It can be a little hard to get someone on the phone but I normally email Megan or text the office service and get a quick response that way. The grounds did need some help at the beginning of the new management but it has got alot better recently! Also kuddos to Amy Cox. She was the manager at take over and heard my concerns before I renewed my lease the first time. She is very straight forward and did not make any promises she could not keep. The things she could fix, she did. Very thankful to call this place home! :)

    Wilson is really friendly and very helpful! He came down to fix my A/C even though he was not in the area and it was past 7pm.     I have lived at Cypress Waters for 3 1/2 years and have loved it. I usually bounce from apartment complex to apartment complex but not this time. I have stayed here and have been very happy. I live alone with my two dogs so feeling safe is my number one priority. I have always felt safe here not to mention, it is a great location. Of course like any other complex, I have come across issues. However, the front office staff was always accommodating and quick to fix any problems/issues I had.

    This was a great place to live! We lived here about 9 months in between houses. We lived in a two story, two bedroom townhome. The place was very quiet and had nice amenities. The area is well lit at nightime as I was always outside walking my dog. I always felt safe there and let the staff know it was a pleasure to live there.     Theres so much good to say about The District - the community feel, the variety of available floorplans, the affordability of the townhomes and apartments, the fact that a great deal of the townhomes have their own garages!!! - so many things about The District made me want to call it home. I was hesitant about living on the Dallas side of the Metroplex, but when I toured The District, it felt like home right away. The office staff went a long way to help it feel like home - Amanda, Kalee, and Ashlie are absolute rock stars!!Also... three pools, two fitness centers, and two community lounge spaces. The District knows how to care for its residents.

    Good looking apartments, however the staff doesnt care about the new renters I guess.I called them couple times to enquire about different options available. I went directly to the apartments to chat with them, one person showed us the apartment and she nicely said, well email with next steps of the application right away. I told them that, once I receive the email - I will apply for it and I left.I waited for few hours for email/call but they never did. Tried calling them multiple times but no answer, once person answered at-last and she mentioned that shell ask their staff to followup with me and hung up. Obviously, they never did call/email me.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone looking for apartment. Ill need to look for alternatives now.Update:Staff responded to me next day stating that they couldnt reach us because of technical issues, in-fact they are very quick in responding now.

    This is the best complex I have lived in. I have not had any major issues. Maintenance is prompt. I wanted to hang curtains and the took my blinds down for me. Kitchen is open with lots of storage. Cabinets are cheap ikea quality, they scratch easy I complained and they re-stained them the next day and they looked like new. Trash is the only annoying thing they need more dumpsters. My neighbor has two dogs that bark at everything, but I can only hear them from my patio and my bedroom shares a wall I hear nothing inside. It is very quiet living here and the gym is awesome!

    Want to personally thank Leslie for making my experience at the District awesome! Every question I had in regards to finding a future home she answered without hesitation! Shes very professional and her customer service is hands down the best Iā€™ve ever experienced in looking for an apartment. I definitely recommend her if you are looking to making this your next home!

    I had an amazing and effortless move in! Leslie was our leasing agent and she was absolutely the best. We were in a really big rush to move in and she got us moved in within two days. she responded to every email within minutes and answered all of our questions and made sure we were not uncertian about anything. she walked us through every step and made sure we got our renters insurance and electricity set up before move in. I truly cant express how great and smooth this entire process has been-not to mention how sweet leslie is (:We love SCOTCH CREEK!

    Weā€™ve been here for two months now and we love it so far! Leslie was able to get us the cutest little townhome we had our eyes on since back in July. She made the process so easy and she has still been very helpful with any questions we have. Such a quiet and peaceful area, I would definitely recommend checking this place out if your looking to move.

    Im so happy to call The District at Cypress Waters as my home :) Ive been almost live here a year. so far no problem at all! all work orders were done within 24 hrs (super fast!), I dont know why and how other reviewers complained about their A/C issues, but when my A/C had problem, they got it done within an hour (it was after office hour too!) very quite area. I love to recognize Megan Russell, Assistant Manager. She really tried hard to find what I need while I was struggle with life change :) she promptly answered and replied all of my email! She is a super star! Thank you Megan!

    This place is so nice!! With a couple fitness centers, 3 pools, and The Sound around the corner, theres no reason for me to go far from home. Which is great since Im a homebody. Lol. Really considering moving here, not for the amenities, but for the great service I was given by the office staff. Leslie was especially helpful in providing me with all the details I was asking for. Hehe! Although I was hesitant to show up due to some bad reviews, Im glad I checked the District out! Its pretty awesome, and I had a great experience!
