I moved here because its close to my job. I love how many restaurants, parks and activitys are around. I had put in a work order for an issue I had and wow were they super fast!!! Mr. Jose was nice and quick. And I can not forget the sweet lady Seleni, she made my move in process super easy and quick. Ive read previous reviews but I think theres a whole new staff they have been amazing for the past month or so. I see this property being super successful. Def recommend

I just signed a one bedroom/bath lease and so far everyone at the Stratford Apartments have gone above and beyond to make sure the process is seamless. The manager William has been wonderful from the showing to now and all the important steps in between. It really feels like he genuinely cares about me and helping me through this process. I haven’t even moved in yet and already highly recommend this property!!!!

I had a great experience on every level. William alone was a stand out. I looked at many apartments over the last few months. William made a follow up call with me. He listened and provided several options that met my criteria. He was professional knowledgeable and personable . I loved the size and layout. Very nice inside and full of upgrades. I would highly recommend the Dawson and William to my friends and family.

Signed my lease after loving this apartment community the manager William is such a great guy he made sure everything was ready on time and made sure everything was fixed and working and I was even greeted in my apartment with a very nice welcoming kit in my counter. The apartments are update and in a great area highly recommended to come check out these apartments.

Y’all, when I say I’ve never loved a place more than I do here, I do! I absolutely love it here and the price is absolutely amazing not to mention everything is close by ! Hurry up before the offer ends you can’t beat this deal for an apartment this nice in this area within walking distance to so many restaurants, parks, museums, taco trucks, shopping!! I’m literally so happy here, I just wanted to share that with y’all!

This place is amazing. Absolutely love the location, apartments are so nice and new managers totally get how to do their jobs. They did really nice with the renovations and everything else. Would recommend to anybody looking in the area / nearby. Hard to find ones like this tbh. I even really loved most my neighbors. Its got everything you need and more, at a great price. Location is obvious but its sooooo good!

Beautifully renovated units tucked away in the best neighborhood in Houston. Beautiful oak trees and so close to great restaurants and bars! Great property! Love it!

The complex is very quiet and the mgmt is awesome. The maintenance is quick and friendly. My only oops is no microwave but its no biggie.

I finally found a complex where the workers speak Spanish and English. I love my new apartment. My neighbors are super friendly, as are the workers! I plan to stay here for a long time 😁
