The space has great views when the sun goes down and the community is incredible. Love the neighbors and workers. Whenever I need something done the maintenance worker Chris always gets to it as fast as he can and does an amazing job. 10/10 recommend to live here.

I’ve been living here for roughly 8-9 months and haven’t had any negative experiences, other than the recent lack of parking. I think the best thing about this place is Joan! He’s answered to every maintenance request I’ve made and has always been very kind and helpful. I’ve experienced poor maintenance at previous apartments where their goal is to do as little work as possible to fix something, resulting in the problem never truly being fixed. Joan will make multiple meaningful attempts to fix something, and if there’s no fixing it he makes sure it’s replaced. I want him to know that he is appreciated!

Nice location - being able to walk to Trader Joes is a dream. The maintenance team (especially Joan) is also good at fixing issues promptly.Parking, both for residents and guests, can be pretty dicey. Would be nice if we could park in one of the many unused, covered spaces, but alas. The towing company is no joke.

This is a Great place to stay the cleanliness of this community, the safety of the community and the fast response from the maintenance team. Phillip is very knowledgeable and was very respectable to my privacy upon entry. He took care of my issues in a timely manner and did the job right. It’s a quiet community so if you are looking for a new home for long term or temporary I highly highly recommend The Club At Stonegate Apartments.

I enjoy living at a location that values its residents enough to supply them with good maintenance that I can tell are truly happy with what they do. Only good things to say about Phillip!

After a month of living in this complex, I wanted to let you know how much Ive enjoyed my stay thanks to the excellent maintenance. Joandry is the greatest; he constantly makes sure that everything is functioning well as quickly as possible, is reliable, respectful, and has a great disposition. Ive lived here for almost two years now and have mostly enjoyed my stay. They often have random events, like creating a flower arrangement for Valentines day, selecting a few things to create a spa day for mothers day, or a few times theyve had chick fil a sandwiches in the lot for about an hour at breakfast. Its something they started recently, but its really improved my satisfaction living here. My apartment was still dirty and had a few problems when I first moved in, but I pointed it out to management and we got it taken care of with no new issues. Jones has typically been the maintenance worker that has come to help out, and has always been friendly and helpful. Honestly, my only real problem living here is the parking situation. I bought a parking space anticipating the difficulties when I moved in so it doesnt normally bother me, but there really isnt much parking. Especially for visitors. I really cant have anyone come over without us needing to drive around looking for a parking space for a few minutes unless we just get really lucky. Especially if its someone who hasnt really been over before and they dont know where the designated parking spaces are for guests, as theyre not really easy to spot. I can say that other than that though Ive never had any real problems, not with any of the tech or with any bugs or anything. Lets keep up the good work!

What a beautiful property!! I enjoy driving through and seeing grounds and pool area always so clean. Even the maintenance staff Rod is always helpful kind and completes work request in a timely fashion. He greets everyone including my fur-babies!

I have been a resident since 2022 and my overall experience with The Club at Stonegate has been pleasant. Joan is the maintenance person assigned to my unit and each time I experience an issue he’s prompt about ensuring the issue is taken care of. There have been numerous changes with office staff over this time period but again, overall the experience is pleasant.

Of the many amazing things about this apartment building, in my opinion, maintenance services really stand out. Soon as a maintenance order is submitted you can expect Mr. Joan to be on your doorstep as early as within a couple of hours and makes the whole process really seamless, efficient and effective!

These apartments by far are the best apartments in my book especially for the area in Fort Worth that it is In. The mall is 10 min away and shopping centers and grocery stores are literally a 5 min walk, the accommodation and services with the apartment are phenomenal and so is the staff. Ive experienced horrendous management (Liberty Lofts, which has a reputation of stealing deposits from students) as well as spectacular management. The Club at Stonegates leasing specialists and maintenance crew are all extremely efficient, understanding, and accommodating.Upon signing the lease, there were minor technical issues with the 3rd party software they use. Rebecca, the specialist who helped me since the very beginning, was very quick to respond. She even went out of her way on her days off to ensure our moving experience was convenient. No matter the issue, she always found a quick solution and still remains as a primary point of contact.After moving in, there were some issues with lighting and my keys. I submitted a maintenance request and it was completed a mere 3 hours later. The gentleman who fulfilled the request was caring and considerate.No apartment complex will have a perfect move in with no issues. What makes The Club at Stonegate Apartments unique from others is their quick response and convenience. Im beyond impressed with management!

As a former military and home owner i know what it takes to live in a rental property. It takes more than coordination, dedication and effort. Ever since Ive been in this property all my issues have been solved without hesitation and resilience. My management is so good they have to go out and help other properties. Tomi and Emma always greet me with a smile and by name. The staff is eager to help and Im very grateful for their attitude to help. All of them stop by to say hi and smile. Office is clean and organized. Based on my years of experience, I do give them a five star rating, because I know what it takes! I strongly recommend it! *****

Lived here for a few years and Im impressed by maintenance, who are friendly, helpful and quick. Management communication has been pretty decent, generally speaking. The apartments are very nice, with good layouts, although they have the typical apartment issues of extremely inconsistent HVAC and rising costs (not unique to this property, unfortunately). Less ideal is that parking is not a great situation, and its difficult for people to find units within the complex (Ive more than once had food delivered to the wrong door simply because its a labyrinth inside).My main complaint living here is that the landscaping is ridiculously loud and not always on the same day or times (sometimes its even begun loudly before 8AM). If youre always gone during the day, this isnt a problem, but if you work from home the noise is incredibly disruptive for the better part of at least one work day each week, and if you sleep during the day or have napping children the excessive noise of lawn care may become a problem.

Definitely recommend this apartment complex. Just wanted to share my experience. The staff is by far the best I have encountered in many years. The apartment is completely renovated. The bathroom shower walls were repainted but other than that everything is new in the apartment. The clubhouse although closed at the moment looks just like the pictures on the website. The gym is small but gets the job done. Parking for me is not an issue but if it was I could rent a garage for 100 dollars a month when needed. Internet is fiber, AT&T very easy to self install. I had it running the same day I arrived. Trash service is great. I put the trash can outside my door and it magically disappears every night:) The entire complex is well maintained, very happy with my choice. I was going to overpay downtown glad I didn’t!

I’ve lived here for almost a year, and I have nothing to complain about. Some changes for visitor parking were recently made, and that has helped the parking situation. Management is continuing to improve parking for residents, but I will say it hasn’t been terrible. The maintenance guys are nice and maintenance requests get fulfilled pretty quickly. My apartment is roomy and the location is great. I feel very safe and comfortable on this side of town.

I love my apartment! The management has been nothing but nice & friendly, responsive to my requests and address any issues immediately. My neighbors are quiet, the pool is refreshing in the summer time, and the location cant be beat. Right next to the Trinity Trails and a short bike ride or walk away from all the wonderful things Fort Worth has to offer. They also organize some pretty unique events on occasion, such as a food truck one night and a free morning yoga session. Great place overall!

I have lived here over a year and rate it five star. The maintenance team now led by Matt is superior. They are courteous and professional and very respectful handling anything needed and this has been a tougher winter season than was predicted. But they were like troupers in all regards. That is why you might choose to live here. Other near communities or apartments did not get the same level of service. I know as I am a a music teacher and work in those establishments. Amy our Regional Manager is a real asset to the community. Her management team has been supportive and communicative. Especially Emily who never forgets to make a thank you a part of her business acumen. She will get promoted some day soon and we’ll deserved and earned. You get what you pay for in these times but my unsolicited review is true

I moved here about a month ago from California. The staff helped me through all my questions and concerns and got me through the process super easily. Theyre always so helpful and just genuinely enjoyable people. I love my apartment! Love the common areas and gym, it’s got everything I need. Additionally the staff really work to create enjoyable events for residents and not just stupid run of the mill ideas. Love all the perks too. Love that the neighborhood is up and coming as well. Fun to watch it grow!

What an amazing property!! Caela was very personable and made our experience worth while. On our tour we had a blast laughing, talking about the property and its amenities, redecorating our new home in my head and so much more. My review is based on the service of the leasing agent. I was considering leasing an apartment at this complex and went by a couple of times over the course of a few days to view their townhome unit which I’d had my eye on. Unfortunately no units were available for the timeframe I was looking at, and so I will not moving forward with leasing at this property. The property itself seems very well maintained, with great amenities, but biggest compliments go to the leasing agent, Emily. She was very informative, attentive, and communicative, without being pushy. She seemed sincere and genuine and gave off the impression that she was interested in my needs rather than just the needs of the property owner. If I have another opportunity to look for a new apartment again later down the road, this complex will be first on my list of places to look, due to the great experience I had.

I’m helping my cousin with his relocation from Nebraska to Fort Worth. After reaching out to several other apartments in the area, Emily was by far the most helpful and responsive. We chatted for awhile about the area, their amenities, and their different size apartments. She really made us feel at ease with such a big change. I love that we can do everything from a different state and he’ll have a place to move right into when he gets to Fort Worth. He is going to lease a 1x1 after the new year and I’m certain he’ll be right at home!

We have had a great experience with the new management here. We submitted our application and deposit in October but had some things come up and werent able to move. We thought we had lost our deposit, only to come back in January and find out that Amy had held it for us! We were thrilled to not only have saved several hundred dollars, but Amy went above and beyond to find the exact floorplan we needed. We have 2 young kids and feel very welcomed here as well, the pool is great and obviously the location and school district are pretty unbeatable for central Fort Worth. Having previously rented from a smaller management company, its a relief to be moving to a larger corporate complex that runs a tight ship and offers the amenities we need and has higher maintenance and building standards. Very excited about our upcoming move!

I love living here! The complex is clean and beautiful with all of the landscaping. I have lived here nearly 2 years and since they switched management about a year ago, I have had hardly any issues. Tomie at the leasing office is extremely helpful and accessible; you can tell she actually cares about the tenants!The only issue with this place is parking. There are very limited spots and it is very difficult for guests to find parking. I ended up having to buy a covered spot; would have been nice if it was included in the rent price. Guests can park at the front where the office is, though so it’s not too big of a deal. Also, once COVID hit, the pool became closed on weekends which is understandable but probably deserving of some sort of rent deduction.

I cant speak for the apartment complex itself - I decided to go with a place that fit my budget a little bit better. HOWEVER, this is some of the best customer service I have ever received. Im from Oklahoma City and am unable to come down to look at places to live before my move to Fort Worth. Alexa made the process so easy and was wonderful in answering all of my questions and concerns. Her responses were always very quick, transparent and full of detail. She sent me pictures, videos, and answered my questions very thoroughly. Although it didnt quite work out for me, if youre looking for places to live, I highly recommend looking here - you wont be disappointed with the kindness and service you receive!

Occasionally management will have fun activities for the family or a food truck parked outside, which is awesome when you don’t feel like cooking.I rented sight-unseen because I was coming from out of state, and Leasing was very helpful answering all my questions remotely. When I arrived, the unit was exactly as described. Kitchen needed a little elbow grease to get clean but everything else was spotless.My unit has a Wi-Fi garage door opener, so I can take fat self out on a brisk walk and only bring my phone.If I were to constructively criticize, water pressure could be better.Overall I enjoyed living here. I’d stay here longer if I could.

These are fantastic apartments! You CANNOT beat the location! The grounds are kept clean and manicured. The apartments are updated, easy to maintain and clean. There are no pest problems and the complex is extremely pet friendly with dog stations and a dog park. Managment attends to maintence request quickly and professionally-they go above and beyond. The front office is available, answer questions clearly and are extremely helpful. Pool area is refreshing and rarely crowded. This is a safe community and neighbors are kind and quiet! You will be able to easily call this complex home!

I wish I would have found this place sooner. After deciding to rent because of the wild housing market, we luckily passed by here and stopped right in. The process was so streamlined and quick, it was awesome. My first week here has been wonderful. I feel safe, it’s quiet (almost serene), it’s nicely remodeled, and is just the perfect spot. Lots of grass and trees, and a beautiful pool. Pay for parking so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot. Maintenance came right away to fix a few things and were very friendly. I just put in some work orders for a few minor items, which is easy to do on their app. Door to door trash pick up is a big perk for the kids. We don’t have all our stuff here yet, but we all agree it’s very nice and feels like home already. It’s such a great location, close to downtown but still feels like a little niche spot with trails and cattle across the bridge by Clearfork. Were glad we stumbled upon this place, plus it feeds into some great schools. If your doing a remodel in 76109, they have short leases btw! I don’t know their screening process but everyone here is so wonderful, like literally. We’ve met some of the best people here. Rent is paid on an app, I set it up on auto pay. Parking isn’t bad, or as bad as some others say, I’ve had no problems since I’ve moved my stuff into my garage and have to look for parking. Work orders get handled immediately and the office even followed up to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. Just read some less than stellar reviews on here. If your an unhappy/argumentative/etc etc type of person, you’ll never have a good experience wherever you are 🤷🏼‍♀️ so I don’t buy into what their saying. Either should you. I don’t work here and wasn’t paid for this (HA!) I just like to give props when it’s deserved.

No doubt Michelle Stewart and crew will continue to do a great job.And personally when moving she worked with me. I had to move my move out date three times. I love Overton Trails apartments. The staff is always friendly and helpful! Within my first week here I attended a community event at the clubhouse, it was a lot of fun and I met a ton of people. I love the 24 hour fitness area and the dog park. Very quiet community and I have no complaints! Im trying to get my friends to move here.

I have lived here for 2 years and I am liking the new changes that I have seen. I personally have not met the new office staff yet, but I can see the effort and care they have been putting into the property over the past month and I like it. People are complaining about the new trash policy? Why? It helps everyone dispose of their trash, so our community stops looking like we didnt learn how to throw our trash away in kindergarten and the importance of waste disposal. I have needed a few maintenance repairs with the new team and my issues were taken care of in less than 24 hours. I guess there will always be a few people who cant handle change, but coming from those who enjoy this community, there are many of us who are perfectly happy here.

Ill be going to TCU in the fall of 2022 and a friend told me to check out her complex. Im really impressed with The Club at Stonegate and all their amenities. The property is very big and spread out which I like because you dont feel like youre right on top of your neighbor. Ill definitely be back next summer to lease a one bedroom! The ladies in the office are very helpful and responsive!

The apartment complex is a great place to live. They offer a lot of amenities (pool, workout room, free space, dog park, club house, etc.) and are really friendly. They send their maintenance guy over in 2-3 business days if it isn’t an emergency, which is better than most places I’ve lived. The location of the complex is 10-15 minutes away from pretty much everything you need. This time frame is very reasonable for the DFW area. Anyone you ask will tell you it takes at least that to get anywhere. You are right by the highway which makes it easy to get places far fast, which is really nice. Not far from downtown either, so ubers are fairly cheap if you don’t have a DD. The only down side I have found with the complex is that it’s hard to find a parking space. They have a few designated spots for guest around the complex. Overall it’s a great place to live with all the events that they have, price point, location, and amenities.

My experience with Overton Trails has been wonderful thus far (Ive lived here for 5 weeks now). The management is responsive and follows up promptly with any concerns you might have. The amenities are a nice plus and the community has a very laid-back, relaxed feel. There is a walking trail around the complex and a lot of grassy patches for dogs to roam. So far, I highly recommend Overton Trails as a home! Haleigh and Shelbi are noteable employees from leasing.

The property is beautiful, the amenities are exactly fine tuned to the needs of young professional/students living in the city, and the STAFF are the BEST! This place was awesome! I was around the area and decided to stop in because I read such great reviews on this complex. Everything was very organized and clean, and when I had any questions, the staff was more than welcome to help me with anything I requested. The first agent I talked with was Shelbi Odell and she made my visit extremely warm and welcoming! Not only did she have an answer to every question, but she made sure she did everything in her power to provide details to everything the complex offered. All of the properties looked fantastic and I would highly recommend someone to check this place out! The overall experience of my visit was exceptional and the property was second to none!

I’ve lived here for going on 3 years, I have zero complaints and the staff have been amazing. I think people who write the bad reviews need to look at themselves and how they handle certain situations, you have to remember that things break and situations happen. People deal with it differently...but if you stay calm it will work it’s self out. I’ve had issues with my AC, who doesn’t in Texas when it’s 100deg outside! These units will break when punished and when a good amount go down at one time, the maintenance may take some time to prioritize and get things taken care off. I have nothing but praise for all the staff here and the accommodations are high end. Remember you are paying for the 76109 zip too.

I’d like to acknowledge Emma and Raul for their recent attention to a low functioning AC unit in a 3rd floor apartment. Texas heat is no joke and their attention to the issue was excellent. The apartment was hovering around a very uncomfortable 80 degrees. Raul took every step possible to fix the unit and Emma followed up with me without hesitation to report on the attempts to fix and the final remedy.

Overton Trails Apartments are amazing and so is Shelbi Odell!!!My daughter was recently hired for a brand new job and had to relocate from Florida to Fort Worth. My husband, my daughter and myself flew in July for three intense days to try to find an apartment for our daughter, we needed to find something for an August move in date. We had seen a total of seven apartments before we went to Overton Trails. We called ahead and made an appointment for a tour. When we arrived we were greeted by the agent Shelbi Odell. Honestly she was heaven sent. Shelbi sat down with us and made us feel very welcomed, she answered all our questions (and we had a lot...lol) without hesitation. Shelbi was extremely patient, very honest and knowledgeable. She made us feel like family. Immediately my daughter felt right at home and we hadnt even gone on our tour yet. I knew then that we had found the perfect place. As we went on a tour everything looked perfect. The grounds were immaculate and the apartment we were shown was beautiful. My daughter told Shelbi she had a pet dog and Shelbi was amazing by talking about her dogs as well. She showed us the doggie park and the doggie spa. We left that day so happy we did not go to see any other apartments and came back the next day so my daughter could fill out the application. Shelbi made the whole process so easy and smooth for my daughter that as parents we could not have more pleased. Fast forward to August when we arrived for moving day, my daughter went to the office to pick up her keys and she was greeted with a welcome little basket that included doggie treats for her dog (how special was that :-)) When we arrived at the apartment to move in we were so impressed on how clean the empty apartment was. It has been exactly one month today since my daughter moved in and she could not be any happier. We are so grateful to Shelbi Odell for she is the reason my daughter now calls Overton Trails Apartments her new home!Its amazing how one person with the right attitude and can make a world of a difference. We highly recommend this property.

We moved to Fort Worth and the Club at Stonegate in August of 2020, from out of town. The frenzied sellers market for homes, and low inventory, long time in looking forced us to go with an apartment; (wanted our home completely sold first before purchasing another one. Our realtor suggested this complex, and we had a positive experience with our 7 month stay. The complex was safe, and quiet where we were living. It is a nice sized set of buildings, and our neighbors were friendly and polite. We had not lived in an apartment for 30+ years. We chose the recommended providers that management suggested. Everything went smooth, once we were linked in with the electricity and tv services. Maintenance men on the grounds were quick to respond when we had an issue. Did not have any major problems with our apartment. Everything worked adequately. A washer and dryer, along with a refrigerator was provided for us as well. This allowed us to keep ours in storage, and made for less work on the moving part. As we ended our lease, we used the professional housekeeping and carpet cleaners that were suggested also. They were prompt, answered my calls, and arrived on the day expected. Our apartment was a downstairs 3 bed, 2 bath.I wanted to add that the Club at Stonegate is very conveniently located to major grocery stores, the Trinity Trails for walking and many restaurants.
