My leasing experience was really great and easy. Adrianna and Lacey are very professional and made it a quick process. They’ve very up to date with maintenance and it gets done the same day. I love my place and neighborhood. My neighbors are easy to get along with and the property is clean.

I have been here going 2 years now and I’m so happy with the new upgrades! Lacy and Jessica are awesome very. So now I can honestly say I have been here a total of going on five years and our maintenance staff. They are exceptional. Our property manager she is amazing. The only thing I will say is Parking in a little you know hectic but as long as you register your car and you park in the designated area, you should be fine. I love living in this community.

A beautiful place to stay and the staff in the office gives such great customer service and are always helpful when you have a question. I love their pool. It’s a very great place to stay for you or if you have a family or pet. I will give them 10 stars if it would let me lol.. keep up the great work you guys I would definitely recommend these apartments to my friends and family.

I moved in earlier this year and have experienced nothing but peace and quiet here, I love it! My neighbors are friendly and the office staff is always on top of things, the maintenance team is also super friendly and hardworking I have nothing but great things to say about them. I have had a renters dream come true with living here. I have referred two other people already and would recommend this complex to anyone who is currently searching for a new location to live at :-)

My son lives here so I visit often. The parking lot is always clean. The breezeways look clean and neat. The apartment is freshly painted and remodeled. My son made an excellent choice moving here. If I didnt own a home I would live here too.

This place has made many improvements since we first moved in here 3/2022. All areas are free of trash. The back where the water run off is cleaned up and actually a peaceful area. The residents are respectful towards one another, something that was lacking 6 months ago. Under this newer management, there is a sense of family orientation. Management is friendly and proactive when a comment or concern arises. I see the negative reviews and I can assure you that these would’ve applied to disgruntled residents for not complying to the positive changes in process or when we were under poor management. Do not be discouraged by the negative reviews. The Club at Stablechase had to make tough decisions to clean this place up and they truly did clean it up. I would highly recommended this place to anyone who is searching for a place to live.

Lacy has always done her best to be flexible around my circumstances to accommodate them! She’s worked with me on a couple occasions and tries to meet tenants halfway to meet a resolution!

I went on a tour with Adrianna and it was nothing short of amazing. I immediately filled out an application. I initially applied for the 1bdrm Brookshire floorplan . I was blew away . I was also able to sneak in on a tour of the 2-2 Fox Chase and both of the apartments were gorgeous . The swimming pool is remarkable and the fitness center is top tier. Overall I had an outstanding experience visiting and meeting with the leasing team here at Club Of Stablechase. If the lord says the same Ill be resident 1/17/24!

Toured and fell in love with my apartment! Great environment, quiet location, lovely community and the office staff were amazing! My leasing agent Emeliza helped me through the entire application process and made me feel comfortable applying, not like the other locations nearby (who were rude)

I just moved in and I am really impressed with what they are doing with the place. I dont usually leave reviews unless I really like or dislike a place. The office staff have been great and maintenance has been really quick about fixing a few minor things in my apartment after move-in. One of the biggest bonus is its location. I love the easy access to the freeway while still not being in one of places right On the freeway. You dont get that freeway noise here. So, I will give this place thumbs up!

I love The Club At Stablechase! When I first moved here I fell in love with my unit. The pics serves no justice compared to what these units truly look like in person. I am absolutely in love with the high ceilings. That was an eye catcher for sure. The grounds and exterior are always kept up. This complex defiantly shows they’re putting money back into their establishment. Since I’ve been here I have seen the grounds and building pressured washed, new paintings, new smart locks-thermostats, maintenance is always a call away and the staff is always looking for ways to satisfy each tenant. I feel very safe here! I’ve never felt more at home! Keep up the great work staff! You guys are doing an exceptional job and it doesn’t goes unnoticed! 💕

I would like to say first coming to The club staplechase apt. It felt like hm. Lacy the manager was so helpful. She explain everything you need to know about apt. I would like to say thanks for everything. I really love its so peaceful living here.

Moved in back in April. The management has changed since then. I know there are a number of bad reviews on here, but to be honest I have not really had any issues with the staff since the change. When something is not working correctly it is fixed in a timely manner. The office is closed a lot more than I would think is ok. But for the most part it is easy to just walk back over to see if open or call them. Yes the pool was closed most of the summer, but it was being worked on. Side note: it is a nice pool. Any time I have had an issue it just took me talking to them and bam fixed. Most of my waiting for things to be fixed was from the previous management. Over all I (and my children) are happy here. Plus the schools near by are good.

These apartments are so beautiful. From the luxurious common areas and pool area to the newly remodeled units. Fairly priced and in a good area. Staff is super helpful and always so friendly. Can’t wait to move in!!

This property went through a complete management change, before then we had thoughts about breaking the lease we had with the old management. With Kevin and the new staff were unable to put into words how much we appreciate them and their kindness, because of Kevin we are renewing for another year with this apartment. So many upgrades and renovations are being made to make the quality of life better, we want to personally thank Kevin for all the hard work he has put forth to make our lives in The Club better.

I just moved in here not to long ago and so far it has been great. Jessica has been amazing. I was moving from a long distance and wasn’t gonna make it in time before the office closed and jessica stayed longer to wait for me to make sure I got in my apartment. My apartment is beautiful, and any issues I’ve had so far their maintenance has been in the same day to take a look and fix the issue.

I have been a resident at Stablechase for two years.There have been a few staff changes and they are getting the community together. This new staff is on point and dedicated to us as residents. I love the add ons, backyards, electronic entry and air control etc. Whenever I have an issue, it is handled immediately and that I truly can appreciate.

Ive lived here for about 6 months now and I havent had any issues with the ladies in the office( Ashley especially has been really great with helping me get packages or answer any of my questions),or the complex itself. It has been really quiet for being a apartment complex, the maintenance guys are friendly and I havent had any issues with them or the minor request Ive put in so, so far so good.

Where can I start . Well Ill start on a Leasing Agent name Larkon. I needed an apartment so bad based on a bad and scary apartment experience prior where I was in the last days of my 60 day vacate. That beautiful person name Larkon made me feel so comfortable and did everything he could to help me. Honesty, Kindness ,Motivation, Customer Service and Sales with a smile over the phone!!! Wow!!! It gets no better than that! Even though I was so happy , I messed up the application but he and the Manager Mrs. Regina tried to help me but I wasnt Cleo and the cards just wasnt in my favor. But, I feel if youre truly seeking a place to live I recommend these apartment for you next home. They are amazing !!!! Thank You for yall kindness.

I’ve been on the property for nearly 6 years and Mosiac is the best Management Company that this property has had. Extremely kind and responsive and you can tell they truly care about this property. This used to be a nice quiet property before Greystar took over. It went downhill with Greystar. Now that Mosiac and the wonderful staff took it over, this property is back to the wonderful, pretty and quiet complex it used to be. Thank you to all the hard work this office does for the tenants. Couldn’t ask for anybody better. Great office personnel and great maintenance staff. You will not be disappointed renting here.
