I recently completed a year-long stay at the Club at Riverchase Apartments, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The community is perfect for families, and my children had a blast! The staff was always on hand to assist with any needs, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.The location couldnt be more convenient, nestled in a prime spot thats both accessible and serene. The value for the price is exceptional, providing all the amenities we needed without breaking the bank. One of the standout features has to be the stunning view of the golf course. It became a cherished backdrop for many family walks and memories.A special thank you to everyone at the Club at Riverchase Apartments for making our time here so enjoyable. We couldnt have asked for a better place to call home for the past year.

Thank you so much to maintenance team - especially technician Jesus - for fixing the screen window, patching a closet rod, checking the bathroom faucet, and changing the light bulbs. The technician came out the day after we asked for support! We love the campus here and Maria from leasing office is very helpful and accommodating.

Just moved in about 3 weeks ago. So far my husband and I have been very pleased with the maintenance and all the service here. The apartment assistance, maintenance, sale and customer service, everybody has been doing their part very well. Maintenance order has been fixed within a day or 2. We so far feel satisfied with the service and thought that we had made the right choice staying here.

I have enjoyed living here and excited to renew my lease. The maintenance team is amazing and comes same day whenever I have had issues. The grounds are always clean and well kept, pools are clean and we enjoy them very much. Communication from the front office is amazing. They text when there are issues in the complex and communicate to residents on reminders/updates.

The office staff are attentive and helpful. They always respond to my texts and emails quickly so there is never a need to go into the office. I love the maintenance team. Ive never had to submit a second work order for them to come back. They fix things right the first time and I really appreciate that. If you are looking for a new place to live, I recommend The Club at Riverchase because they offer great customer service.

Great place to live. Good area. Have not had a problem with repairs needed. Most repairs the same day. Work orders can be placed from your mobile device and helps to add pictures of the items needing repairs.

5/5/2024We lived here for a little over 2 years now and it has been a great experience! There really is a sense of community here and I love how well kept the community is. We hardly have any issues and if for any reason we do, we have been able to contact the property manager Maria and her team and they took care of us in a reasonable amount of time. Im sad this may be our last year with this community as we plan to move in the future but glad we chose to live here!- - - -I will provide an update on the move-out process/experience once we get there.

She goes above and beyond the call in handling all matters.Jesus and his maintenance team has been phenomenal and we thank him and them for their outstanding job in responding quickly and effectively when handling all of our maintenance needs.We love our apartment and facilities due to the fact that it is very quiet, clean, safe, and we have really nice neighbors.

This place is great. My neighbors have always been friendly and we hang out. I feel like Im part of a community. Best part are the events. The lady who hosts the events has kids and does food trucks, pool events, workouts, and even grab n go stuff for us. She lives here too. I brought her and her family some cookies as a thank you once. If your looking to move check this place out. The manager (I forget her name) is a really nice lady too.

If youre in the market for a new place to call home what are you waiting on? I lived here for a year previously and came back and this is my third year at this property. The manager Maria is by far the best property manager I have encountered at a property, her mannerism and exemplary customer service is amazing, she also makes sure the property is clean and policies are enforced to keep the property up. The maintenance staff are on point. We have a lot of activities to meet the people in our community and it is a lot of fun. I am happy to live here.

I just can’t emphasize enough how lucky I am to have found this condo. I just signed my 4th year living here while I complete my studies.When I first moved here in 2021, things were difficult to get done, maintenance issues in fact. The apartment was given to me in the same state as the last person left it. The only thing was that it had recently been badly repainted. But it was very dirty. Not big deal, I made records of everything, and I cleaned, painted and replaced everything to my taste. A few months later the acting manager left and Maria Osborn came back, as I think she was managing another location. Ever since I have never had a problem here. One time one of our neighbors came in with a very noise sport car, a Camaro, he he used to park it right in front of my window, and woke me up everyday at 5:18am, I had to complain, the office took care of it, and the neighbors were very understanding as well. Other than that you don’t hear even a cricket sound ever, which I love because I needed to study very hard and I needed silence. All parking spaces are taken care of, if by some reason someone is at your spot, the leasing office with send a massive text message to let know that a parking space is occupied, remove the car or it will be towed within the next several minutes. I have never used the pool, or the gym, or the public laundry; but I always see people using it, so it must be working fine. The maintain cleaned all areas; disposed the trash regularly. There is a 30 dollars mandatory fee for valet trash. The covered parking spaces are 20 dollars a month, water and gas is billed with the rent, and they even have a program that for 5 dollars a month you can build your credit, they will make the reports to the bureau. They also do activities for children very frequently, movie nights, BBQ weekends, etc…if I have a maintenance issue, with the fireplace leaking water when it rains really hard, the AC filter they replace it every month, or the AC wasn’t cooling one time, they came immediately and fix the problem. You just have to communicate using the proper channels. Keep in mind this is all wood, if you move to a 1st floor, there is nothing that can be done to prevent the steps from walking on the second floor to be heard, and it vibrates with the sound. That’s why it is better a second floor.Other than that, I hope you’re lucky enough to get approved at this community, this area in Coppell is great; very quiet, very safe, and beautiful.

This has been by far the BEST apartment experience I have ever had. Every year I move into a new apartment for personal reasons and I cant thank Lauren and Rebecka enough for making this transition incredibly smooth and stress free for me. They were professional at answering all my questions through either email or text message. Updating my lease to add my cousin, garage, and pet.Yesterday when I moved in I was so impressed with how clean the entire apartment was. Usually when you move into a new apartment you still need to clean certain areas because its oblivious someone didnt clean it properly, but that was not the case for me. Also, I love how quite the whole apartment complex is! My apartment is right next to the dog park and I still cant hear anything!In my honest opinion, this apartment complex has gone above and beyond to make their residence feel welcomed. If youre interested in this apartment complex, Lauren and Rebecka will make you feel at home! Youll also love how everything is paperless and they send everything to your email. Even nice notes to inform you when trash pick up is!Thank you Ladies for all your support!

Nice experience you’re moving here for the area over anything. Which is now overrun with construction of a DART rail right behind the apartments. Service is okay but you may have to put in multiple maintenance requests before something gets done, but they will always help you come to a resolution. The water pressure in certain sinks and rooms is just too inconsistent from my point of view after living in two separate apartments here.

All the staff here are wonderful. The Office Staff are helpful and sweet.The Care Team go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome.The planned community events are AWESOME! The Complex Courtesy Officer will go out of her way to ensure you are safe and very helpful in time of need. The Maintenance Crew Tony and his partner always have a smile and a joke very helpful too.The apartments them self are very comfortable and up to date.

Updated 3/20/22 - The Apartment life team (Ashley & Jordan) are AMAZING!!!UPDATED 2/2018-I have been here through several changes and I can say honestly that the current manager cares about what is going on at the property. Maintenance always completes my requests within 24 business hours and they have continuously worked to make improvements to the property. The area is clean and the community events are a lot of fun!Ive been here only a few months (I came right at the time of management change). Things were rocky in the beginning due to staff /management changes.Through it all, the office staff has been diligent to resolve any issues and a pleasure to work with. All maintenance requests were completed within 24 hours and they keep the property really nice and clean--even in the back of the complex. For this property to be going through various transitions I have had a top notch experience. Theyll never be able to please everyone and there will be decisions made by corporate that we may not like, but as a current resident and I give them 5 stars. :-)

This has really been an awesome experience living here! Something unique with the Club at Riverchase is that they have an Apartment Life Team that throws community events... they’re always fun and they go the extra step to make you feel more connected like family! My move in process at the club was very easy and Maria in the office is very sweet and helpful answered all my questions quickly on my first night I forgot to register my car Maria called towing right away because she notice and told them not to tow me!! maintenance Is nice and quick with work orders when I moved in my fridge wasn’t working he came out quickly to see what was the issue, the apartment & community is beautiful great price & great quiet location I am very satisfied so far I am loving it here! 🩷

We moved into The Club at Riverchase apartments in July of 2020. My husband and I have been very pleased overall with living here. The week we moved in we were welcomed into their community. They have an apartment life team on staff that holds a variety of events monthly that the whole family can enjoy. This has really made living here such an enjoyable experience and really makes living here unique. We not get the chance to win fun prizes from events, but we get to meet our neighbors through food truck events as well as the other events they hold (both virtually and in person with social distancing). The apartment complex is also efficient and clear with their communication with residents through texts, emails, etc.The only things I can think of that could be improved is having the dumpsters on sight be emptied more frequently as well as having the gates into the complex fixed on a consistent basis. Other than that, this place has exceeded our expectations!

Its a very quiet community. The neighborhood around the apartments is very nice, and theres a golf course right across the street. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

I have been living in this complex for almost 6 years .. and I want to say this is the BEST . It’s clean and quiet we never have issue with neighbors .everything is under control from the management. The maintenance is super fast whenever we have issue they come the next day to fix it. We decided to buy a home that’s why we gave them our 3 month notice but we had issues with the home buyer so we decided to stay and we are happy we did.. they told us they are going to change all kitchen appliances with new ones.I extended my stay for another 13 months and I am happy I did .

I moved in to the Marquis in March of 2014. My initial experience was fantastic, from office staff to maintenance, everyone was very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately after a month and a half, I realized the apartment that I had rented was far too small for my needs. I shared this in a survey and not long after, Amanda contacted me and offered to waive the $500 transfer fee and allow me to move to an apartment that was larger. The move went without a hitch, the staff was great to work with and I havent had a single negative experience at this community. Im incredibly pleased with my new home and intend to stay at the Marquis for some time.

On the morning of 9.5.2023, I woke up to no air conditioning in my unit - ARGH!!!!!! I could not have had a better service response than what I received from Armando - he responded quickly, was very professional, helpful and explained what neeeded to be done in order to repair same. When he followed up later in the afternoon [even in this gosh awful heat] to complete the work order, he did so efficiently and professionally. Armando and the maintenance team are the best! :)

Five stars across the board. This has been one of my favorite places to live. Ashley our leasing consultant has been helpful since the day we moved in. Our apartment was very clean and cozy upon arrival. The grounds here are peaceful and relaxing as well. Its across from a golf course which gives you a beautiful view for walks and drives. Im enjoying my stay here and would recommend Marquis at Riverchase to you dear reviews reader whoever you are. And by the way Jesus loves you and has a great plan for your life!

We lived here for one year, it was the first place we lived in Texas. We enjoyed our time here and moved because we purchased a home. There were a lot of things we liked, but a few that keep me from giving a full 5 stars.Pros: quiet complex, semi updated apartments, high ceilings, no parking issues, no bug issues, nice pool, friendly people, text system about pool closures and such, large bathtubs, and fun complex events!Cons: there were some trash issues, but I do think they have made some changes since we moved out that have hopefully alleviated the issues, a handful of extra charges that are mandatory added on to rent, move out process included some lies an no willingness to make things right, one broken pedestrian gate into the complex, often some pool gates were locked without explanation, the clubhouse is not rented out for personal events on weekends, and rent went up quite a bit when we would have renewed- another reason we chose to buy a house instead of rent one more year.

My boyfriend and I moved in early July. From the very beginning, the team was nothing but polite. The tour of the complex was peaceful and charming. The application process was very easy, and we got the apartment we wanted with no trouble! Every time I have put a work order in, it’s done SAME DAY! This community cares so much for their residents. They really go above and beyond!

But this community is also gated, the lawncare is meticulous, and the layouts are a perfect blend of conventional and modern with stainless steel appliances. Coppell has a lot of good choices, but this one deserves your attention!

I would like to highlight Lauren Mcgee for the outstanding customer service provided. I came from California and knew nothing of Dallas and its surrounding areas or utility companies and the information provided by Lauren made my transition so much easier.From the start when filling out my application in California she was there to help, then upon my arrival she assisted with finding me the correct apartment to meet my needs along with a garage that I use for storage, this is such a plus rather than using a storage facility off property. No matter what challenge or question I have had Lauren has been there to assist in a true professional manner. She has been such a help and continues to do so.

I know there are many bad reviews.And few issues are there and correct so ill not repeat them.But there are good aspects as well.. e.g the maintenance crew is great .. i have never had any issue with that.There might be occasional unannounced water turn off and other issues .the new management has gradually taken over in a good way.. we had an AC issue(not cooling) which we realized was more than the weather issue.. we requested them a little before 6 pm.. and it was fixed the same day.. which is great in this hot weather.

Very family friendly. The complex is in a quiet area and the neighborhood is safe. Great area to exercise along riverchase dr. However, if you are new/out of state, keep in mind that there’s not much going on in Coppell, so you would either go to Lewisville, Irving, or Carrollton for stuff.

These are decent apartments.Clean and quiet community.People at the leasing office are helpful.They need to upgrade the gym though.Best part of living here is the CARES team.They organize 3-4 fun and exiting events every month and everyone enjoys them.

We moved in couple months ago from out of town.. Angelica and Rebecca made the move so very smooth, everything was done online n on call.. they genuinely help you out with everything..This rent n expense are lowest I could find in Coppell...They have these community events, like Easter egg hunt, pancake dinner, wine night etc.. these are so unique n nice.. so far it has been very good experience
