We just moved in last week and I have to say that:1) Letty has been instrumental in our move-in success. We were moving to Texas from Ohio & had a quick turnaround for work. She was always timely, professional, and accommodating. Absolutely amazing to work with.2) We love the apartment location. Its near everything & only 20 minutes from Fort Worth & 30 from Dallas. So much to do, but in a quiet & safe neighborhood.3) We love the renovations in our apartment. Our shower is literally made by the Gods & has amazing water pressure & there were thoughtful touches & paint color, lighting, and an LED fireplace display.So happy we made this our new home!

Ive been in my bungalow for one month and I love it!!! Its very cozy and the community is very nice. From the time I came in to get info on the property to my move in Leticia Gaytan has been very helpful. I like the fact that its a small community and I dont have to fight for a parking space or even worry about loud noise. The neighbors are very nice and respectful. Im glad I took my time on finding a place. I call this a hidden gem because you really notice off the main road which I like.

I wish I could give more than five stars. These homes are beautiful and they do a good job keeping the property clean and well kept. I must say what really sold my son on this place was Natasha the manager. As an overbearing and always concerned Momma I went with him to look at places to live. We did not get a good feeling until we came in here. Natasha greeted us with a smile and a bubbly friendly attitude. She really took the time to listen to what Jason wanted and she walked him through the steps since hes new at this. She was so patient with my millions of dumb questions. Again helicopter Momma here. While we were going over paperwork her office got busy. Someone moving in that day came in. Other people who lived at The Bungalows also came in. She handled it very well. Jason and myself loved how well she handled all the people coming in at once. We were so happy to see her call each person out by name and chat with them. She really cares about the people she manages. Sorry my review is so long but she left a lasting impression on me. Jason cannot wait to call The Bungalows his home. Natasha thank you again for being so patient and kind with me. I know I had a lot of dumb questions.

Where do I start I lost my home due to the increase of rent and was looking for a new home for me and my son I came across the Bungalows where I was assisted by Mrs Heather from the first day of speaking with Heather she made me feel like I already had a home before I even applied she is such a sweet lady very courteous great communication skills and great customer service skills before I moved into my home I literally called Heather every day just to make sure everything was good to go if I needed to do anything else if anything else was due for me to pay Mrs Heather stayed in communication with me until I moved in. She made me feel like she knew how bad I needed a home for my child and she assured me that will take place. Even the preference of where I wanted to move in she was able to get the unit for a me.me and my son are now in our home and we love it I thank you Heather for all you did for me you are awesome

My husband and I recently moved here, and we couldn’t be happier. Natasha, the manger, has been so sweet and helpful! She alone has made it worth staying here. The staff/maintenance has been very friendly and welcoming. Also the Bungalows are in a great location (right near a grocery store, banks and food). The residents have been kind and quiet so far. It’s a very peaceful atmosphere!

We have lived here since August 2016. We are very happy here. When there are maintenance issues they are addressed in a timely manner. We have no complaints with management. When we moved in Natasha was managing and she was then transferred to another property. We are so happy she is back. Staff is always friendly and easy to deal with. This is a quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are very friendly as well. We also enjoy fishing at Lake Arlington it is so close.

Moving to the area in a couple of months, checked out these apartments online. They look great!! Called and spoke to Leticia she was very helpful and sweet. She let me know the elementary school that was nearby since I have a 5 year old. I booked an appointment for next week, cant wait!!

The Bungalows at Lake Arlington is a stellar place to live. It has a real community feel and spirit. The management team is caring and expedient. They hosts events at least once a month and give us so many opportunities to get to know our neighbors personally. I am a teacher and it is affordable plus I feel safe. I can not say enough about how perfect The Bungalows is to live. I’ve lived here for quite some time and plan to live here indefinitely. It is HOME.

She sent maintenance over right away, you would have thought she lived here. (I love our maintenance tech)I appreciate the way she address my concerns rapidly. If you are wanting to live where they know you by name not apartment number or rent amount this is the place! Its quiet and clean. They take pride in not only the apartments but the tenants as well. If you need anything there is 100 different ways to get it handled. Any work order we put in is taken care of in the order of importance. We never have to double call or check up on it. From the moment we walked in to check availability Natasha has been AMAZING. She even called our cable provider to help us get our tv situation taken care of. Honestly couldnt ask for a better place to call home.

I would give 10 if it was allowed.The property management is AMAZINGMelissa is so kind and sooooo caring,She takes a sense of ownership as if shes moving. Each home has is own personal touch and the cutest 900 sq ft ever. Most of the people who live here stick and stay so you might not be able to view a floor plan but dont worry the home will be just as they described with a small dog park for the dog families.There are lost of food restaurants in the surrounding area, gas stations, STARBUCKS 😜 and churches. If you picked this location you will be very pleased, no bugs, no loud neighbors or fast cars, no junky side walks or trash area. Also the management is one call away and maintenance response within a very fast timely matter. I feel like lived here for years the way I was welcomed and treated.I love it here❤❤❤❤❤

Ms. Donna and Ms. Leddie are the best! They have both gone above and beyond to meet our needs, as well as Vince in maintenance. Any minor issues we had were resolved promptly and efficiently. We really like it here. Its peaceful and the neighbors are great!

Everyone here is like a family and the maintence guy I think his name is derik he has been here as long as I’ve lived here and is the BOMB. he definitely goes above and BEYOND for everyone. Not to mention the new lady in the office is the nicest lady. I’m not sure what her name is but she is definitely the best at her job.
