I am really happy to be here at the Bridges. Any time I need something they are answering you that same day. The only reason I am moving is to be back home with family. I recommend The Bridges to anyone for it is an awesome place to live. I will miss it. Thank you to the office staff for helping me. Thank you to the staff that works hard to keep things cleaned up and replacing things when needed. So Thank you Scott Randle and the rest of the crews that work hard. God Bless All! -

The apartment complex is beautiful and has everything I wanted. Its perfect for my sister, our animals and me. Vivica, the leasing agent, is wonderful! She has been so patient in showing us around, answering a multitude of questions, and helping with our application process. Im so excited about moving in! -

Extremely clean, very well kept up, quiet, safe and secure community! Hands down the best apartment complex in Sherman. Vivica is superb - very knowledgeable and helpful, in addition to being very kind and personable. I feel very welcomed by my new neighbors and everyone in the leasing office. This move was a huge transition and Vivica has been there every step of the way with prompt responses, explanations and help. -

By far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in . I feel safe here , lots of building and parking lot lites , maintenance staff are always professional and fixed issues very quickly and right . Pool area is clean and very nice . Grass is always mowed and kept clean . Highly recommend -

My husband and I have downsized after many years in a home and Sharon, Vivica and Scott have made our journey into this apartment community wonderful! We have had many questions concerns and they have addressed them promptly with all the grace and kindness making us feel completely welcome and very much at ease during a very stressful time of our lives! I will be forever grateful! -

Beautiful property, great staff, and very nice apartments with granite counters and washer/dryers already installed. Definitely worth visiting. I liked it so much, I lived there twice. -

We moved here about a year ago and are renewing our lease. It’s a bit scary to live in a new town 2 hours from your home town. This place is nice, feels like home, you can walk around and it’s so friendly here, even the neighbor. We love to walk to the office every other day to get hot chocolate and enjoy the friendly staff and manager. The maintenance crew is just amazing and friendly. They changed the crew about 4 months or so living here so they have definitely upgraded. If you ever put in a request you will get seen that day or the next if it’s less argent (pretty quick) my family enjoys it here, and definitely recommend others to come and live here. They work so well with everyone and are super great with kids. -

Hands down, the best apartment I have rented. This is a luxury apartment in my opinion. The unit I lived in the past two years is GORGEOUS! The granite counters and stainless steel appliances are beautiful, the flooring is a dark wood color, and the balcony is HUGE! I was able to fit a 4 piece set out there. Im in a 1bed 1 bath unit thats 621sq ft, but it feels spacious inside despite the size. There is a ton of storage in the unit as well. The walk in closet is huge too. You dont need a dresser to put all your clothes in, the closet is big enough for two people to hang everything you own in it. I dont hear much from my neighbors, but everyone here is friendly! The maintenance team is quick to fix any issues. Kashmir in the front office has always been quick to help with any questions I have. I inquired to renew my lease 7 months into my first year here- thats how much I love this community and my apartment. Also, the pool area is beautiful. There are three pools and a hot tub. There is also a nice grill beside it. The only reason I am moving is because of my job. If it wasnt for that, I would continue to live here. If you are not sure if this is the place for you, trust me, it is. -

Just moved in but everyone has been nice. The pools are awesome grounds are so clean. Its the newest and in my opinion best complex in sherman. The little walking track is alright I had different expectations but its still pleasant. The staff is great and treat us like family. Im having a great time here and love my apartment (it even has a fenced in backyard for my dog). Highly recommend living here! -

The management at this place is awesome. They throw events throughout the year. The rent is fair for the nice luxury apartment youre getting and youre notified regarding matters on property auch as maintenance and/or weather conditions etc etc. Nice luxury pool is really relaxing with bbq and picnic area. The property was ALWAYS clean. I love this place. Kashmere and Tiffany are friendly polite and professional!! -

I have lived here at The Bridges for 3 years. I have no complaints, I feel very safe living here. I know my neighbors, they are friendly and we all watch out for each other. There are never any problems with parties or loud music. The environment is very homey. The staff is AWESOME and punctual. -
