From the tour to move in; the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Azaria personally assisted me the entire time and she was great. She always responds to calls or emails in a timely manner. The unit was ready upon move in and all the maintenance requests have been solved quickly.

Update: Wanted to update that although this has been rocky to start, they have replied to communications, measured for cabinets and have now set up a day to fix the remaining apartment issues weve voiced to them, laundry door, cabinets and porch screen. We have had issues with the water heater leaking and as soon as we have called, maintenance has been out to fix it. Josh and Tabitha have been helpful throughout this process.We moved in here several months ago and were promised new amenities, a pool in the summer. Stefanie told us on our walk through that they were updating our specific unit and Itll be like its brand new! Which is absolutely not the case. When we moved in, we were pretty shocked and upset - missing doorknobs on bathrooms, cabinets were not installed, tools/paint in the closet, doors wouldnt close, screen door wasnt on...just a mess. We called and they fixed the doorknobs and they fixed the doors so theyd be at least functional. Months later, we are still waiting for cabinets, for our screen to be installed and not just on the ground. We moved here wanting to upgrade our living space, but its been disappointing. Ive called asking when these things will be taken care of, was told it would be two weeks and that theyre just on back order, sure no problem. Two weeks came and went and I called and was told I would get a call back, still waiting on that call back weeks later. There is no communication about it, and then to treated like Im an annoyance for asking when they do a walk through, just the icing on top! One of the poorest rental experiences Ive had in 10+ years of renting. The pool is closed all summer too. Would not move here if I could do it over again, missing my old place in Bedford down the street.

Everyone in the office, especially Tabitha is always so kind and attentive to the issues you may experience. Maintenance has always been quick to fix any problems that Ive had with my apartment. Although it may not be the perfect apartment, the staff truly cares and goes above and beyond for their residents!

Ive been living here since june overall its a really nice really quiet place. Everyone in the office is respectful. Maintenance requests are very easy and answered although not much has gone wrong here. Tabitha in the office gets any issue resolved that i come across if i have questions about paying rent because its my first time with my own place she tries her best to help run me through everything. This place has management that cares about residents.

Moved in around a month ago. Had some issues with getting rental history back from the previous state I lived in. Stephanie was amazing through out the process. Kept me updated daily. Maintenance did an amazing job with my move in checklist. Nothing major at all. They even changed my air filter after a couple of weeks of beeing here, which I appreciate. My daughter has really bad asthma so a clean air filter helps out tremendously. Super happy with this complex.

Had a great feel, with trees tall and greenspace to the east; apartment was clean, well lit, and well designed. This ranked number 2 on our finalist list only because it was a bit smaller than an alternative that was at the same price, and a little farther from work and church, but renter could be happy there. I was pre-screening for someone who works full time, and passed on my recommendation that she see this place. Staff was lovely as well.

I just wanted to take a few moments to share my thoughts on this apartment complex.Ive lived here for about 2 years now and am about to renew my lease. In the time Ive been here, over all, my experience has been great. Now, thats not to say everything has been flawless. As with any apartment, its inevitable that things break, a less than perfect neighbor moves in, or some other unforeseen event happens. The staff here has never flinched the few times Ive had to contact them. From Stefanie Crow and Sal (at the office) to the maintenance guys, enough good things cant be said. I am always greeted with a sincere smile and treated with respect. As someone who has done maintenance in the hospitality industry for many years all over the country, I can spot insincerity a mile away and you just dont get that here!The complex grounds are well taken care of and an update/upgrade project to the units is an added bonus. The rental rates are super reasonable to boot!!If youre in the market for a place to call home, I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out!

Office staff is amazing! The apartment is beautiful. The only complaint I have is the At&t sign up. The previous resident never cancelled their service, so they had to confirm I lived here first then they had no appointments until Tuesday, so I havent been able to work. Theres gotta be a better way to do that.Outside of that, I love my new place!!

The maintenance staff at Bradford at the Park are amazing. Every issue Ive had since moving in has been resolved quickly and efficiently. I did not have to wait on them to fix the issues. I put in my requests one day and they handled it within the next 1-2 days.

I dont think Ive ever left a 5 star review for an apartment complex, but The Bradford definitely deserves one!!The staff, management company, maintenance, property, and units are all wonderful! Stefanie Crow, the leasing agent, is always friendly, professional, personable, and helpful! She listened to what I needed in an apartment and went above and beyond in helping me find the right unit for me. She has answered my many questions and resolved the few issues Ive had quickly and efficiently! Richard, the office manager, is hilarious and does a great job as well! All office staff have been very helpful, and thats not something Ive seen much at other properties.The renovations they are doing in the units as well as to the entire property are absolutely beautiful and well worth the small increase in rent.The maintenance team is the best Ive ever experienced- the few maintenance issues Ive had were resolved the same day, including trouble with my AC during that awful heatwave we had this summer.They dont have any hidden fees and the fees they do have are reasonable and help to keep this property running like a well oiled machine!I could go on and on, but Ive already written a novel. I highly recommend The Bradford at the Park to anyone looking to move in the HEB area (good neighbors only please)

I’ve live here since 2016. Management has been great the entire time! They were easy to work with when I needed to transfer my lease from a two bedroom to a one bedroom and I appreciate that more than anything. In my experience they’ve always been quick to handle any maintenance issues and if it can’t be handled then, they make sure to follow up appropriately and follow through. Great location as well. Can’t imagine living anywhere else!

We have lived at this property for over 5 years, and its been very nice, but has improved significantly with the new property management. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood, and perfectly located next to several restaurants and entertainment facilities. This is our second apartment at this property, and we absolutely adore it. Stefanie Crow is an excellent leasing agent...she made the transition flawless for us. Thank you! Shout out to Salvador as well, because he has taken good care of us also!

I recently moved in to the Bradford and I love it. The staff is amazing. The property is very well kept and clean. My neighbors are very friendly. This has an awesome family environment. I cant wait for my grand babies to come over and enjoy the outdoors here at the Bradford. I searched several places before coming to Bradford and from the minute I walked in to the leasing office I felt welcomed. Stefanie is a JEM. She answered all my questions and concerns and has made my new home experience the best. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve lived here for about 2 years now and I can say the Bradford is an amazing complex. The area is quiet and beautiful with lots for trees. Management keeps everything looking very tidy. Stefanie is always so nice and helpful. The entire crew is for that matter. They are always ready to help with any issues or questions. Definitely recommend this place if you are moving to the mid cities area.

I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone moving to the Mid cities area. If you are looking for an affordable place to live with exceptional service this is it. Everyone from office staff to maintenance team are so kind and helpful. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, which were few, they always responded very promptly and fixed the issue same day. The office staff was very helpful when it came to moving in and moving out. The complicated process of moving seemed so easy with all the help this management group provided. My favorite feature of this complex was how dog friendly they are. They have a good size dog park for all residents, and these can be hard to come by with apartments. I also would like to commend the new renovations occurring on the property. Management is doing a great job at making sure the complex is clean, up to date and that the amenities are top tier. I will continue recommending this complex to all moving to the area. Thank you Bradford at the Park!

I have been living at this complex for 3 years and have seen management come in and out. Yes, this may worry some new residents but this has been probably the best three years I have experienced in a long time. Stefanie, Saul, and Diana are phenomenal and are always willing to lend a helping hand in a timely manner. I love the area and the community. Everyone is always very welcoming and I love how quiet the complex is, even when school is out and the kids are running around. I will miss living in my unit and have recommend many friends who plan on moving to the area. If I ever find myself living back in Bedford, The Bradford at the Park will be my first choice.

My Husband and I moved in here February of this year. It has been wonderful, our leasing lady Stefanie Crow is amazing. She helps us in many ways that she can. For example when our fan string broke she got right on it and put in maintenance work for us. The maintenance guys are fabulous here as well. Stefanie is a very hard working young lady, she gets the job done makes sure your apartment is good to go before you move in. I highly recommend having her as a leasing agent. Stefanie is very passionate about her work and her communication skills are fabulous!!

Management very courteous and professional. Maintance comes right away when there is an issue with heat or AC. The complex looks much better with all the upgrades. Moved in two months and I love it! The apartment complex is well kept, office staffs love their positive energy, very helpful, kind and caring for the residents. Something I really appreciate about this complex is that they don’t allow people to trash the community and they hold everyone accountable, even in the little things like people being too loud. They have made a lot of new improvements around the complex sinceI moved in and the place already looks even better! I highly recommend this apartment complex. :)

My wife and Is one bedroom apartment might be a little pricey but since we moved in almost 2 years ago our stay has been pleasant! Our particular building is quiet and we have great neighbors. All of our maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely manner. I understand that there are alot of buildings on the property and they might have negative experiences but for my wife and I its been awesome! There were some flea issues at the dog park but they took care of it last summer and I havent had any problems since. The pool area and gym are awesome and great for BBQs and hanging out with family, friends, and neighbors! I highly recommend this place especially if you can land building one!!

The office staff deserves a great deal of credit. They do their best to help everyone to make them happy even though that is not always possible.I know for a fact they are Very picky with the apartments before they lease one after someone moves out. They insure everything is fixed, painted and thourghly cleaned. This is what should be done but I have been in several that are nasty.Just knowing this apartment community follows professional guidelines.Thank you for all you do!! My job has been amazing to me and Linda at the office has been amazing and very helpful in this time of my life. She truly showed me she cared every step ! We have lived here for two and half years and have loved it. The HEB area is a nice area to live in. The improvements made to the outside of the apts made The Bradford that much better…not to mention all the upgrades to the insides. Cudo’s to the new owners! And Stefanie in the ofc is always on it if you need something! Not to mention funny! …all of them are pretty funny. The community is very quiet and they even have movie nights and other things for the tenants. And if you should ever need maintenance it is addressed immediately. I would 100% recommend The Bradford on the Park.

I have been at this property since Dec. 2020 and since Summit Mgmt. has taken over last Dec. 2021 this place its coming to life. They have made it a non-smoking property, added two grills, painted the buildings, updated the landscaping, and now adding extended patios. This is home and a safe place for children. I appreciate the new office team making me feel safe!

We moved in 2018 we since have renewed our lease for another 18 months we are proud to call the reserve our home.any time weve had any issues it has always been resolved both Andrea and Phillip have always been there for for us that is the reason we had no problem in renewing our lease here we love the area it has everything you need close to you, like the hospital to Walmart to the police department.plenty of restaurants near. The reserve at Central lives up to what we expected when we moved in. Thanks to the staff.

We have lived here for over a year and half in a one bedroom. At first with the old management you would ask for things to be done and nothing would happen. ie crime prevention, dog park/flea prevention, etc. Maintenance was always great and completed all orders within a reasonable time. We saw our rent raised over $100 under old management.BUT A NEW DAY CAME WHEN FINALLY WE GOT NEW MANAGEMENT.The first day they were here, I walked in and was thinking I was going to have to say once again a complain about crime and nothing would be done. I got introduced to NEW Management. And they said they were on top of it. From that day forward the crime I had reported gone. Anytime I have walked in they welcome us and are very courteous. I just signed another year lease when in reality I had thought about moving.I guarantee anybody who moves in will find a safe and wonderful neighbors and friends. And, if you have any problems Cindy and Dessa are on top of it immediately. We are so happy with the new change. I welcome anybody come visit and you will stay.
