    Diana and Fatima are very professional and personal ,I enjoy going into office and drink coffee from their fancy coffee machine. I have lived here for three years and I recommend this complex that is affordable in this nice area. Maintenance are professional and fixes things as soon as they can. The dog park is big and clean !

    I visited this apartment complex last week. The staff was very nice to me during my visit. I got a very informative tour of the apartment size that I wanted. I might go ahead and get an apartment with all the upgrades.I also got a chance to walk the grounds which were very nice , and I am hoping hoping that they add a lot of plants when spring comes around. I also enjoyed the look of the pool and I am looking forward to using it.The staff also gave me an idea of what the neighborhood was like, with the restaurants, churches and schools

    I have lived here almost 6 months now & I love it. The front office is so cheerful and wonderful to work with. I was so excited for the price because it has a large garden tub which is something I have missed in other more expensive apartments without it. Grounds are beautiful and the brick detail is another favorite of mine. They have a wide range of apartment options for anyones price range. Depending on the amenities youre looking for this is a great place, in a great area, for a great price!

    When I first took interest in this complex I spoke with Diana during the week. We went in today (Saturday) and unfortunately she wasn’t there but Fatima was and let me just say these are both AMAZING people! They are so friendly and informative. Fatima gave us a tour she let us take our time to look around and ask questions which she answered no hesitation! We absolutely love the property and all it has to offer. While we were looking around we noticed residents in the lounge area hanging out and having coffee which made this place feel even more comfortable. They all seem very happy to live there! We cannot wait to move in!

    Funny story, when I first started looking to move from a condo to a rental, this property caught my eye when I happen to drive by one day. It had a condo curb appeal. I set the appointment but couldnt make the appointment. Surprisingly, I received a follow up call on that same day from Ms. Diana to check on rescheduling a tour. I wasnt able to commit to a new time. I continued my search of other properties.Months later, after many tours of other properties, I ended up back at The Boulevard at Sonterra.Ms. Diana was my Leasing Agent. She made everything so easy for a person skeptical about rental properties. She has a calming spirit and a perpetual smile. She held my hand through it, or so it felt.Everyone on staff that Ive met have given above average service. Thank you Jason for your help with the blinds and fob. Thanks Anthony for getting the blinds up in record time.I will have to find time to tweak some things that require maintenance service.. but for the space, location, and price it was the most cost effective of everything I toured. The staff has made it a good experience thus far. I dont expect that to change.(October 2024 move in)

    This will be a very long review but stay with me! For context we are on the third month of our lease and I have never felt more compelled to leave a glowing review.When looking for a new apartment it had to be perfect as our daughter would be due in just a few months. Due to a horrible recent rental experience with our previous landlord I spent weeks comparing and contrasting all apartments in the 78260-78258 zip codes (I mean ALL of them) even touring dozens in person. Immediately the beautiful grounds of Sonterra and the great location stood out!! When I saw their prices I was hesitant as it definitely seemed too good to be true. I am so happy I was wrong!! I have truly never had a better rental experience before and am so relieved we have found somewhere we can see ourselves for years to come. This apartment complex feels like a home, not a rental!First of all the staff here is absolutely outstanding especially Diana and Jason. Diana has been an absolute angel to work with. We had some hiccups in the beginning of our lease with our upstairs neighbors and Diana and Jason took our complaints very seriously and handled the situation in a way I would have never expected an apartment complex to do. In past experiences as long as the apartments were getting their rent they could not care less about their tenants. Diana and Jason truly cared and have done everything in their power to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently which they have done and we are very very pleased with how it was handled! You can count on the management here to ACTUALLY take care of their tenants. This is so so rare and makes the boulevard at Sonterra a true gem. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the management here is!All of our maintenance issues have been handled so much more efficiently than any previous apartment I have rented from. All of our concerns have been handled the day after submitting a work order or we have been contacted the day after submission to have a day scheduled to have the issue fixed. The grounds are also maintained very very very well. Very very pleased with maintenance!!The apartments themselves are very reasonably priced and I feel very happy with our current rent price which I feel is also very rare especially now a days. I toured many other complexes and all of them seemed overpriced for what they were. Even the apartments directly surrounding the boulevard. The location and updates to the units make it a really unbeatable price.I cannot emphasize enough how happy our family is with living here! This is truly the best complex within a 20 mile radius (trust me I looked haha). Get in while they still have availability!Thank you for making our rental experience so amazing it is greatly appreciated!

    I’ve been living here for the past 6 months and have nothing but wonderful things to say. Diana answered every question we had and every time I head to the office I get a warm greeting. The management team has been wonderful helping us with any situation happening in the apartment. Recently the landscape in the entrance has been renovated and looks amazing!!

    These apartments are great overall, the walls are thin tho. So you can hear a lot of noise, but if you’ve lived in apartments before then you should be used to it. I live on 2nd floor and have 2 dogs which my little one tends to run around every now and then but for the most part is just chilling on the bed. My downstairs neighbors has called cops on me several times in which the officer has told them there’s nothing they can do. And also told him it’s apartments and that if they want peace and quiet to get a house. The dude bangs on the walls all freaking day because he can hear me walking around doing chores such as laundry and cleaning etc.. god forbid I bring anyone over because the man will flip a switch and start banging on my door.. The apartments have first come first serve parking, one day I parked where he usually parks only because it was only spot open and the guy started complaining that I was “taking his spot” Management has handled this whole situation so professionally I wish all apartment complexes are as nice as them. I def give these apartments 10/10

    Ive never been happier at a complex. Ive had a terrible cross country move (please read my indigo review for a fun story) and fatima has made this move as easy as it could ever be on the apartments partThey answer the phone first ring, they know about our issues on our apartments (like a work order) without us mentioning anything, the people who live here are lovely to where they are welcoming me by just seeing our uhaul and offering to let me pet their sweet and gentle dogs because i clearly love animalsThe complex is nice, well maintained and is beautiful. Walking the dogs has become an escape into nature lmao. I do wish the dogpark was a little more maintained but otherwise its a great place to live.Its quiet, no little unsupervised kids running around in diapers, the dogs are properly screened so no aggression, and the pricing is honestly too good to be true but there hasnt been any cut corners from the complex

    I’m a young renter and I don’t have any experience at all with renting apartments or what not. I needed a back up housing accommodation for school and FAST. The people here worked their best to give me a good option. I’ve read previous reviews and had mixed feelings about them but upon touring and meeting some of the management team members, I fell in love. I was sold. Diana was really helpful with the whole process and Tony (who’s part of the management team) toured me around. He was real and true about his opinions on the setting and environment and was willing to show me other floorplans that I was interested in. My experience was great and I can’t wait to live here!! The management works to get everything done as quickly as possible and they’re very helpful! If you’re considering, you should seriously check them out!

    This is an amazing apartment complex! The staff members are very kind and accommodating. A big reason I chose to live here was because of the friendly environment promoted by them.     Great community that is safe, private, and cozy.Our unit was so so at move in - a bit dirty and some essentials were non functional.Thankfully, the office has incredible staff that is always willing to help. All of our issues were addressed within a week of moving in.I have to give special recognition to Diana. Diana was an absolute breeze to work with. She truly cares about the residents and makes the community a special place to call home.

    Ive lived here since Jan 2022. It is located conveniently near highway entrances, a variety of restaurants, and grocery stores. The office admin staff and maintenance crew are very friendly. They organize different events, such as food trucks, movie days, yoga, and salsa dance lessons. All maintenance requests are submitted online and completed within 1 week, usually in a couple of days. The gym is small and accessible 24/7. There is also a theater, but it is only open during office hours. The pool area is well landscaped, usually quiet, and closed for cleaning regularly. The parking situation has improved a lot since I moved in. There used to be insufficient parking spots, especially after they built the EV charging stations, but now Im able to find parking no matter what time I come home. The gates broke often, so now they stay open 24/7. My stay here has been pretty good!

    I love my apartment and the community. It really is in a prime location for San Antonio. The apartments are across from StoneOak Medical Center 2 main hospitals (Methodist/Baptist). CBC, Cornerstone, Holy Trinity, and LDS Temple. Walking distance to SALATA, Qulturè Lounge, and Sushi Zushi. Two near by libraries. Easy access to loop 1604 or 281/SanPedro. Manager Jason is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Tony and Ray are hands down the best maintenance repair team around. I am not the only tenant that speaks highly of them either. I highly recommend The Boulevard at Sonterra for your new home.

    The maintenance staff are very friendly and very good. They smile and wave as I walk and drive by and are always ready to share a friendly greeting and a kind word. My children love them and I am very happy about that. Tony and Ray came to fix my air conditioner the same day I submitted a request for maintenance and it was great to see them when they knocked on my door and great to have the air conditioner working a few minutes later.

    I just resigned my lease for another year here. This complex is great. Diana and the rest of the staff are really helpful. They’re always easy to reach if i have any questions. I’ve rarely had any issues in the year i’ve been here but the maintenance staff was very quick to fix any issues for me. The complex itself is pretty quiet. They keep everything pretty well kept and clean. Im really happy with everything so far and i hope to stay here until i move on to a house.

    Update September 2023: Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic experience with upgrading to a new larger and updated apartment. Diana and Jason really jumped through hoops to get us taken care of and made the transition seamless and smooth. We have been at Boulevard at Sonterra for almost 5 years and we decided to shop around a bit and look at some other apartment complexes in the area....bad idea!!!!! We realized very quickly that Kairoi is the best property management team around!!! Diane was really proactive in communicating through the entire process and made sure that our new lease and old lease didnt overlap and that we received all the discounts that were due to us. They were also very flexible with allowing us to have enough time to move our belongings from one unit to the other. I recommend if you are looking for an apartment in North San Antonio, to stop by and see the wonderful folks at Boulevard at Sonterra. You will be happy! Thanks Diana and Jason!!Update January 2021--maintenance request taken care of quickly. It was just changing the batteries in the smoke detectors, but still impressed with how diligently they work. Fastest maintenance crew Ive experienced in 2 years. Well done. Thank you!Update November 2020: Love the new Management company--Kairoi. Very attentive and understanding with everything happening with Corona. Maintenance is great. Timely response and even changed a couple light bulbs that I didnt even report. Reasonable rent for the area.I moved in a year ago March 2019. Overall happy with the Boulevard at Sonterra. The only issue I ever had was with the old management company, Short Management. I took over the lease for a friend last year. I had to go into the office for the first time to sign the lease agreement and I was never welcomed or given any information on the property facilities. Just paperwork and that was it. Hoping the new management company is going to be better. Already receiving daily digest emails full of information and events happening at the complex. Off to a good start!

    I’ve lived here since moving to San Antonio 8 years ago. The staff is so friendly especially Diana in the office who is always there with an huge smile. Maintenance is also super helpful, even for things like helping me replace a lightbulb I can reach. Compared to other buildings in the area the rent is unbeatable.     A few days ago I toured Boulevard Sonterra to view a one bedroom. My leasing agent that helped me was Diana Ayala. Diana not only gave me a wonderful tour but her customer service was fantastic she was friendly caring, and very humble. Diana made me feel like I was home I love that. She was my first stop and I got to say every other community I toured She was on my mind her customer service was on point.     I have lived here for two years and now am transferring from a one bedroom to a two bedroom in the same complex for more space. These apartments are beautiful, recently renovated, and the staff has always been friendly and fair. There is a mix of young people, families and elderly here so you may see people playing with their dogs, or kids playing. The location is ideal, safe, and the prices are great for the area. Tyler at the front office is great and in general everything here runs smoothly.

    From the day I moved into my apartment, I called it home! These years, living here, have been enjoyable because of the office staff and the kind and serving maintenance crew. This past week, Tony, one of the new maintenance crew attended my ac issue and did so with a willingness to make sure my home was kept cool to my liking, in this most hot season in Texas. He acted quickly to assure my ac was back to cooling, and checking to see if I was satisfied with the temporary portable ac unit till a replacement part arrived. Im very pleased with this young mans diligence as he offered to check if I was comfortable enough. Thank you Tony for your kindness and making sure I was comfortable in keeping cool with the portable ac. Tony acted responsibly and got the job done within a matter of two days.

    --Edit (2/21/2020)--The apartments are under new management. The new management company seems to be on top of things and there have been a lot of improvements in the apartment complex since they took over. The front office is better organized and more responsive to the customers. Maintenance staff will now go out of their way to fix anything else they might notice in the apartment while they complete what you requested.Finally the apartment have a proper management company.--End of Edit (2/21/2020)----Edit (1/24/19)--Apparently the management company does not know how to read emails. I have sent twice my proof of insurance to the email they provided, I spoke to someone on the phone confirming that they received my email, I also have proof that the email was opened (Boomerang extension for Google) and yet I come home to a notice stating that they do not have my proof of insurance and they will impose a $25 dollar fee by the next day. And the most annoying part is that I never received a call that would resolve this issue in 5 minutes or less.For the love of GOD someone please train the management team!--End of Edit (1/24/19)--I have been living here for almost 2 years. I was went through the last change of management and the property has improved. Trash situation improved, constant improvement though out the property (speed signs, regular landscaping, etc), prompt on maintenance requests.Im very please with the apartment I am currently leasing. The feature that I enjoy the most is that is has not carpet and it has a relative modern look (not your typical white and beige colors).Things to improve on IMO:• Cleanliness of the pool (leaf wise)• More recycle stations bins.• The front desk staff can definitely use some customer service training.(I dont mind much about the front desk staff since I only interact with them once or twice a year)• Better communication between the property and the tenants. (It would be nice if when you received a package you could get an email letting you know they have a package from you)

    I have lived here for two years and throughout our stay I can say that I have loved every minute of it. Its a beautiful community in a great area.90% of the time, maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours. They also do a great job on the upkeep around the community.This is the only apartment community that I have ever renewed at, and it was solely because of their top notch maintenance team.

    I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and while it has not been without an occasional issue it has been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had in any state that I have lived. The front office personnel are great and maintenance has been outstanding; quickly addressing any issue reported. You will not find a better place for the money in the Stone Oak area.

    Boulevard at Sonterra is such an affordable high-end apartment that has made my quality living so much more elevated since I moved in. I love that I have the convenience to be able to walk to work and stores around the area, and skip paying for a gym membership and pool, since this place has it all included!!! It has everything you would need in an apartment and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I love being able to come home from work and relax in an updated modern living space. It outs my mind at ease knowing everything is taken care of. And they are even pet friendly with a dog park!

    We’ve lived here for a year and although the property is old and definitely shows it’s age in some areas, Tyler in the front office and Tony on maintenance are two of the best people I’ve ever interacted with while being a renter. They have gone above and beyond multiple times when I’ve asked for something to be fixed or addressed an issue on the property. They’re both unbelievably professional and courteous. Only their the reason we renewed for a second year here. Looking for a place to rent? Hit me up and lemme refer you. You won’t go wrong.

    Great location awesome apartments, Diana was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable but unfortunately the location was too far from work and...I just had to go back to take another look because in the near future will be working very near and I was welcome by Diana, which as usual she is just wonderful any way just wanted give her a thumbs up for her professionalism and kind personality.     We had a maintenance issue with our dishwasher. Instead of going head first into confusion, Tony (from maintenance) took the time to actually examine the issue and research our brand (one of the newer models) showing great dedication to the job and a high level of professionalism.     My heater went out during the snow storm(s) of 2021, and the maintenance worker came to my apt on a timely basis. Did not have what he needed to fix it properly, but came back in a few hours to finish, He was polite and the heater is now working perfectly. Great Job !

    I have been living at Boulevard at Sonterra since October of last year. Ill admit i wasnt sure how i liked it at first, but once the new property manager (Renona) took over, my experience here has been amazing. Ive lived in several different apartment complexes and this is the first one i have ever been excited to renew at. The office staff is always helpful with any questions or concerns i have and Renona has personally taken care of me on several occasions. The facilities (Gym, pools, BBQs, etc.) are great, and lately theyve even been upgrading the landscaping. I would suggest giving this community a chance. Im glad i did.

    They look different in person than in photos. They are not as large as pictures make it seem. Grounds are well kept except around garbage cans. I think if there were more garbage cans outside there might be less garbage placed around garbage areas. Very large patio. Overall they seem to be a very nice well kept place for the price and area. Office staff are not concerned with tenants concerns. I would give the office staff a 2 and the apartments themselves a 5 if I could.

    I am a new resident and I just love this complex! The staff are so friendly and inviting and the maintenance staff are always ready when something happens! Very safe and secure surrounding and beautiful atmosphere! The porch here is amazing and the apartment is very spacious and just perfect! The pool is also very nice too. I have no problems with noise or neighbors or theft. This is also a perfect location for high schoolers as well. Regan high school is just down the street and one of the best high schools here in san Antonio and the cost is reasonable. Just want to say glad I chose the lodge as my new home and thank you for making us feel safe and at home here in San Antonio! Just perfect! Thank you ! Angela!
