Hello beautiful souls 8 years in this complex and we love it ❤️. We never had a complaint with the previous 2 or 3 management, but this new management we give it a 💯 percent review. The office management are so polite and attentive, quick to help with anything need. And the maintenance, Martha, shes a good maintenance manager, and of shes not a manager we think she should be. Shes quick at taking care of whatever we request, nice, attentive, very, very the absolute professional maintenance..we give all of you the five star review..E want to thank the owners and the regional manager for their excellence in hiring the best 💘 🙏 🌹

I love my apartment community, especially when it comes to repairs of any kind. I always get fast and considerate help, and they always follow up if I have any concerns. Ive lived in two different units in the past 4 years, and the office staff has been helpful as well.

Ive been living at The Beverly at Clear Lake for a while now, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. The amenities are top-notch, and the community is friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Ms. Josie, who has been incredibly helpful and attentive. She always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

Let me start by saying I love hospitality that was shown to me and my mother while visiting looking for her apartment, the manger name if I can remember is Josie. She was so patient with my mother and explained everything my keeps saying how sweet she was!!! She hasn’t stop cooking since she moved in!!!

Out AC unit is clearly very old and all the other units around it have been replaced. Our AC bill is as much as out 2,400 sq foot house. Not happy about the AC age. Can we please replace unit

Moved here from Chicago 9 months ago and I’ve loved it ever since! The complex is in a great neighborhood it’s always quiet, my neighbors are very nice, clean and respectful. The office is open 6 days a week and always answers the phone. The maintenance workers are very nice and reliable. The complex is always clean. It’s close to everything I need, grocery stores, schools, restaurants, the mall, police stations, fire stations, hospitals and more!

So far, Ive had no issues with the staff. Everyone here has been so friendly and communicate information very well. Nicolas Espinoza at front desk has been exceptionally pleasant to work with as he never fails to give a charming, friendly attitude and a very warm smile throughout each day, which makes for a phenomenal first impression of the complex each time I, or anyone, walks through the door! I feel as though I can be 100% comfortable coming into the office for any of my concerns or questions when I see that he is working, and for the rest of the staff, I cant say that I feel any less welcome. Please do something great for Nicolas while he is here! As far as the apartments go, they are also very cozy and never seem to be unclean, which makes living here feel that much more like home. I will say, however, I have ran into a few internal issues such as water pressure issues, mold growth, a few cockroaches, and plenty of issues with the paint eroding or pealing off walls without any reasonable cause besides just being done carelessly. But that goes without mentioning the stunning modern updates on each of the units. As far as Ive seen, the hardwood floor and light gray walls, accompanied with white cabinets and marble style white counter tops makes for a comfortable space to live in. That being said, however, with all of the issues that have arrived while leasing here, I have noticed that getting maintenance comes with a lot of waiting. I cannot tell whether it is due to the complex having too much work to be done, the maintenance crew being understaffed, or just a mix of them both, but getting things that need fixing done in your apartment seems to take quite a while for some reason and I would love to see this issue resolved. With all that said, I would like to finish this review by giving my appreciation to everyone at the Beverly apartments for all their help in making the move-in process quick and easy and for having such a community oriented staff. Nicolas is doing GREAT! Thank you all for making it feel like a place I can call home!

Honestly I have no complaints. I’ve enjoyed the last year and half here at Wolf Creek! The office staff is amazing which makes everything easy! Annie has helped me with any problem or questions I have since the time I moved here. I was very pleased when Mandy was brought to the management team, she is very professional and caring. Anytime I have a maintenance issue, it is resolved quickly. The community is peaceful and they do a good job of keeping it clean. The neighbors are so nice and friendly. I love it here! Definitely would recommend to others to lease here at Wolf Creek!

I moved in a few months ago and I have to say I truly appreciated the way I was taken care of. Alexis walked me around showed me the spaces and made the process easy for me. If I ever have a question I can walk in or even email her and get a quick response. I am thankful to have someone like her assisting me here! The application process, moving in, and any problems I may have were all dealt smooth and swiftly because of Alexis. I witnessed how she attended to other residents as well and have been quite impressed. Thank you Alexis !

Me and my girlfriend moved in not to long ago and are very happy , we love the place . Nick that the front desk is an amazing help with anything we have questions about. We have had a one problem with the microwave but nick got his maintenance crew on it as soon as possible. Very lovely place to live . Definitely recommended

My fiancee and I have been living here since March 2019 and we just resigned our lease! We love it here. Pet friendly, the dog park is well kept, pool is beautiful, we get our mail on time, the maintenance team is fast and accurate, pest control comes out every week, grounds are kept up beautifully, nice view, laundry is reasonably priced, rent is also really good, location is perfect; between bay area and El dorado on space center, so walking distance to literally anything you would need. Management is caring, understanding, and helpful. I honestly couldnt have found a better place to live. 10/10 highly recommend.

My experience at Wolfcreek has been one of the most cost-effective and secure decisions Ive made in a while. The exterior facilities are clean and display some very welcomed amenities, such as the dog park and the decorative fountain pools that sprawl around the placeIn addition, the apartment units are furnished with all the standard appliances and its maintenance staff responds promptly to any necessary requests for repairs or replacements.The management has also deserves positive feedback since Mandy responds to all manner of issues and complaints swiftly while maintaining a very friendly and professional demeanor.My stay was great, and I would have remained at this place longer, but I had to leave to care of family. Overall, this is a good place.

I love being here in my neighborhood. It’s kind of nice to relax on my patio sipping coffee every morning. The apartment manager is really friendly. Trust me, the maintenance guys did amazing job and will solve problems real quick. You will never regret living here for a year or so. It feels so much sweet home!

Living conditions are decent, main complaints are outlets dont seem to hold plugs well, and living room could have used a ceiling fan. I had neighbors complain about pests, but I personally never had an issue. Management changed a few times while I was there, and the most recent incarnation seems to be the best. They will work with you to iron out any and all concerns and issues.

The price for an apartment unit fell snugly within my modest budget, and this complexs very convenient location lets me have access to a gym, multiple grocery stores, a diverse array of restaurants, a car wash, a storage depot, and the local university within walking distance. For the times I have to use my car, I know there is roughly and equidistant drive to either downtown or the beach, which is pretty neat.

Alexis and Vanessa and one more young lady whos name I did not catch, well they were all so sweet, they help through the process very patient I wasnt even patient with myself lol...since I had not prove of my prior complex but a email they sent to us, since the tornado destroyed it and oh yeah they waved the fees yay.. I pray that it stays this way, and if it does well Ill be here for awhile, perfect spot to live at.
