Ms Rosa Barrera is very efficient and happily attends residents. She helped me with the app to put service request which I was having a lot of trouble signing in. Patiently she helped and now I get in my resident app. The ladies at the Bernard office are very nicee . I recommend the Bernard apartments,

Bella is AMAZING. I wont get into details, but I have been fighting an unfortunate financial issue and was unable to get my car registered therefore the tow company was going to tow it. I have lived here 4 years with no issues, and was extremely upset as I have no way to work without my car. I tried to rush and take care of it before the 10 days, but after one hurdle after another it wasnt done until the 9th day.I desperately sent out an email asking them to extend the tow date so I could get my registration and Bella immediately called me and said she would get in touch and extend our the tow date so I had time to get to the tax office.Not only am I extremely grateful to Bella, but her attitude on the phone was very warming and she seemed like she actually cared.It makes me feel better knowing that I live in a community that listens to their residents and helps if they can. Bella absolutely did not have to do that because it is in the rental agreement, but the fact that she did makes me so happy to not only live here but recommend it as well. Thank you so much ❤️

Omg where do I begin I was having a tough time looking for another place to live and my inner voice told me to come to the Bernard and Royissa Cooper greater me with open arms and made me feel like I was already at home she showed me 3 different units and took her time with me she even let me apply right in her office on her own personal computer I just want to say thank you Royissa you have made this apartment search so easy and comfortable if you guys are looking for an amazing outstanding and very understanding person she is the person to come to :)
