    Positive note:My 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️rating for these apartments is SOLEY for the experience that I have had with April T, my leasing agent. There is no words to express what a wonderful person and work ethic she has. I moved from out of state with very little knowledge of the area and process but helped me the whole way to find an apartment for me and my son. She’ll never know how much I appreciate her🙏BONUS:I do love the Keyless entry & the smart home system in the renovated unit .The $40 extra a month we have to pay for it stinks but Peace of mind is priceless I guess🚨Management does take safety here very seriously which was very important to me ( 24 hour security patrol and you actually do see them driving around)Negative:1.Yes , no one picks up the phone2. I sent an inquiry online and no one ever called me back .over a week later I walked into the facility to be able to get anyone to help me find an apartment3. “Renovated “units could be better (The photos I viewed online were not the units that I was shown, my understanding is none were available at this time)4. I did have a pest problem my first 2 days of moving in( roaches, hornets nest, spiders but Management was quick to resolve the issue.5. Getting out of the lease regardless of the circumstances it’s not an option unless you’re in a position to pay$$$ A steep price, think before moving if this is the place you’re going to want to live for the next 12 months.6. Make sure to scrub your unit after you move inMagic eraser, Clorox wipes and some elbow grease 👌🏼

    Sharron Blackmon at the Beckham Resident Services is amazing. Thank you all your help and wealth of knowledge that has made moving in a smooth transition. My apartment truly feels like a home with a neighbor I can depend on.

    Its been two and a half months since I moved to these apartments, so I feel its reasonable to do a review of my experience.In the beginning, there was a super difficult situation because right on the day of my moving there was a freeze in Dallas, and I feel that due to lack of diligence on the part of the management the apartment was not clean and for that was the reason they gave me so I couldnt move until 3 days later when the frost had already passed and I did not have a place to live those days.Since days before my move, I was trying to see the apartment, and even 3 days before I asked if I could see it but it wasnt possible. It was not until the day of my moving and after having signed the contract that I could see the place where I was going to live, this had not happened to me in other places, and when I moved in I didnt find it as clean as I thought it was going to be, since it was the reason I couldnt move before.Most of the time there is no hot water in the bathroom sink, shower, or kitchen faucets, at first there was hot water, now I can say that there is rarely hot water in my apartment, but Im tired of making requests for that reason. I dont have a key for the patio “storage room” so its useless and the solution they gave me is that I can buy my own door look and change it and at the end of the contract put the door lock back on.The water is constantly shut-off and they do not give prior notice until they had already cut off the water, then they’ll send you a message saying that they are trying to fix it.Another SUPER NEGATIVE THING IS THAT THE APARMENTS CHARGE YOU ALMOST $4.00 for the VISITORS PARKING!!!!!! instead of having stickers for visitors, SO if a person comes to see you they have to pay to be able to park their car!!!!If you walk through the area intended for pedestrians, it is full of dog poop that the owners do not pick up and there are no rules for this.But I must mention all the positive things:They are affordable apartments, quiet within the normal and fortunately, I have good neighbors around me, you dont hear much noise. They are safe most of the day since there are security trucks around the complex most of the time, and they are pet friendly.All the requests I have made for maintenance, and installation of my washing machine were solved super fast and are made through a mobile application so it makes everything very easy, the payment of the rent is done online, and it also works well, you must choose your internet and electricity provider yourself, they have alarm and security systems in the apartments and instead of keys the doors open with codes.I feel that they are apartments with very positive things, but I do feel that there are things they could work on to improve.

    Bella, she was really awesome. She was calm, gave me time & listened to me till I was done. She addressed all my concerns and what I had to do. I had a rent issue and maintenance issue as well.But as far as the apartment is concerned in general I suggest you find another place. You will regret coming here. Don’t get fooled by the size of the rooms or anything like that. Nothing works, WD connections, Dish washer not washing just running water. No rails in closets….. and so much more. I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE.

    I am supper happy to live in this beautiful community,from the manager to all the wonderful staff ,Brenda,Isabel,Jasmine they are good listeners they always want to solve problems John and his team are very accurate when it comes to maintaining..I would want to live here over and over again...I will be glad to refer a lot of people to come here..Thanks guys! And keep doing a great job ❤️❤️❤️

    I went inside to get assistance with at Resident Service and the office staff Ms. Tempestt and Sharron was very helpful till if I need any other help I will go to them anytime.

    I like going into the beckham office for assistance. Isabel and Jazmin attend me very well and always help me out with my maintenace issues. They have always helped me with any issues i am having with my unit as john, he helped me right away when i was having electrical issues. I love coming in knowing the office helps me when i need help.
