    My experience was great. soon as i walked in i felt welcomed. Erica Gonzalez was the best, she made me and my family comfortable answered all questions before us even asking. very friendly like, she definitely left us with smiles on our faces. I can say we found a new home here at the baxter.

    The apartment has its flawsCommunication with renters on there needs. Also Im made complaints on the people above me cause of noise and I understand that apartments you cant block all but its loud and the security has helped at times but the mangment seems to not do enough to take action.
