    FIX OR REPLACE THE WASHERS AND DRYERS ON THE PROPERTY. IT SUCKS DOING LAUNDRy. There is usually one washer and dryer out of order. It’s ridiculous

    The atrium apartments have a very nice management. Especially Ms. Patricia she is always on top of everything and making sure all runs smoothly. Will recommend living in these apartments neighbors are respectful, maintenance answer promptly to our request they are very helpful.

    Great place to live! Kind and caring staff that will go out of their way to help you. Tony has excellent people skills and always greets you with a smile. Management seems to keep this place in order, Mrs. Yang is very professional and courteous. The maintenance staff will come and fix any problem swiftly. Security is great, I havent had any problems living here with my family. The pool is always neat and clean. Overall my experience here has been great. I plan to stay here for many more years, my family loves it. Very affordable pricing!

    I live in Mark VI Apartments for more than two years. My family and I are very pleased about the service we receive from this office staff. They are very professional and efficient . My service requests were always done in same day . Maintenance staff are also very polite and professional. I plan to live hear with my family for a long time. I will recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

    I moved into Mark VI a few months ago and really have enjoyed my experience so far. I have very big one bedroom for a very affordable price. All my maintenance needs have been taken care of in a very timely manner. The manager really made my move in experience very easy and she has been helpful for any questions I have had. I would highly recommend this place to any future residents moving to the area.

    I have lived here for almost 1 year. I love it. The unit is nice and spacious and it’s gated. I feel safe and not once have I seen anything bad happen here. The prices are very affordable for the are!! I am transferring to a 3 bedroom unit in the same complex. Pool is nice and plenty of fruit trees all around the property!! Best decision ever made ❤️❤️❤️👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    Very nice apartment complex! Clean and safe. They have great people working there such as Tony and Mrs. Yang. They do a good job with their maintenance staff as well. Would highly reccomend! For the price, you cant go wrong!

    A wonderful property with tons of amenities! The new management is excellent and theyve given the whole property a makeover - upgraded my unit to ceramic flooring and granite countertops. Its also very peaceful and for the size of the apartments its quite affordable. The complex is also zoned to Bellaire High School so thats a huge plus!

    During their Heyday Mark VI apartments were pretty nice in 70s and early 80s. Then they got all run down during the energy crash of the mid 1980s and vacancies soared. Then low socio economic migrants arrived from Central America and started renting them for cheap. Dont know how they fair these days. Looks like Asian Mgmt proprietors are turning things around and making them descent to live once again nothing like they were back in their glory days. I like the patios with all the greenary looks very Asianesque. Old infrastructure apartments but spacious like the old apartments that were built back in the days with big closets too. A Bang for your Buck! better residing here than in Gulfton Area apartments. Also one of the PERKS kids zoned to good Middle School Pershing and Bellaire High almost makes worth the sacrifice Dont know too much of the Gates and all didnt have them back then. 龙来了。

    Yeah maybe there old But There Fixing Them ... The apartment From the Inside There so clean! Better the other ones that are pretty from the Outside but they have trash inside the complex of the apartments .. 😝

    I live in this apartment complex, and I really like it. The place is peaceful and has moderate security, both parking and entrance gates. You need a key to enter. The manager usually sends emails when something is happening in the surrounding area. She likes it to be clean and that respect the plants.
