This apartment complex is exceptionally clean, with well-maintained grounds and spotless common areas. Safety is a top priority, featuring secure entry systems and regular patrols. The overall atmosphere is inviting, with modern amenities and a friendly community, making it a great place to live. Mrs.Sandy is very nice and very attentive to make sure we are comfortable and and making sure we’re enjoying our stay at the aster she’s by far the nicest person I ever met and she’s always there when we have any questions. Friendly neighbors all around. I never had any problems with my fellow residents they were very welcoming. I plan on staying here at the aster for as long as I could because it is overall a great place with a very nice and friendly management. My overall experience is a 10/10 I love it here ♥️

I lived here for 5 years, I recently had to move out due to some unexpected, and unforeseen circumstances. Sandi the manager was very nice and compassionate. I have lived here through 4 managers and had the most interaction with Sandi, during my interaction I could tell that she truly is trying to better the atmosphere of the apartment. Please be advised that these apartments are next to a wildlife park, you are going to see bugs, wild animals and maybe even a snake or two. I have encountered all during my time here but never enough to make me want to move out. No matter where you live, break ins will happen, doesnt matter how many security cameras you have. Do your part and make sure your cars do not contain personal items laying out and are locked. Ive had to call the courtesy office a few times and he was always super responsive and nice. The maintenance staff has always been SO AMAZING! They have looked out for me and my daughter so many times. I truly enjoyed my time here and I highly recommend.

Seriously, I have lived here for 5 years. I have not had a roach problem. I see all the negative reviews and there is only so much management can do if you are not following instructions and keeping your apartment clean. Do better before you go on complaining. Love the new staff and maintenance is always on point. Please know there are residents who appreciate your efforts.

Been in this community entering my 3rd year. All I can say is that I love it here, location is great and everyone is super nice from office people to maintenance people. I have been a resident at The Aster for about a year now and my experience has been nothing less than amazing. My apartment was renovated with wood plank flooring, beautiful cabinets, a garden tub, and a washer/dryer that im not sure if was new but it definitely worked like one.The office staff are always onsite and easy to walk right in and talk to about any concerns. They have great communication skills. Maintenance is speedy with request. The pool and recently remodeled gym area are beautiful. The pool stays open from dusk to dawn which is pretty incredible. I feel very safe in this community as the gates are working most times and when it doesn’t it’s fixed with urgency. If I didn’t have to relocate I would most definetly have renewed my lease!

I moved into the Sugar Land Arcadian apartments a year ago. I am looking to lease again with them. Since moving in, if I had any issues, they were always promptly addressed. The amenities are great! The pool is gorgeous and ALWAYS clean. The maintenance staff are extremely helpful. The parking lot is always clean and tidy. Laura and Katherine in the front office are very knowledgeable and caring about the tenants. Best apartments I’ve ever lived in. I would HIGHLY recommend!

The Arcadian Sugar Land Apartments are wonderful. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have not had a problem they could not fix. The maintenance guys are AMAZING - they come out very FAST to fix my problems and the ladies in the office are always so kind and helpful. It is always very clean!! It is a great little community to live in. The residents keep to themselves! I love that the complex puts on a monthly brunch for us as well as a fun mingling event!! We have had pizza night as well as a catered food and adult beverages -very classy! I have NOT had any issues with bugs or break-ins! I feel very safe here!

Generally speaking, the complex is fantastic. I was in London and I needed a place to stay as soon as I got back, Arcadian was the only complex who made the process seamless. I had my place reserved weeks before I moved in, and when I moved in everything was PERFECT.The on-site maintenance guys are great and even got my private garage opened after-hours. The people within the community, with a few exceptions are amazing people and I couldnt ask for more. Ive been hearing mixed comments about the leasing office but from my experience theyve been very helpful and welcoming. Even the valet trash team are great. Got 10 boxes outside which need to be disposed of or flattened? Slide the valet man $5 and hell take care of it.My only complaints are that the parking is beyond atrocious, there simply arent enough spots. However, this can easily be solved by purchasing a reserved spot or a garage. Not ideal... But it is what it is. The second problem was their ruthless towing team, J&H, who was contracted. They were definitely a nightmare but to my knowledge are no longer working with the complex which is great.I never used their pool but it always looks clean, and their Gym is empty almost all the time, and its open 24 hours and has enough to get a semi-decent workout in... Unless you want to do resistance training, then dont bother. They always have events every month or so with free breakfast, or brunch etc provided in the lobby.The prices arent great, I was paying $1700+ a month for a 2b2b apartment on a 12 month lease... But I was 19, it was my first rental, and I never established a credit history. Im sure it can be lowered if you got a 750+ score, or a longer lease.The gates work ALL the time, Ive never witnessed them down, and even though its on Highway 6, you wouldnt hear a thing, its deep within the bushes.Overall, if youre looking to live in a Sugar Land apartment within a relatively smaller community in a top-tier apartment, there is nowhere better than Arcadian. I know this for a fact. When I had family friends visiting, I searched every complex within a 5 mile radius to get the best rates & see how their apartments look. I would have still chosen Arcadian in a heartbeat if they had a 2 bedroom available on the ground floor (one of the visitors was heavily pregnant). The only other option nearby which I would go to is Imperial lofts.... The problem with that complex is theres too many people, its not worth its price unless you fully utilize their amenities and behind that entire complex is one of the most ghetto neighborhoods Ive seen in my life. If you have the money to spend, spend it here.

The Arcadian at Sugar Land Apartment Homes are now under NEW MANAGEMENT! Deborah and her team are working hard to create an inviting and close knit community by hosting pool parties and making upgrades to the property.Maintenance service has also improved. I submitted a maintenance request today and by the time I got home, EVERYTHING on my long list was completed and a note left on my kitchen counter!I am excited to see all the great new changes taking place at the Arcadian. The location is unmatched and the property is quite and safe. Definitely a place worth considering!

I moved from out of state 4 months ago. Since living here it has been a great experience. Maintenance and leasing staff really go out of their way to make sure everything is fixed when need repaired. Deborah, who is head of the leasing office, has been great. Very friendly and always says hi when she sees you. The only bad thing is there is not enough parking at night. But overlooking that, I really love living here. Definitely worth a 5-star review.

It has been almost a year since I moved to Arcadian sugar land, it is a beautiful and diverse community. The management is extremely professional and courteous; a rare combination to find anywhere in apartment complexes. The manager, Deborah, takes a personal interest in each and every unit’s problems/issues, always making sure they are addressed. The maintenance staff is polite and competent. The swimming pool is well kept. There are monthly luncheons organized by the management for tenants to enjoy.

I just moved in and I had to share the wonderful experience I have had so far. I was very impressed with the fitness center, business center, and coffee bar but most of all I really wanted to live there because of Deborah. She has been more than welcoming and helpful with everything. I have never had a property manager be so kind as to really caring about what I was looking for . Many just want to take your money and give you whatever they have on hand. But she took the time to find out what best fits my needs.

Everyone that works in the office is amazing. They really care about the residents and go out their way to make sure we are happy. Andrea was super sweet, she is no longer working here but Deborah is just as awesome. She caught me walking out of my apartment and asked if everything was ok and fixed because I called in an issue a few days prior. Parking is a little tight after it gets dark but they have parking spaces you can pay for. Maintenance is quick, always by the next day IF not the same day. I don’t understand why there are any bad reviews at all. I’ve never had a single issue and I’ve been living here 7 months.

My family and I have stayed in Arcadian Sugar Land for a year and we like it so far. We might give it a 4.5-star rating but we definitely will give its staff a 5 star. Ladies at the office (Yasmin, Laura, and Vivienne) are all very supportive and helpful. And the maintenance team (Jose, Rawu, and another gentleman) are very professional and fast. Although overall its not a new apartment we like the wood floor and nice kitchen (granite countertop and nice appliances). We just wish schools close by could have better ratings and hope the community have playground for kids to play.

Sold my house and I was only going to live here for a little while but I enjoy living here. Very convenient everything I need is close by. The office and a maintenance staff really really do an incredible job managing the property. The ice cream truck was great also we need to do that again.

I have relocated to Texas for a job promotion and am a high level executive for a very large company, I was looking for a new place to live and googled apartments in Sugar Land, that’s how I found Arcadian. I called the office and spoke with a lady named Deborah, she was an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable, definitely a top professional in her field! Deborah was the reason why I choose Arcadian Apartments as my new home, working with her was truly a great experience!! Thanks again Deborah for all your help!!

I’ve been a resident here since 2015. The management has changed and improved. Any concerns or issues are addressed immediately. The staff are professional and accommodating. I’m pleased with my unit. The appliances are modern and anesthetically pleasing. The grounds are kept immaculate. I feel safe and secure with the 24 hour security officer who monitors the property.I could not be more pleasedwith the Arcadian community.B. McDaniel

Dont listen to the negative reviews!!! We stayed in this complex for about 1 year and LOVED it! Great access to major highways, shopping, malls, restaurants. The complex is very quiet and borders a park on one side (so lots of trees). It is very safe and I would not have any problem being out at night alone. VERY friendly office staff and very responsive maintenance team. The complex is well maintained (yes, there are occasional messy raccoons from the nearby park, but their messes were cleaned quickly) and very family friendly. We would TOTALLY stay here again if back in the area! :)

Ive been here since 2017 I can say that I havent had any problems with the old management to the new managment . Even the maintenance guys are great. The new manager Deborah is very great and helpful to all the needs of concerns and such a bubbly person. Hailey been here since I moved in she is a sweet and very helpful. Shaneva is a very sweet and helpful person she came in ready to work and made assistant. This is a great place to live close to everthing !

Nice Apt Complex, friendly, helpful staff and nice pool with a 24/7 small gym!! The apartments are clean, well maintained. Also their is garbage valet 5 days a week!The one thing that could improve would be if they got a security system, or hired security guard(s).

I must say they have been the best apartment complex we have rented. Wonderful staff. Beautiful apartments. They have upgraded them so well, very quiet place. BEST MAINTENANCE TEAM. Request we have made , have been taken care of quick. Nothing major! They are just great....... I would totally recommend this Apartment Complex..........I MUST SAY THE MATERIAL ARE NOT THE BEST QUALITY , BUT THATS WHY WE MUST TAKE CARE OF THE APARTMENT WELL. THAT WAY EVERYTHING LOOK GOOD! STAFF IS OK, LAURA IS A GREAT.

I read all the comments and honestly it has CHANGED! like alot. it is a very nice place to live, i have been here for about a month now and i have had no problems other then raccoons tearing up the trash bags and really big ants crawling in the balcony and in my carpet but we have a exterminator come every now and then to take care of that. i believe the ants come from the really big tree that is across from my balcony (Not too far). people who are considering to move into an apartment and that havent or have visited Arcadian i highly recommend this place. because they have seriously upgraded and they have changed alot of things.

I finally ended up finding Arcadian Sugar Land where I stayed for my remaining time. Fair price, quality apartments, great location, and its by far the safest place to live in South Houston. Have been leaving here for almost 4 month, so far didnt have any negative experience, the management is very active on responding to your needs, the apartment is nice, but it is true, theres baseboards missing around apartment, Wich I have already told that it was fixed, but all was done is placed a clay and not even on all, thats the reason why I cant give 5 stars, leave them room for improvement.
