    I had an absolutely fantastic leasing customer service experience with Courtney! She is extremely attentive, helpful, kind and responsive - an all around gem. Courtney made the leasing experience so easy and stress free, making me feel at home before even moving in. She also did a great job helping sort out the moving logistics, making sure everything was in order for my move. I absolutely recommend leasing at the Armstrong with Courtney!

    I am currently in my third year living at the Armstrong and I love it. The people who live here are nice and respectful; and, the office staff are incredible. Ive never lived anywhere where they want to get to know the residents on a sincere friendship level, like here. The facilities are kept up well and there is constant communication from the management company (NOT common amongst other management groups).I travel a lot for work but honestly look forward to coming home every time.

    We have truly enjoyed our time living in the Armstrong at Knox, and are especially grateful for Christian in the front office. He takes especially good care of our older dog (giving him extra pets, treats, etc.), and during a recent accident in the elevator, Christian was there to clean everything up before I could even grab the paper towels to help. Its people like Christian that have made this building a great place to live the last two and a half years!

    Best Apartment in Dallas hands down - the only apartment Ive lived in where some tenants have been there 5+ years just bc of how much they love it here and I completely agree.The staff, especially Brett, are so hard working and are always smiling. If youre thinking about living on Knox, Armstrong should be at the top of your list.

    I just moved into the Armstrong about a month ago, and I absolutely love it. The community is so friendly and genuine that it makes it so enjoyable to call this place home. Christian, the manager, is especially awesome and truly wants to get to know each and every one of his residents. The rest of the management team is also phenomenal--very transparent, kind, and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to move in Dallas.

    I have lived in several apartments and nothing compares to the Armstrong. This apartment is unique in that it is small so everyone gets to know each other and it is very pet friendly! Christian in the front office really makes the apartment what it is! From helping with any concerns, to giving my pups treats when they walk by, he goes above and beyond! Highly recommend living here!

    The team at the Armstrong at Knox is top-notch! They are highly responsive to all requests and go out of their way to delight the customers. I’ve lived here for just over 6 months and have been especially pleased with everything!! Thank you Nicole and Christian for making this feel like home! I wouldn’t live anyplace else. Home sweet home!!

    I truly enjoy living at The Armstrong. I moved in with a new great friend I met here in Dallas and it has everything we want and need, as well as the location to top it all off. The convenience of having a Trader Joes right underneath you is incredible. As well as being in a beautiful neigborhood with great restaurants and more. The people in this community seem to happy, friendly, and hard working. There are minor issues like the elevator, and other minimal issues. But for the most part, this place is a 4.5 in my book! Im here to stay. Here is a picture of my room!

    I have been living here since January and am extremely impressed with the exemplary support and positive attitude of the team... and in particular Christian. He has certainly extended his services and support above and beyond any expectation which has been greatly appreciated.     We just moved in from New York and the team here has really helped us get settled. From accepting some packages early, to being incredibly responsive to any maintenance requests (Bill and Malik are simply the nicest and so efficient!). Christian is always available in person or text as well, even on his days off he always responsive. We feel very welcomed to this community and would highly recommend.

    Armstrong at Knox is a great place to live! I looked all over and the location, pool, workout room, club room, proximity to restaurants and Katy Trail are second to none! Hands down this is the best place to live in all of Dallas! DB

    My company, Pangea Charging, had the opportunity to work with Armstrong at Knox in installing 5 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations with a total of 10 ports.Were pleased to see them adopt early on and look forward to working with them again as they look to add more chargers.

    Heard today about bikes been stolen from the parking garage !! This is the third time this has happened since Ive been here and it seems that the answer is always the same: report it to the police. What about fixing the issue with a secured storage area and cameras like other similar buildings do around the area?

    So I have to say.. my mom has lived in other locations.. but wow this place is our favorite.. this place is different in a great way.. its not cheap.. but if you want peace and quiet and a great location this is the place!! Not to mention the management staff is absolutely amazing .. manager Mark and asst manager debbie make it worth every penny.. they really do care about the residents and the residents family! Very laid back and super clean placeI love it!!
