Awesome apartments, even better staff, and overall a phenomenal place to live! The two ladies in the office, Erica & Shar are two of the nicest women! They are professional and accommodating to the needs of all the tenants. Highly recommend The Arbors of Mineola! 😀

Management is super helpful with any issues we have come across in our apartment and the apartment renting process. Jody has been super helpful with any issues we seem to have. It’s a very quiet and clean community to be in. The people are friendly and the apartments are well kept. This is an amazing place for people with or even without children to live.

I moved to the Arbors of MINEOLA about 2 years ago. Previous management was not so friendly. Since Erica came to the property, everything has improved 100% ! From friendliness, maintenance work orders, cleanliness of the property, and being available even on her days off. Living here has changed my life for the better! Beautiful designs of the apts. Great neighbors. Highly recommend living here at the Arbors of MINEOLA. ❤️

I have lived in these apartments since May, it has not always been this difficult to get a hold of somebody, but here lately it seems as though nobody works here. I woke up the other morning (11/16/2021) and went to turn the heater on, as soon as I did so the fire alarm began to go off for 10 minutes. I have sent messages through the app and have attempted to call numerous times and have only been sent a message about their office hours and to email them about my issues. Just simply wish to know how one can respond to a message, but cannot receive a call back?

Always prompt and courteous maintenance. The new management group is professional and has a great attitude. The property is clean , well and maintained. I love my apartment, I would definitely recommend this place.

Management has been amazing and very prompt with any issues we have had since we have been here. Jodi has went above and beyond to make sure we have been taken care of. Nice quiet clean community. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home!!!!

Very please with my stay here at the Arbor Apartments!! The property is very well manage by Jodi the property manager. I never had any complaints to report to manager. I highly recommend staying here.

Great apartment complex, reasonable rent rate, quiet and clean property, management is good and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better complex to live in!
