    My partner and I love the arbors!! We moved in early summer and haven’t had a single problem. Misty is very patient and helpful, the maintenance men are super polite and fast to help! The little community here is so quiet and sweet too lots of big trees and beautiful soft grass. Don’t forget pet friendly

    I’ve been here almost a year now & love this little community. When i first moved in- there were a few hiccups but Misty & Madison worked diligently to get them fixed right away. Maintenance are always nice & come in a timely manner. I honestly can say this is home.     The Arbors of Burleson is a fantastic community. The property is beautifully maintained, with spacious apartments. The manager Maddison is outstanding—exceptionally friendly and attentive, and truly dedicated to ensuring residents have a wonderful experience.     I just recently lease here, I couldnt be more excited and relieved about making this choice.Misty, the assistant manager is wonderful! 👏🏾Shes absolutely professional and was transparent about the whole process.Moving is stressful enough. She answered ALL of the questions asked without hesitation. No matter how big or silly, I thought my questions were.I truly appreciated her positive, easy-going personality. I look forward to calling The Arbors home for many years to come!

    My wife and I have been living at these apartments since 2020 and can honestly say weve loved living here. The areas nice, quiet, and safe. Its maintained pretty well and anytime weve had to put in a request to get something fixed, theyve been able to address it within 24 hours.Misty, the office manager, is absolutely the nicest and most attentive person there is and can say she brings out the best of the Arbors. Would wholeheartedly recommend moving into this complex.

    Weve lived at the Arbors for a long time, and consider this our home. Misty is the Property Manager and is the best Manager we could have ever hoped for. We have had others over time, but with her in charge, everything here runs so much more smoothly! The maintenance requests are addressed quickly, and its such a nice, quiet place to live. Wed recommend living here to anybody looking for low-key, comfortable living.

    I have been here for almost 2 years and have loved every minute. Yes there have been times where maintenance was needed but management was always on top of it and the problem was always resolved in a timely manner. The management is understanding and actually listens to you and any issues you may bring to their attention. Very quiet area and everyone is kind and considerate. I have and will keep referring this place to my friends and family or anyone else who is looking for a place.

    The Arbors is a nice quiet community in a great area. I’ve lived here since 2014 and have had minimal issues that weren’t quickly resolved. The property manager Misty is a wonderful person that looks out for her tenants and regularly goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a safe, clean, and comfortable place to live. The property management company is regularly trying to find ways to modernize the property (it is from the 1980s after all). The Arbors is nothing flashy, but a cozy place anyone would be happy to call home.

    We have lived here 5 years. The property manager, Misty, is top tier. I’m so glad she came back. She is very personable and a helpful wealth of information. The new maintenance team is wonderful. They fixed our shower and ac unit. Raul is kind, fast and efficient and knows the trade. This is a nice, quiet community!

    I was looking to move and went to look at the arbors in burleson. Really considering moving there the apartments look fantastic and the front office woman Madison was super helpful, engaging, and went out of her way to answer all my questions.

    This was my first apartment, and I don’t see myself and my girlfriend leaving anytime soon. When there any issues ( caused by me never had any due to management/the tenants it’s 100% calm and i’ve been here 2-3 years) Misty the apartment manager is on it as soon as we point it out. She makes everything easier to the point where we’re scared to move out and live on our own😂. I recommended this place to my close friends and sister who’s moving from out of state.10/10🙏🏽 5/5 ⭐️

    I typically don’t leave reviews for a lot of places but I just HAD to for this place. Misty is absolutely the most wonderful human and she deserves every good thing this world has to offer. She is kind, helpful, and caring. We’ve had a hard time trying to find somewhere to call our own without getting scammed and she took us in no questions asked and has helped us every step of the way and has even called to check in on us! Not very many managers do that! I’m so grateful for her and for the arbors of Burleson. Quiet and well kept the apartments are super cute and homey. Thank you misty for everything you’re a blessing ❤️❤️

    Misty, the manager, is always friendly, professional, and remembers your name. She always asks how we are doing. Makes us feel like the Arbors is our home. Juan, the maintenance man, is very sweet and courteous and does a great job.

    I lived at the Arbors for two years and have nothing but good things to say. The assistant manager, Misty Rackard is amazing. She was always helpful, great communication and above all else professional. The environment was peaceful and quiet, all of my neighbors were sweethearts. I highly recommend the Arbors!

    I have only been living here for a few months but I am very very happy with how things are going. Misty in the office is very helpful and kind and the maintenance team is incredible. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it gets done the day of and the maintenance men are super nice! The apartment complex is clean, quiet and very well taken care of. I am happy to call this place home for at least the next year! The prices for rent are very reasonable and I am just so pleased with how things are going here!! I recommend The Arbors to anyone. 5 stars

    At the end of my lease in 2 months, I will have lived at The Arbors of Burleson for a full year. Misty Rackard, the leasing agent, has been an extremely helpful and pleasant person to work with in my time here. The apartments themselves are well taken care of, and I have had no issues with any of the appliances. The online portal makes paying rent quick and easy, and also allows you to prepay if thats your thing. I highly recommend this apartment complex! :)

    Incredible place to live. Wonderful community, beautiful outside area and pool for parties/gatherings. Very much enjoy seeing the little lizards, squirrels and birds that have also made their home here. Our landlord is incredibly patience and kind, always reaching out a hand when necessary.

    Best communityI just wanted to say. Living here going on 3 years now. This community never fails to amaze me. There are 3 residents, two little older ladies that live super close building 2 I believe and another gentleman breaking the ice from walkways, the stairs and breezeway! That so very very kind of them! That made my day! But Misty she’s awesome, I’m very grateful for all the help you provide the community! Super happy you’re back too!!

    GOLD STARS ALL AROUND!! I was transferred out of state for my job, had that not of happened I would still be living at The Arbors! Misty moved mountains for me, always very helpful, quick to respond and made my move in and out extremely easy. The community is full of wonderful people, I always felt welcome and safe. Any repair issues were taking care of promptly and professionally. I have lived in other apartments in Burleson and The Arbors is BY FAR MY FAVORITE for more reasons then I can explain in this review

    I’ve been living in this complex for the past 6 years. My wife and I loved this place, Misty the leasing agent was amazing with taking care of the customer service part, every time we had an issue she fixed it right away, got in contact with the maintenance team and in short time(1-2 days) the problem was fixed.The maintenance team are very polite and anxious to resolve the problem if you ever have any. We strongly recommend this place as a safe, clean and friendly home.

    To start VERY Affordable, Complex is very well kept and clean as well as facilities like pool and restrooms! Very helpfully and kind management/staff! Took their time answering questions and helping me find the best options for what I was looking for! With everything being so expensive right now their prices were pretty reasonable for what they had available.
