    Management is very professional and sweet. Any maintenance issue is handled very quick and fast. Meeting Angelica and Kaniya was divine intervention. Their patience, care, and humor transformed a hellish experience into a pleasant one. I am forever grateful‼️Been here a few months and it has been great. I will definitely be referring Family and friends to The Arbor at Wayforest.

    I would like to personally thank Ms. Angelica and Kaniya for making my moving process to Houston stress free, they were very helpful and the communication was awesome. I love being apart of this community everyone has been amazing. Great Office and maintenance team. I’m happy with my new home and excited for my new journey here ‼️If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would.

    These are some beautiful apartments given the area of town. I went in looking for a 2 bedroom and found just that. My daughter too excited about the huge pool. The ladies in office were super kool and helpful. I can’t wait to move in next month!

    This place has been a safe haven for me and my family!! I love the office staff! They are on point with everything! Maintenance answers requests promptly! Gates always work which is a major plus for me! It’s very quiet!! Don’t have to worry about your safety at all! I have no idea where the bad reviews come from! I’ve have yet to witness anything bad about this gem of a complex! Great job Kaniya and Angelica

    I applied here and everything went smoothly amber got me in and out ! good communication and she was very helpful throughout the entire application. and the location is very up to date and new renovations and new management !

    I had A wonderful experience. The two wonderful ladies in the office. Amber and Audrea was very Helpful, Kind and trying their best to help me In finding my new Home. They engaged with my children and made the experience very fast, easy and made also made me feel welcome. I love my new apartment I rate this whole process 10/10 I Do however wish I was on the 1st or 2nd floor But it’s cool I can’t complain. Thank you wonderful Ladies for being so kind…

    The process was so easy and quick!!! KEKE and Veronica have the best energy!! KEKE literally made sure everything went smooth! THEE best 10/10 def recommend moving here! this being my first apartment at 19 i definitely recommend this far! the property is so nice as well as the apartments !

    I have been living here for at least 4 months. At first I was a bit nervous but Ms Wood is the best and Ms Farrah the manager is the best and the best!!! The pool is opening now!!!

    My experience applying at Arbor at Wayforest was nothing short of amazing. I called to see if there was anything available and there was. They told me to come in and informed me of everything I needed to bring. I applied and was moved in within a week. I really appreciate Amber and the team at Arbor at Wayforest. I’m happy to call this community home.

    This is a beautiful property with amazing units! I love how the staff is making a tremendous impact in such a small amount of time. They bring an inviting and homey presence to the community.     The employees at this residence have been both understanding and helpful throughout the whole hiring process. My family and I have been homeless for about 3months jumping from home to home. After finding theses apartments and meeting the employees… we immediately felt at home. I definetly wanna give a shoutout to Makira for being awesome, friendly, kind, etc. the list goes on. Looking forward to living here

    I love my Apartment but the Walls are paper thin I can never get rest since I moved in I literally gave birth to my new born the same day! The people above us are consistently banging and booming . They’re dogs running back and forth. Along with a child who’s of age. They have flooded out my childrens bath room twice. The smoking the whole nine even after being asked 2 times nicely to keep it down .it feels as if Im being pushed aside because I can’t do anything to gain comfort in my own home. I work from home and it’s not easy having my children woke up through out the night and nap time because others can just do what they want . I love my space but they make me want to pack up and never come back

    I applied to these apartment April 14, 2022. I was informed it would take at maximum 3 weeks for a response. Glad to say that after consistently calling and inquiring about my application and some other documents that had to be changed Ill be moving here and look forward to this new life experience. #anxioustenant

    It catches my attention to move here, I would just like to validate if when summer comes the pool does open, not like all the apartments around it that are suspended all year round.And know if it has a gym area
