I visited this property and after the amazing guided tour from Robert, I found the home of my dreams to rent. This community has the best amenities and another great thing; is the fact they are still expanding!!! I’m lucky to say I’ll be the first resident inside the home and found my home thanks to Robert. (He deserves an extra day off lol)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rob, the leasing consultant at Arbor at River Stone, and I cannot express how impressed I am with his exceptional service. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, Rob greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to help.Robs knowledge of the community and its amenities was impressive, and he took the time to understand my needs and preferences. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided detailed information about the different floor plans available, making the decision-making process so much easier for me.Although I am ultimately deciding to buy a home instead of renting, Rob still congratulated me on my decision and expressed their genuine happiness for my new journey! I was so looking forward to relocating to San Antonio and was planning to rent at The Arbor before my circumstances changed and my career led me in another direction. I have to say that it was such a stressful experience figuring out housing with such short notice and the process felt so complex, but Tiffany (don’t know her last name) in the leasing office was such a calming presence in the chaos. I’ve never moved out of state before and she was able to walk me through the entire process from shipping and delivery of my belongings to connecting me with the local utility companies to be set for my move in date and even information on best places to go with my pups. I felt bad for calling the office almost every day with a new worried question, but she was happy to help calm my anxiety each time. I really hope she sees this, Tiffany THANK YOU! If I happen to find myself looking for a place in San Antonio in the future, this will be it.

Great up and coming community, Robert Johnson made our decision even easier with the level of professionalism and the willingness to take care of his residents. He is always on top of thing and always checking how we are doing. Please join the community as it has tons of potential and is in a very great area.

The houses at the arbor at Riverstone are so beautiful not only is the house designed to perfection, it has what I’m looking for, but I also want to say that Tiffany the lease agent is amazing she has given me such great service since I requested information, I would recommend her any day to anyone looking for a home to call their own, thank you so much Tiffany I owe you dinner lol just for all your support and your assertiveness
